I ordered a large Peanut Butter Bonanza ($11.86), which I enjoyed last time. When I asked to enter my phone number for rewards points, the man helping me (who said he was the owner) told me I could enter it after paying. That didn't make sense, and there was no option to enter my number afterward. It felt rushed and dismissive. Customer service was also lacking -- no greeting before I ordered my smoothie, no smile, and no thank you when I picked up my order. He placed the smoothie on the counter and walked away without offering a straw or saying anything. The smoothie was good, but the experience wasn't welcoming. Not sure I'll be back.

Staff is friendly. It's not very big inside. Best to order and then wait outside if it's busy.

The service was good - I was appreciative of the young lady who took my order was very polite, patient, and was actually able to answer my questions around their rewards program and ensured that I got my points after making my purchase. My order took about 8-10 minutes as they were quite busy on a Sunday afternoon. I ordered a custom medium acai and mango bowl with a variety of fruits (not all), granola, and drizzles. The total was over $14 with tax. When I got my order, it looked just as colorful as always, but with less fruit toppings than I was expecting from past Palmetto visits at other locations. These fruit bowls aren't cheap, not sure if that's how the WC location operates, but I'll keep that in mind for next time if I'm back in the area.

I definitely liked having the two different texture blend bases. It added good flavor and texture to the bowl and I will continue to get it now. I also don't know why I never compared getting a build your own vs the predesigned options because I feel like the build your own is a better value for me vs the nutty bowl because I was able to add an additional item for the same price. I skipped out on the honey and added kiwi and strawberries. I like that every time we get our bowls they are consistent and keeps us coming back.

I also really wish that they listed their nutrition facts online. For such a health oriented company it's shocking that they don't, and especially a company of decent size. The smoothies contain dates, nuts, etc. So although they are good ingredients they can be high in fats, so it's important to know. Our smoothie also has coffee as well which we enjoy, but knowing the caffeine content would be appreciated. My last order also had huge white frozen balls that were unblended in it which was odd, I'm not quite sure what they were. If the price was lower, we would come here much more often. My husband arrived around 8:10 AM, after the store's posted opening time of 8:00 AM, only to find the business completely closed with no communication whatsoever. No call. No email. No cancellation notice. Nothing. What followed was somehow worse. I called the store multiple times throughout the day and left several voicemails that were never returned. I also emailed both the location and corporate customer service and received no response. Corporate didn't answer their phones either. All of this over a $35 order that the business happily charged for but never fulfilled. Today, I went into the store in person to ask for a refund and was met with attitude and defensiveness from the manager instead of accountability or even a simple apology. I was told they "do answer their phones" despite my multiple unanswered calls and voicemails. I was then told they could not issue a refund because it had been "more than two days," even though the delay was entirely caused by their complete lack of response and failure to handle the issue. The store being unexpectedly closed is frustrating enough. Ignoring customers afterward and then treating them poorly when they ask for their money back is unacceptable. I'm still waiting to hear from the "other manager" or "boss" who is supposedly able to process my refund. Who apparently already had my information but was "too busy" to respond to me sooner. Give me a break. At this point, it's not even about the $35. It's about the complete lack of professionalism, communication, and basic customer service.
