I purchased a fundraiser card for $20 that entitled the buyer to 6 BOGO smoothies. It that states it is valid at all Jamba Juice locations except at airports. There is no expiration date listed on the front or back of the card. So I went in this morning to use the card and was told they don't honor those cards. I didn't argue with the young woman at the counter since clearly she wasn't coming up with these restrictions. But what a huge scam. Very deceptive business practice. It wasn't too busy but the lady in front of me took a while to order. I ordered one smoothie, a mango a-go-go, and noticed two things. Firstly, the cup wasn't filled up all the way. Secondly, it wasn't blended all the way. I mean there were whole frozen mango chunks in it still that would clog the straw. I have not been to Jamba Juice in such a long time. I ended up just going on door dash and using the pick up option to order. This was so easy to use. I've also heard great things about the Jamba Juice app so if you go frequently you should try downloading their app. On door dash there are still many options of drinks you can choose from. My favorite is the matcha green tea blast. I was actually surprised that this drink did not contain even more calories than it did. This drink contains soy milk, fat free vanilla frozen yogurt, and match green tea. This drink had three ingredients and you know what they are. Nothing crazy goes into making this drink delicious. Honestly this is one of my favorite matcha drinks is coming to Jamba Juice. If you like match this is a must try! read more

I ordered a large purely orange and was charged for a large. the guy goes to pour it in the MEDIUM cup, I said no it's supposed to be a large. He said no there are different sizes for the juices....idek what that's supposed to mean, a large is a large, ye is know they go by ounces for the juices but it goes in the large cup. There was clearly a bunch of juice left in the container. I didn't even have the strength to argue with this guy cause obviously customer service was to his strong area. Ended up paying for a large and getting a medium orange juice, and those are pricey.. will not be going back to this location. The orange juice was good though. read more

Our smoothies got the job done but oh my God, there's so much sugar in these things!! It's practically all sugar. I loved Jamba Juice when I was in college. I guess my tastes have changed and I have a much healthier diet now. Also, the cashier was perfectly nice to us but she didn't know the menu at all. Where do I begin? 1 person in Sunday morning, told to use self serve, don't have protein powder, and the visit before my order was messed up. One man show in a Sunday morning, directed to a self serve kiosk, and the system has the audacity to ask for a tip?! Are you people serious? Pretty disappointed with the immaturity of most of the employees here and their lack of customer service. We went in and there was no one in line ahead of us, they had about 6 employees working and not one acknowledged us for a good 5 minutes, even though they looked over at us numerous times... no greeting... no "sorry, we'll be right with you"... While waiting at the stool area by the door, one of the employees, from her name badge it looked like "Ana-Carolina", was hugging and groping a young man two stools away, then proceeded to full-on make out with him, tongues and all, for all the customers viewing pleasure... that was a treat! And definitely didn't make our long wait awkward or uncomfortable! As thoroughly entertained as we were being kept by Ana-Carolina... We finally saw the strawberries wild get set out for pick up but they didn't call out a name. So we waited to see if the banana berry came out after. We finally saw it was blended and just sitting in the blender while other customers, who made purchases after us, continued to get called up to get their drinks. Finally I had to walk up and ask about our drinks and the confused girl said she didn't know, so I pointed out my drink in the blender that had now separated from sitting there... and what does she do?? She goes to just pour it in the cup... without reblending it... so I asked nicely if she could just hit it with the blender again since it was sitting there awhile... she wasn't too happy about that but did it. And you'd think that Ana-Carolina wouldn't return in this story, but she DOES! While waiting for the slow reblending by the charismatic and thoughtful employee helping me, Ana-Carolina comes back out to flirt with her main squeeze (who apparently was an uber eats driver there to pick something up)... she hands the item to him and gives him another long smooch (this is all happening at the opening between counter and their work area) then grabs him and you hear him say something and giggle and she looks down at his crotch and says "oh my God, it's like free advertisement!" obviously referring to the "situation" going on in his pants after all her affections! Yack... My banana berry drink is now seeming less appealing but we finally got both our drinks and bolted out of there before seeing or hearing anything more... This place is in a large shopping center. I stop by on a hot day. The person at the register was very helpful and helped me pick out a good drink. The customer service is really good here and it's very clean. There's also tables outside if you want to sit and enjoy your drink. I used to LOVE Jamba Juice and bought them several times a week.... Then they went and changed their menu all up and the prices have increased significantly over the past 2-3 years. But every once in a while, I want one anyways. I just asked my husband to pick one up for me when he went to Panda Express, and this is what he brings back-a $7.29 smoothie they can't even bother to fill all the way to the top-and he said there was a lot still left in the blender. This place needs to get their associates to understand what customer service is about. Its not just getting the drinks out. Its about welcoming guests and ensuring they're being taken care of. On more than one instance, I'll go in there for an online order and I'm never greeted upon entering and not only that but I'll be standing at the 'online order' area literally staring at an employee without them checking on me and asking what order I'm waiting for. Most recently, that exact thing happened, standing there for 5 min, unnoticed even though an employee has looked in my direction multiple times. I finally speak up an ask if this drink is ready and they say almost. I wait at least another 10 min until I go and check again and then forgot about me and my order. Your staff can't follow simple recipes for all fruit smoothies? I suffered from painful bloating and gas all night and was awake several times. I've been sick for a week and a half and desperately need good sleep, which I did not get last night thanks to your staff.
