Whenever I'm in Garfield, I have to stop at Jam Burger. It's a must at this point! The Jam Burger itself is absolutely incredible. The beef patty is juicy and packed with flavor, topped with a jalapeño popper that's literally the size of the patty (yes, really!). Add in the caramelized onions and that sweet-savory jam spread, and you've got pure perfection in every bite. Easily my favorite burger around!

New to this burger shop. Was attracted by their extravagant shakes but ended up just ordering burger and fries. Ordered the jam and bodega burger. Both were great, I think the bodega burger edged out the jam burger for my preference but I added bacon and pickles to it so theres that. Bacon was a bit overcooked, but patty had good flavor. Jam burger is perfect for people that like onions in their burger! Fries were pretty regular. Ordered take out, order was made quick. Will likely return to try one of their shakes.

I've been wanting to try JAM burger out for a while now and it did not disappoint! The establishment is very clean, and the workers are friendly. The burgers and milkshakes are very delicious, one of the best burger spots in the area! We ordered the classic burger and JAM burger - both highly recommended. Parking is limited to what you can find on the street which is a downfall.

That's my jam. A good substitute to Shake Shack which is in the same price range. I ordered two burgers and two chicken sandwiches which arrived nice n toasty via delivery. everything was very tasty and the chicken was not over cooked at all. Egg was cooked perfectly for a to go order. I like how they serve the type of fries you get at bowling alleys with that crispy outside lol. A quick five mins in the air fryer and they were as good as new. Def will try the shakes when I go to visit in person, bc those look amazing too.

Jam burger is one of a kind burger and milkshake bar that i'd go every now and then to! The signature milkshakes are to die for and the burgers are freshly made! It's located at a busy street with ample street parking in garfield, NJ. We went in a Sunday afternoon and jamburger was abuzz with customers and orders. We ordered the following- Chicken fried chicken burger, veggie burger, chicken strips and 2 of their signature milkshakes (black and white and strawberry shortcake) and boy we were in for a treat. The chicken fried chicken burger is served open and its loaded. The fried chicken patty is crisp, juicy and huge! Its NOT your ordinary chicken sandwich, and it tastes better than it looks. I'd call it their signature chicken fried chicken burger! The veggie burger is pretty epic and it melts in your mouth, it comes with onion, pickles, lettuce and tomatoes! *Drum rolls* the signature milkshakes are just drool worthy with the loaded rim and whipped cream are handcrafted to perfection! They use the best ingredients whether is icecream or syrup. We just couldn't get enough of the milkshakes! I'd highly recommend trying any of the flavors! Jam burger has a kid friendly menu and our lil ones enjoyed the chicken strips with idaho fries! We are definitely visiting again to beat our weekend blues!

This place is great!!! A little hole in the wall for sure, but the food is fantastic. I got the breakfast burger and my fiancé got the jam burger - both were amazing. And the fries - both sweet potato and regular - were cooked to perfection and just awesome. I'll be returning to try the bodega burger. Also, service was quick even though it's just one guy running the house. Returning!!!

Will be the first and last time I visit here. This is the absolute WORST, milkshake I have ever had. I just ordered 5 milkshakes for my family. There is nothing shake about this milk. It's literally flavored milk, barely any ice cream and more then half of the cup was whipped cream. You can get a better shake at McDonald's for half the price. The best part was the STALE cereal that the put on the border when it's supposed to be Reese pieces. It's literally called a Reese shake with no Reese in it. I finally gave this place a try after driving by all these years on the way home and will never be back. Don't waste your money. It also took about 30 minutes to wait for my flavored milk.

The Bodega Burger W/ Fries. Just wow!

Anyone requested a bunless / lettuce wrapped burger? Do they accommodate?

Would be an open face burger with lettuce on the bottom.

Is it true same burger ingredients as boom burger in mahwa?

Nothing like it, it's actually alot better.

