Good smoothies! I like that this Jamba juice give you like a frequent buyer card once you have ordered 5 or 6 Jamba juices i think you get the 7th one free. So if you go there a lot it is worth it. It is cool how they have a touch screen machine and from there you can just go ahead and order your drink, inaddition you can look up and compare nutritional valves to the drinks you have ordered or plan to order. read more

Quality of drinks is consistent with my many other Jamba Juice visits in other locations. Service is excellent! Fulfills my requests and then some. I was always greeted and served with a smile. Although they make my matcha drink delicious, my boyfriend's drinks seems to always be off. He had ordered the Peach Pleasure and Red Gummy before and I have also tasted it , as it was not satisfying at all. Waste of money since he only drank half of a 16oz, hoping for the drink to get better, but nonetheless, threw it away due to dissatisfaction. Seems like there was a new worker there today, was too slow with the big crowd that came in, leaving one experienced worker doing all the scooping of ingredients, blending, and pouring it out to cups. Always great customer service here, (except for one employee name Emma, apparently, she was complained on more than three + times) but one star deducted for the inconsistency of drinks and another one for no hand soap in the bathroom... The boy&I came here when we picked up his mom from work because well.. it was hot day, and we were both starting to get sick... and we had a buy one get one coupon haha. When we walked in, one of the guys was throwing a scoop of ice cream/sherbet/something frozen into the air with his scooper and catching it with the blender, so I giggled a bit. I like watching workers having fun haha. We got two "original" Acai Antioxidant smoothies with immunity boosts and granola on top for about $6! They put it in the "power" sized cups and definitely didn't skimp on our drink or granola on top. He asked, "Is this enough?" and the boy asked if we could have a little more, and he just put the rest of the granola in his bin in our cups haha. Typical jamba juice. Great service and their employees are always friendly. Personally i prefer this jamba juice over the ones in oakland which i live in. Well worth the drive. My review is for the quality of service I received. I received a $10 giftcard for christmas. I can't eat anything Jamb Juice has because of my dietary restrictions, so I went into this location last night to get cash back for my giftcard as per CA law. The cashier was very nice but did not know about the law or how to do cash back so he asked the manager on duty. She told me that they do not do cash back. I told her about the law and she told me she had never heard of it & that she didn't know how to do it. I got the impression that she did know how but didn't want to. If she was telling the truth, then she just had a really bad attitude and very poor customer service. I love coming to this location because it's right near my work, and the staff is always friendly. Sometimes they get a lil'pushy with the add ons, but the oatmeal is SO delicious! I love that it's available anyway you want it. I like it plain the best with no added sugar, just the mixed dried fruits. The employees are so funny and outgoing, one guy in particular is a real sweetheart. The only thing I don't like about Jamba juice is how much money I end up spending here a month. read more

I don't hang out in the east bay as much as I'd like to. I lived in Berkeley for about 15 years of my life. Whenever I do visit I am always reminded about how much I miss it and the people. I stopped in to this location for the first time last week after visiting my dad at work in the same shopping center. I was greeted with a very warm welcome from all the guys there ( a bunch of cutie pies work there) and the guy at the register asked if he could see my tattoos so I showed him mine and he showed me his (stop giggling) then took my order. They were all very sweet and service was fast. The jambas I go to in marin are always stuffed with lots of obnoxious people in a really tight space. As you can see by my reviews, I'm a fan of Jamba Juice. Yesterday, for the first time, I ordered the Orange Dream Machine Smoothie and I enjoyed it a lot. Right now they have a drink in season called Lota Horchata. It should be renamed. It doesn't taste like Horchata (sweetened rice water)at all. About half my drink had no flavor, mostly just crushed ice and overall it had an iced mocha taste. I had the same experience with one of the pumpkin drinks this last fall. In 2016 they had the Pumpkin Delight which really was delightful. My daughter also had a spicy mango drink once which really wasn't that good. I'm sticking to their regular menu from now on because the seasonal one is flopping. read more

This is probably one of the worst jamba juice stores. I always order apples and greens extra ice and will get extra ice at other places. Not here though. Came in on this nice sunny day to finding out I get a terrible smoothie and awful customer service from Grace. She didn't even welcome me and I could sense that she was irritated when I couldn't decide what smoothie I wanted and kept asking questions. Finally after I picked something out she took her time with making my smoothie. She had no sense of urgency what so ever. Then once my smoothie was done she just gave me a dirty look and didn't call my name. Not to mention that she didn't even clean my cup, so my smoothie was spilled on the outside of it. I love Jamba Juice. I have been going to Jamba Juice before it was called Jamba Juice (Juice Club . . . anyone?) This review is not really a review of the company or the product, but instead of this particular store. This is by far the worst Jamba Juice I have ever been too. They have incredibly slow service, there is always a wait, even when there isn't a line. I was under the impression that they opened at 7am and I have gone by at 7 and even 7:05 on multiple mornings and they are not open. I keep going back because I love Jamba, but I have been disappointed every time at this one location. Today I ordered a drink and when the man handed me the cup the drink was only 3/4 full. He couldn't get all the drink out of the blender and into my cup and instead of trying he stopped. Now, I don't expect it to be over-flowing, but I didn't pay for over $4 for a 3/4 cup of Jamba Juice. Anyway, I love Jamba, but don't go to the Alameda location if you can help it. read more

Worst Jamba Juice ever. It took 10 minutes to get our drinks started, and there was only 2 people ahead of us with no drinks in the queue. A line then started to build up, then it took another 5 minutes before our drtink even hit the blender. After it was blended, it sat there for over 5 more minutes, just dying. Overall, it took more than 20 minutes to get our drink ready, and when I took my first sip, it had melted already. FAIL. read more

Sometimes the service is crazy, sometimes it's light. Then again I come at the late night (7-8) hour. Why? Stuff. So yeah, the staff is really cool. With most of them, I'm on a first name basis (can you blame me for coming in everyday after practice to get that Protein Berry Workout, Mega Mango before I go compete and kick some butt and drop some time or ColdBuster thanks to my coach for putting me in a long distance event, got sick, got a sinus infection... Take advantage of what current specials are there, such as the $2 off whatever is in the fridge that's edible, like the salads. Sometimes there are monthly specials or new offerings.
