All they did after hearing me, was mark the order as complete after I gave them feedback. I was particularly frustrated because I ALREADY followed up on my order only to be told it's coming up, but that employee had no way of knowing that. Nothing in the process mitigated this issue. They also didn't even seem to notice that i was there in the store waiting for quite awhile.

I'm not sure what happened to all of the old employees, but they did a much better job. The service, cleanliness, and overall atmosphere were noticeably better when they were working. I really hope management addresses this because it's disappointing to see the quality of the location go downhill :(
