On a dreary, crisp morning the last thing on my mind would be a smoothie. I'm a coffee drinker, major coffee drinker so needless to say I only have a hankering for smoothies during the warmer months. On this particular, not so warm morning for some odd reason, I wanted Jamba. I go in and to my surprise they now have tea on the menu and not just any tea, but mighty leaf. So out went the smoothie idea. They have a variety of assorted chai teas as well. I had the chocolate chai, and it was dee-lish! For a limited time the small chai teas are 2 bucks, so get them while you can! Service was decent, there were a couple of people ahead of me and only one person working double duty as both cashier and smoothie specialist. Truly disappointed and concerned with the service provided. All of the staff were wearing their masks improperly; over their mouth but not covering their noses. Additionally, one staff member had clearly soaked through the mask where his mouth was and had his nose completely exposed with mask sitting just above his upper lip. They were taking other precautions such as having folks wait in line outside. I appreciate that and wonder how such an important precaution, like proper mask wearing, can be blatantly overlooked. In addition to that, our order was delayed for some time; with 4 folks who ordered after us being served before us. After the lengthy wait, we were told they were out of an ingredient and weren't offered another option. When we received our items, they were half full. Disappointing safety precautions and service. DONT WASTE YOURE TIME HERE I usually go to this jamba often, and usually am pretty happy with what I get. Today I came into this one at 12:20. I wasn't able to leave until 12:40 due to them making everyone else's drinks and it didn't go unnoticed. My 2 medium drinks were sitting in they're blenders unattended for 10 mins. On top of that they're very chunky and not well blended. I wanted my money back but didn't want to wait another 20 minutes for them to do so. It was so unfair that another customer had to tell the worker about how long I had been waiting and to get they're stuff together. read more

I used to love this jamba. I worked here about 3 years ago and I enjoyed it very much. I went in there today and I ordered a chunky strawberry bowl and it was a huge frozen piece of fruit. Usually a huge fan of all Jamba Juice but this location was a bit more disappointing than I found tolerable. One of the employees after coming out of the bathroom continuously was adjusting his belt and pants over and over without washing his hands and continued to make peoples bowls and juice... very gross... your big green Santa hat doesn't make you any less disgusting. Lucky for me he didn't touch my juice at all because I was about to go yell at him to wash his hands. The service here has always been relatively quick and easy. The staff always has a smile on their face.

I have to update my review and up it a little because I do come here A LOT... I stop by at least (usually more) than once a week and they really are more efficient now. I did however have a few times, where my drink didn't taste right but they re-made it without hesitation or added more of whatever was needed. There is also really good promotions for drinks, like happy hour upgrades from 5-7, $1 Wednesdays, etc, you just have to get their emails for promos. read more

I just started going to this location this past week, which is ironic because I live about 5 minutes from it. I only give it three stars because it's a good store with good people who serve Jamba Juice - it's A-OK - short simple and sweet. However, there is something about Jamba that caught my eye, (or mouth) this time around and it's their oatmeal. They serve FANTASTIC oatmeal. I've been trying to make it a habit to eat healthier so I figured Jamba would be a good place to start. I've had their fruit smoothies before, as well as their teas and other breakfast goods. However, I had never tasted their oatmeal options before until last week... It was EPIC!! I'm not even a fan of oatmeal, especially growing up with it as a kid and being force fed Quakers Oatmeal almost every morning. It left a bad taste in my mouth, so to speak. However, Jamba really did something different that made oatmeal so much more appealing to me. I believe they have four different choices, I only had the Banana and Apple oatmeal so far, but both have been accepted by my taste buds with open arms. Therefore, if you're looking for something besides Jamba juice, fruit smoothies, and teas then try their oatmeal. I like this Jamba. I fortunately have the convenience of living in just about walking distance from this Jamba,leaving no excuses to go and get my Jamba on. The staff working here, are usually all quite friendly and helpful. Being a weird health nut at times ( at least to some folks), I usually just get their veggie juice blends straight up-no fruit or nuthen. The different blends consist of a concoction of Carrot Juice, kale, beets, spinage and bell peppers. It actually tastes quite sweet. And very delicious to my liking. This is by far the slowest Jamba I've ever been to. Even if there are only 3-4 customers in here the wait is horrible... Easily twice as long as any other location I've ever been to. Bummer because they are so close to my house. I was stoked when they first moved in. If I could give less than a one, this place would merit it. Though some of the senior staff at this Jamba Juice are decent, overall the service here is horrendous. I watched as two people clocked out while there was a line out the door, leaving only one person to take care of the rush. Someone who was friendly with one of them suggested that they stay to help out with the huge line. His response was, "Hell Nah, I'm off!" and he walked out the door. I think that day, I waited 25 minutes for a Jamba Juice drink. What a waste for an expensive fruit smoothie. Location is very convienent because it's within walking distance of my home. I frequent this location a couple times a week and it is ALWAYS clean, service is good BUT out of the past 5 visits only one time they actually had bananas. This is very disappointing because my favorite item on the menu has bananas in it. I can totally understand running out of a popular ingredient every once in a while but being out of that item regularly at the start of the day is poor planning and bad for business. I only come to this location because it is close to home and convenient. They have good days and bad. Slow days and efficient days, so it's a hit or miss situation. They are really good with taking coupons opposed to some locations that don't take them. They also re-make your drink if you are not happy with it. On this cloudy Thursday, I went into Jamba juice expecting it not to be too busy and to get my large order for my family fairly quickly (based on previous visits to this Jamba juice) and get out. When I arrived, Jamba juice wasn't necessary busy in terms of overall business, just a few customers, however, there was only one employee working at the time, the manager Kevin. I just wanted to give a nice big shout out to this hard working individual. Even though he was busy taking care of customers, he greeted me in a timely manner and said he would be right with me. I really appreciated the fact he recognized me even though he couldn't serve me right away. He took my order, busted out 5 drinks and while finishing my order, more customers walked in. Again greeting in a timely manner and recognizing he would be with them right away. You could see that even though he was spreading himself thing, that he was doing his job impeccably. I did ask for a replacement straw for my Jamba juice cup that I purchased that I didn't get, but we both forgot and I could easily get it next time. I adore their orange dream machine; oranges and sherbet makes this drink sweet, delicious, creamy tasty treat for the whole family. My go-to JJ since it's right by my house. Two doors to enter or exit. You can use either one. Very very small inside. Outside seating. Parking a is never a problem. I have only gone into this Jamba 4 times. And each and every time there was a huge wait and only 2 people or less working. They are very unfriendly and take their sweet time making the drinks. I was so excited to have a Jamba near my house, literally a walk away, but it has not lived up to my expectations. Earlier this week I went in to get a drink, and there was 3 people working, two making drinks and one at the register. I ordered my drink and proceeded to wait 15 minutes for it. The two that were making the drinks disappeared into the back and the one at the register was just standing at the register staring off into space as my drink sat finished in the blender. Finally I said, "Can I get my drink please, I need to get going." He heavy sighed and poured my drink and handed it to me, glaring at me as if I had asked him to move a mountain. Not sure if her name but she's short with dark hair. Not sure what's been going on at this location lately. The last three times I've been in here the staff have been very confused - very slow service, mixed up orders - and the line has grown out the door. Last visit we ordered and waited FOREVER for our juices and today they just ignored everyone in the line - it grew out the door - so I went out the door after waiting for nearly minutes to get someone to acknowledge that there were customers waiting.... If you can't get to me - just tell me - give me an explanation - but don't ignore me. Not planing on being back anytime soon. read more