They also have beautiful garden seating. I ordered Turkish coffee, fresh grapefruit juice, Gurmanski dorucak, mini burek with spinach and cheese, and fruit cake. I love Turkish coffee and this was very good. The juice was tart and delicious. The breakfast platter was a showstopper. Two fried eggs, tomato, feta, two meat patties, and homemade bread. The flavors of the meat blew my mind. Who knew that Croatians make the most delicious burgers. This is a hearty and fantastic dish. Also, the burek was flaky and light and not very mini. I took home the cake and enjoyed it later. Light, delicate and not overly sweet, this was a star. Open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, you should stop in for any meal. Seating is first-come, first-served, and guests are placed based on availability, which keeps things fair and efficient even during busy times. The tables for two are intimate and cozy, perfect for conversation, though they can become a bit tight when ordering several dishes at once. That said, the staff was attentive and checked in often enough to clear plates and make room, which made the experience much more comfortable. The dessert menu is separate, allowing guests to enjoy their meal at an unhurried pace before deciding on something sweet. Their beverage offerings are thoughtfully presented. Herbal tea options include green tea, chamomile, and English tea (Stash), and the tea is served in a container that provides two full servings. The cappuccino is well made and served with a sugar crystal stick, adding a distinct old-world charm that enhances the café's European feel. I regret not asking for an additional order of Turkish coffee so that's a regret . What we ordered: * Greek Salad - $18.50 * Cappuccino - $6.80 * Herbal Tea - $6.00 * Uštipci - $17.25 * Musaka - $22.95 * Šnicla (Cutlet Sandwich) - $20.75 * 2 Diet Cokes - $8.00 The musaka is a baked dish and does take about 25 minutes to prepare, as it's made fresh with baked eggs, seasoned beef, and sliced potatoes layered on top. The wait is well worth it, resulting in a hearty, comforting dish that tastes authentically homemade. The Šnicla (cutlet sandwich) arrived beautifully presented on a wooden board, adding a rustic, elevated touch that matched the restaurant's aesthetic. Mom felt it lacked in seasoning but she Didnt leave any crumbs . The Uštipci were a standout--served with feta and honey, generously portioned, and so plentiful that we happily took some home. We were too full for dessert this time, but it's absolutely on the list for a return visit. Due to winter weather, we couldn't explore the back of the restaurant, but even from the main dining area, the decor is undeniably charming and full of character. Overall, Cafe Bubamara offers authentic flavors, generous portions, attentive service, and a cozy, old-world atmosphere that makes it a place worth revisiting.

Since Yemeni coffee and tea options aren't common for everyone, they take the time to explain the menu and answer questions, which I really appreciated. However, the Adeni Chai was the only saving grace of the visit. It was flavorful and well made, but the coffee was a massive disappointment. I tried the Jubani after the staff described it as a delicious light-roasted coffee packed with caffeine, but in reality, it tasted like bland cardamom water with absolutely no coffee flavor or body. It felt like I was just drinking hot spiced water. The atmosphere was also a major issue as there was no seating available whatsoever. The crowd was mostly of Middle Eastern descent and many were incredibly rude; people will bump right into you and not say a word. Even worse was the way some customers spoke to the workers, it was absolutely deplorable. Honestly, who raised you? It was uncomfortable to witness. The dessert selection was even worse. Most of what we ordered felt stale and old. The only thing worth eating was the bubble dessert with cheese because they actually toast it. We tried both the pistachio milk cake and the pistachio dream cake, and neither was impressive. The khattafi in the pistachio dream was the biggest letdown; it was so stale and bland I can't believe they actually put it out to sell when it was clearly weeks if not months old. The basboosa was also a disappointment, as it was a very small square of semolina cake for almost $5. Overall, It is not a good place for coffee or desserts, so if you do go, stick strictly to the Adeni chai.

The place was packed with a lot of people enjoying their evenings with their families and friends, so that was nice to see. After waiting in line for less than 5 minutes the staff took our order. It came in two cups without dairy but I feel like adding cream would have made it more viscous. We didn't find a table to sit at as it was busy but found a bench to share space. Everyone was super chill and we even were given extra almond oat milk to add. I didn't finish the whole cup but it was a memorable experience.

It came to the United States in 1770, is made with milk, typically does not include eggs, and has a dense texture from a slower churning speed than ice cream. Located on Market Street in Elmwood Park, my partner and I came to this family-operated establishment celebrating 25 years. Upon entering the cozy Four Seasons as first-timers, we were in the mood for some homemade gelato. There were a few classics one will find, such as chocolate, hazelnut, coffee, and stracciatella (vanilla with crunchy chocolate pieces), as well as pistachio, all written in Italian. They also feature hard ice cream, cakes, pastries, and coffee. We decided on a small chocolate and medium banana and sat outside at one of the two available tables. The texture was silkier and softer with a bold, intense flavor and authenticity. The price was comparable to the area. The young staff could have been a bit more sociable. We can recommend this place.
