I used to live very close to this location and would visit once a week. I recently moved and I visit 2-3 times a month. They are so friendly and so helpful! They're in love with my dog and they give dog treats to doggos! The burgers are tasty and worth the money. We stopped in for lunch when learning Bubba's did not open until 4pm. We were pleasantly surprised. The staff is super nice and friendly. You could tell they all enjoy their jobs, this speaks volumes considering the staff is younger and the restaurant is almost fast food. Finally had Jaggers for the first time. Those shoestring fries are literally one of the most delicious things I have ever put my mouth. I felt like I was going to bust because I was so full but I kept eating them because they were so delicious. I had a single bacon avocado burger. It was delicious. I felt like with the avocado it needed a little salt but I dipped it in the jaggers sauce and it was perfect. The prices weren't too bad. I actually can't believe I haven't helped this place, considering my hubby and I come here 1x per week minimum because we love Love Love Jaggers! My go too is the Jagger's Chicken Salad - with crispy spicy chicken ... ranch and honey mustard are yummy (since they make their dressings) and buffalo sauce for that extra kick.... For those hat don't want to sweat.. everything on the menu is yum yum!!! I experienced Jaggers for the first time today. I ordered two spicy chicken sandwich combos and chocolate chip cookies. They were very efficient and delivered the food directly to my car wearing a mask and gloves. No wait at all. The fries were thin and crispy and the chocolate chip cookie was still hot. Now let's talk about the chicken sandwich - hands down the best one I've ever had. Crispy, spicy, juicy and a very large portion. It came with pepper jack cheese, lettuce, tomato and pickle. Decided to get lunch today. I Ordered the grilled chicken deluxe sandwich. It was great. The chicken breast was well seasoned, NOT DRY (unlike other chicken sandwiches) came with lettuce & Tomato. I ordered their fries...excellent choice. To top off the order I elected for the chocolate shake.....Amazing!!! It was thick, a bit of work to get it through the straw, but soooooo worth it! I'd driven by this restaurant too many times to not stop by. Family wanted something quick and light, so we settled on this. Parking lot was full, which we took as a good sign. There was hardly an empty table in the building. Unfortunately, all of the ones that were empty were dirty. I had to ask someone to come clean one off, but she was very polite about it. The other workers seemed like they had enough and weren't very friendly. The kid who dropped off our food simply placed it down and walked off, not asking if everything was okay. That leads me to my next point... I ordered my sandwich (a chicken sandwich) with cheese. It came completely plain, and I wasn't charged for cheese. This turned out to be fine, because the chicken was flavorful and juicy. I probably wasn't clear in my order, so it wasn't a mark off. The fries were very hot and had good flavor. I was surprised. I didn't try their speciality lemonade, but my mom said it was good, so I trust her. Our party was satisfied with the quality of their food and had no complaints. The speed of service was impressive. It was less than five minutes for hot, fresh food. This appeared to be standard, based on the other orders around us. The atmosphere is loud. We could barely have a conversation, and the ladies next to us would probably laugh at their own shadow. Music and tv's are playing, so it's kind of overwhelming. (I have sensory issues.) Keep that in mind when visiting. The restaurant loses stars based on cleanliness and price. Each combo cost around $10 and the portions do not justify that. The food was good, but not quite at the level they charge. I believe its parent restaurant is Texas Roadhouse and Bubba's 33, so I can see why. I'll be back in the future, but not on a Saturday afternoon to avoid the crowd. read more

The best way to describe Jaggers is: fresh, restaurant quality food, served fast-food style. They make the food fresh to order. I like the California Burger and California Grilled Chicken - they each come with bacon and avocado. The seasoned fries are always fresh and delicious. Service is quick whether dining in or drive through. Inside, everything is clean, and the servers are always smiling. I have to say that when I first saw the sign for Jagger's I was excited to try it out. With that being said, today I went through the drive through and it took way too long for me to get my food first off and the burger titled "crazy good cheeseburger" was definitely not that. I could not even finish my food because it was not good. The bun was stale, the tomato was far from ripe, and the burger by itself was not edible. Save yourself some time, if you want a good cheeseburger just go across the parking lot to Five Guys. I do not see myself coming back here anytime soon. read more

No customers in the restaurant. 4 people just standing around behind the counter you would think that one of them could've came out to clean the dining room. First time ever eating at a Jagger's. I noticed a lot of really negative reviews on this restaurant in particular. This location is brand-spankin' new. With any new restaurant comes challenges. I try my best to provide grace in these types of instances. All that being said, my personal review of the restaurant is really quite good! My dad and I walked in, were promptly greeted by smiling faces and a clean restaurant. The only hiccup was that I really wanted a burger - but I didn't so much want the bread. Most "trendy" burger joints offer some sort of bun alternative and this one didn't... so we opted for salad and chicken fingers. It's not a health thing so much as it is a "OMG - THE BLOAT" thing. I'm craving it now, which is what prompted this review months after my last visit. So reasonably priced, I've ordered a second salad to take home and have for lunch the next day. I'm not sure if it's a seasonal menu item, since it is loaded with strawberries, but I would recommend it to anyone who loves a good salad. A friend ordered the chicken sandwich which looked great. Huge chunk of breaded chicken with thin and crispy fries. The restaurant is clean, staff is friendly and with outside table seating, perfect for our warm months. We look at the menu and both thought the prices were good and when the food came out the portions look fair. My wife and I both agreed the burgers were a bit on the to greasy side but the fries were good!! Both girls inhaled there grilled cheese so I asume they were good. This place has the best chicken! I also like that they have some really good sides other than the typical french fries. The side salads are a great value for what you get. They also have Mac n cheese as an option now which is another nice option. We come here pretty often and will likely continue to do so. The people are always very welcoming and friendly, too. We are be to the area and stopped here simply because of their outdoor seating. We were all really impressed with the taste of the food and the amount you get for the little amount you pays. I have been a few times. I enjoy the jagger sauce. I have tried the black bean and quinoa burger. It sounds super healthy but it is delicious. I have also had the grilled chicken sandwich another delicious choice. Now the bad part the kid does not like their chicken nuggets since they season them and she hates pepper. The fries and tater tots are made perfectly the fries are also seasoned with pepper. The straw lemonade is a little on the sweet side however that is the only thing the kid likes. I would recommend it to anyone but my seven year old. Well because she just doesn't know that good food is supposed to have flavor.
