I also had a white church robe that had brownish hue near the collar, and wine and coffee stains throughout. I had sent it to another cleaner before coming to Valhalla cleaners, and they weren't able to get rid of the stains. However, that wasn't the case for Valhalla Cleaners. They did a fantastic job at removing all the white stains from my white robe. Other services performed at this establishment included downsizing the width and length of my jeans, and dry cleaning my corduroy pants. Everything came out perfect. 10/10 for customer service, dry cleaning value, and size altering. Thank you for all your hard work.

Perla helped us and she was incredibly kind and thoughtful, making sure everything was taken care of smoothly. You can tell she genuinely cares about customers. Since the laundromat and dry cleaners are connected, it's truly a "kill two birds with one stone" kind of place: you can wash your clothes and handle dry cleaning all in one stop. This is much higher than dozens of laundry places in San Diego. The city took over street parking for bike lanes and this is terrible for this area There is only one street space on Park Blvd. for the entire block for disability parking. The back of Park & Laundry is an inclined ramp. Absolutely not safe for wheelbound persons or anyone with balance circumstances. Complimentary WIFI for current customers. Bathroom. Attendant on duty at all times.

They could have just stiffed me and blamed me. But they took full responsibility and paid me for my loss. I give 5-stars because it is so uncommon these days to see good service. I left it for a week to give them extra time treating the shirt. It came back with the stains still as evident as the day I got them, not even cleaned a little. No note saying they couldn't fix it like they used to do, just bagged and returned. The worst part is, there were two new rips along the seams of both sleeves near the shoulders. They were very obvious but no one said anything. The lady at the counter was very rude and just brushed me off, the STILL charged me full price. I hate to say it, but this place is not what it used to be. Now I'm in search of a new dry cleaner that doesn't charge $6 to destroy an expensive silk shirt.
