acai primo was absolutely terrible. As soon as I saw the rotting banana instantly demanded a refund. Who even thinks to use a fruit for customers that clearly is not of health code?!?! NASTY AS HELL WILL NEVER GO BACK

I came here on a warm Saturday afternoon while at the South Shore Shopping Center. A small place with outdoor seating available, which was nice, I ordered the Apples n Greens smoothie. That smoothie really hit the spot, and even though it was a small, that was enough for me. The service was fine and relatively quick, it's been a while since I hit up Jamba, forgot how good they are!!

The signs say they open at 8 am. I arrived at 8:15 and attodnourside for about 10 minutes. There were 2 workers inside that would look up periodically to ensure I was still waiting outside. No smile, no "Just a moment" gesture or anything. I left. Won't return and they may end up like Panera.

WHEN: Sunday @2:30pm I've been here maybe 2 times before, but this will be a review for my latest visit. I was sick and wanted something with fruit and greens. Here's what I went with: BOWL - PEACHY GREEN GOODNESS - $8.79 Peach Juice Blend, Mangos, Peaches, Kale, Pumpkin Seeds. Toppings: Bananas, Organic Granola, Strawberries, Chia Seeds Beautiful presentation. There was hardly a wait. The staff here is quite efficient! I liked that blended part wasn't that sweet and everything just came together well. Being sick, this really hit the spot on a bit of a warm day. As long as I get those $3 off coupons I will keep on coming back!

I have been to several places that offer acai bowls, and Main Squeeze in Alameda does a great job!…read more Of course, the place could use more seating, but I'm okay with taking my bowl to-go. I was there on a warm Sunday, just to try their acai bowls. There's four acai bowls on the menu board, so I asked the gentleman behind the counter....."which is the best acai bowl?" With confidence, he said...."the Oasis Bowl." He likes the Oasis Bowl because it features seasonal fruit. That means the recipe and taste experience can change with the seasons. When I was there, the seasonal fruit was pineapple. This place makes a good acai bowl. For $13.00, it's not overflowing with fruit toppings. Instead, it's packed with fresh fruit, crispy granola, chia seeds, honey and coconut flakes on top of a acai base. It's definitely a meal, not a fruit bowl snack. The interior is very clean. It has a small outdoor patio. According to signage, there's no indoor seating. Main Squeeze is located near the Park Street Downtown. It's walking distance from the Alameda Theatre, public parking lot, and Alameda High School.

Overview: nostalgic, my favorite boba place that offers mini boba!, delicious and fresh food…read more/snacks too ---- I used to come here all the time back in high school when it was located across the street in front of the bus stop next to the martial art place. I'm so glad that they are still open and running. They have happy hour from 6-8pm with discounted drinks and food which is great for the high schoolers in the area and to just hang out there too! I LOVE mini boba, so much more than the regular sized boba balls and T4 is one of the only places I know that still have the option to add it. I got my favorite Wintermelon Milk Tea for $6.35 ($5.75 for reg size + $0.60 for mini boba topping) and it was just like I remembered it. Sweet, creamy, chewy, and refreshing. I also got the Popcorn Chicken $7.75 which they offer sauces like ranch and sweet chili (there are more options but I forgot). It came out piping hot and the chicken was still tender and juicy, also had crispy basil on top. The girls working were so sweet too! You can either order directly from them or through their small kiosk iPad on their counter. There's plenty of seating but parking is always an issue. We had just come from playing at SubPar Mini Golf so we left our car over there and just walked a few minutes. ---- Overall: a classic boba institution that I'm so happy still operates, fresh food and drinks that tastes the same as I've had them years ago! I can't wait to be back when I'm visiting Alameda again!

We ordered…read morea total of nine drinks ranging from Thai iced tea, to mango and strawberry slushies, taro, with added fun lychee poppers etc. - we basically ordered half the menu and still felt wanting more! The fries were the perfect texture and came out fresh. We occupied majority of the space and the staff and owners welcomed us and did not rush us out (this literally happened at a neighboring boba spot in alameda- they were so rude. I forgot the name, please feel free to read my review on them). I encourage you to try this place out! Cheers!

The absolute worst boba shop in Alameda. Do yourself a favor and don't go here…read more I've been here multiple times because I kept giving them another chance, but every visit seems to come with a new problem. One time there was a hair in my drink. On several other occasions I ordered a smoothie, only for it to be handed to me already melted. Even the popcorn chicken has gotten noticeably smaller over the years. The drinks aren't good either. The flavors don't taste authentic at all--they have a very artificial, fake taste, like they're just dumping flavored powder into a blender instead of using real ingredients. The shop itself is also poorly maintained. You can see dust and spiderwebs around the store, and it doesn't feel like cleanliness is a priority. I've given this place more chances than it deserved, hoping it would improve, but it never does. Save your money and go somewhere else.
