There were several chairs outside where one can enjoy the sun or under an umbrella. Plenty of seats and tables inside. There were people using laptops and enjoying their drinks. Staff was super friendly. Bathrooms need a passcode where you can just ask the staff. My all time favorite drink is the mocha ice blend, which I ordered everyday. Highly recommend this coffee spot for grab and go or a sit down refreshment.

There's a Jamba closer to me in Lakewood, but I happened to be passing by the Cerritos location, hence why I used my welcome reward there instead. They are located in Cerritos Promenade on the northeast corner of South and Gridley next to The Halal Guys. I arrived on a Sunday at about 5:30 PM, and there was nobody inside the juice shop, which was a little surprising given how packed the parking lot was. I did notice most patrons dining at the adjacent eateries, but none at Jamba apparently. No wait for me in that case! As soon as I came in, Fatima greeted me and was ready to assist. So far, she was the most helpful Jamba employee I've interacted with. The menu board above the front counter didn't exactly say which options were considered smoothies, but when I asked Fatima, she even went a step ahead to explain more about each section of the smoothies menu. Fatima mentioned that the Goodness 'n Greens smoothies were generally healthier, and so I wanted to choose a smoothie in that section, especially since I hadn't necessarily been eating healthy as of late (shhhhhhhhh lol). The menu had red and green circular symbols where red means a fan favorite and green denotes dairy-free. There are 9 Goodness 'n Greens smoothies on the menu, but only the Apple 'n Greens had both colored circular symbols on there. The description on the menu wasn't descriptive enough as it made it look like apples and kale were the only ingredients of this smoothie. I asked Fatima about the Apple 'n Greens, and she mentioned there were way more fruits, even reciting them one by one in the process. Needless to say, I was pretty impressed she seemed to know the menu inside and out. However, knowing the menu inside and out doesn't necessarily equate to proper execution of preparing the drink, though in this case, I wasn't actually paying attention to who was making my drink: Fatima or her co-worker. The Apple 'n Greens didn't really taste like apple and greens. I'm speculating that because there were so many ingredients in the smoothie, it was a case of all the ingredients clashing with one another so that too much bueno became no bueno. As much as I wanted to enjoy the drink, I really wish I had chosen the Acai Super-antioxidant instead as I'm sure I would have liked that a lot better. I asked Fatima how long the wait would be. She estimated 3-5 minutes, and it was about 4 minutes before she yelled out "Apples 'n Greens" rather than my name. I had scanned my QR code to get the 50% off, and my name showed up on my receipt, so I was anticipating her to call my name rather than the drink name. Hopefully she doesn't do this when multiple customers order the same drink. Otherwise, Fatima provided great service! So great that she definitely deserves more than 3 stars, but with all other factors considered in this review, I just haven't enjoyed my overall experience enough to give it the 4th star. I also recall coming to this Jamba location sometime before the pandemic, and my experience there was just meh overall. This experience was better, but not better enough to earn a 4th star in my holistic rating of the Jamba in Cerritos.

They said it would be ready after 4pm, or I could pick it up on Friday. My sister goes in at 7pm on Thursday to pick it up. The cake is not ready. The person at the counter looks confused saying, oh I thought this was rescheduled to Friday. I go back in on Friday at noon. Cake is still NOT READY. apparently the cake maker person decided to make other cakes before mine?!?! She didn't even look like she gave a damn. The poor guy at the front looked so apologetic, he was at least nice about the situation. My sister goes back in later in the afternoon to pick up the cake. The cake is FINALLY available for pick up. FUCKING CAKE HAS NO FUDGE CRUNCH LAYER?!?! She made me a cake with only vanilla and chocolate ice cream?!?! I also noticed I had a 5% cash back deal on my credit card for a Baskin-Robbins purchase, so needless to say, I had to go out and treat myself to some ice cream for a 34.45% (not 36% if you do the math correctly) discount. When I came in, an employee (Humerah?) welcomed me and told me that I was free to sample however many flavors I'd like. I hadn't taken advantage of the 31% off offer since I hadn't gotten around to it yet, so I wasn't sure if the 31% off would still apply for a double or a triple scoop, but Humerah said it would. As much as I appreciate the opportunity to sample flavors before making a purchase, I definitely did not want to sample 31 different flavors lol. I tried samples of the flavors that initially caught my eye: Love Potion #31, Winter White Chocolate, and The Grahammy, in this particular order. I had been to other Baskin-Robbins a handful of times before, but don't recall seeing those flavors since they appear to be pop-up flavors that will get taken off the menu soon after this review gets posted. I especially appreciated how Humerah was very courteous and patient while I was trying to downselect the flavors for my desired triple-scoop. Victimized by analysis paralysis, I had momentarily forgotten that each flavor name posted on the ice cream chests was supplemented by a description until I saw the one for The Grahammy. She was still happy to answer my questions even when the answers were right in front of me lol. I went with the triple scoop of the three flavors I had just tried samples of. The flavors were stacked in the same order as I tried them from bottom to top, meaning that I tried The Grahammy first. Upon checkout, Humerah offered a spoon, a lid, as well as a takeout bag to go with my triple-scoop cup. For some reason, I saw a cup of a single scoop in front of the register when I was paying. There wasn't any other customer inside the shop when I arrived, but there was a family that came in after me, and they were still trying to decide what to get when I had made my choices. The shop has the flavor name as The Grahammy, but their website simply says The Graham. Whatever the name is, just know that it's a Flavor of the Month that consists of chocolate covered honeycomb pieces and honey graham cracker swirls. I know some people don't like nuts in their ice cream, but if you haven't had graham crackers in ice cream before, don't knock it until you try it! The combination of flavors and crunchy pieces together made such a nice medley that I highly recommend trying this flavor before it goes away! The Winter White Chocolate has white chocolate flavor (duh lol), but also contains pieces of cherries inside. I ate this second, but wish I could have cleansed my palate immediately after The Grahammy so that I could have experienced the taste of cherries in the Winter White Chocolate. Even so, the three scoops were all presented in a single cup, so it would be pretty easy to have a spoonful of two different flavors at the same time. I remember the sample tasting much better, however, to the point where I was sold on choosing that flavor. Love Potion #31 is a seasonal flavor that consists of both white chocolate and raspberries. Kind of like Winter White Chocolate I'd say, but with a different fruit lol. I felt the raspberries were a little sour here, but it was a nice contrast of flavor from the sweeter flavors I had already gotten. I'm assuming the flavor will be removed from the menu after Valentine's Day, so I'm glad I got to try it before the fact. Inside, there are two tables: one that seats four, and a bar-style table that seats about a half dozen. There's a kiosk at the end of the bar-style table that I am assuming you can use to place your order if you'd prefer minimal interactions with the employees. Also, the bottom of the receipt has an option for you to provide some feedback within three days of your purchase to get a coupon for $1 off your next purchase of at least $4. I almost considered giving them 4 stars because I didn't really taste the Winter White Chocolate, but I don't think I will. I think it was just a case of too much good being no good; I had never even consumed a double-scoop before, unless you count a BOGO single scoop as one. The triple scoop here definitely cooled me down on this hot day, and it was a nice treat after a pretty hectic week of work. And for a grand total of less than $7 after my two discounts? Can't beat that in today's economy! As I was driving west on South, I suddenly remembered there was a Baskin-Robbins at the intersection of Bloomfield, and I was wondering why there would be two Baskin-Robbins within close proximity of one another. The reason? That Baskin-Robbins on Bloomfield moved to this location at Cerritos Plaza.
