I also gave him a patch that was supposed to replace the whole right pocket of my uniform. I explained it in detail on how it should be done and they told me that they understood. I picked it up five days later and it was completely messed up. I explained that it wasn't what I wanted and they made me still pay! All of the work was incorrect and lazily done. They ruined my pocket and now I have to buy a new pocket patch. Do not bring your uniforms here!

I also had a white church robe that had brownish hue near the collar, and wine and coffee stains throughout. I had sent it to another cleaner before coming to Valhalla cleaners, and they weren't able to get rid of the stains. However, that wasn't the case for Valhalla Cleaners. They did a fantastic job at removing all the white stains from my white robe. Other services performed at this establishment included downsizing the width and length of my jeans, and dry cleaning my corduroy pants. It wasn't a problem this time, but I could see that if there were many customers here this would be. Would I recommend it yes, there's even a little mom and Pop shop across the parking lot that you can go over for snacks or lunch. It's a good area not too busy today. I came to this laundromat, started my laundry, and briefly left the premises to grab a few things nearby. When I returned, my clothes had been removed from the washing machine and placed in a laundry cart. I contacted management to ask what policy authorized employees to remove a customer's belongings. I was told that the policy is "posted on the wall." When I specifically asked where this policy was posted so that customers could actually review it, I was simply told, "It's posted on the wall," followed by a comment that my experience was "the big reason" they have signs telling customers not to leave their clothes unattended. The problem is that a warning telling customers not to leave belongings unattended is not the same thing as clearly communicating that employees will remove your clothing from a machine while you are briefly away. If that is the policy, it should be clearly and specifically posted where customers can see it before using the machines. What bothered me most was the dismissive response when I asked a completely reasonable question about the policy. Instead of providing the location or wording of the policy, I was essentially told to look at the wall and then dismissed with "Have a good night."

When I went to wear it I noticed a piece of wax or glue stuck to the left shoulder area which was not there prior to...I work in a sterile clean environment office and would have noted that! I brought the shirt back and went to pick it up an low and behold the glue spot was removed as well as all the color! Furthermore, the collar lost color from aggressive heat. I negotiated a small credit as the owner refused a cash refund for the shirt, worn only twice. I will NEVER return to this place as my clothes are expensive and part of my occupation.
