Wingstop is where I'm going if I want wings! They have quite a few sauces and dry rubs and their fries are incredible. I have to be in the mood for wings, but when I am, Wingstop does the trick! I always go for boneless wings and the quality of chicken has always been good. The wings are large which I appreciate. The mild buffalo sauce is yummy, but I've come to really like the spicy Korean Q. It's hotter than regular buffalo, but the flavor hits almost perfectly between sweet, spicy, and tangy. If you're getting a side with your wings, get the fries! They have a sweet and salty seasoning they put on top of them that makes them different from pretty much any other fries I've had. Unfortunately, they don't tend to use very much of the seasoning on top of the fries, so I would recommend asking for extra seasoning on them so you can taste it more. It's such a bummer to get them home and realize that that sweet and salty flavor is faint! As far as COVID, they're doing a great job from what I've observed. You can call in or order online and just dash in to pick up your order. The inside is closed for dining and all the staff wears masks. I felt comfortable going in to pick up my food. If you're going in for pick up, make sure to bring along your ID or credit card you paid with so they can verify before you leave with your food. Overall, Wingstop is a good option for wings. This is strictly a carry out restaurant. We ordered a "Boneless Meal Deal" which consists of 20 boneless wings, a large fry, and 2 dips. We picked up our order and when we got home there were no fries in the sack. I called the restaurant and was given the opportunity to come get a replacement order of fries, which was not convenient or wanted OR come by some other time and get a free 6 piece combo which was the choice we took. When, a couple of days later, I called the restaurant to order the 6 piece combo (EVERYTHNG is made to order here so it is imperative to call an order in or order it online) I spoke to the manager Robert and he took the order and was very courteous and apologetic about the mix-up. This is my second review of Wingstop. I previously had a terrible experience and I completed a survey and review, giving them 1 star. After wards, management reached out to me and made things right. I decided to order since my family and I are going on vacation and I don't want to cook plus I had a credit at the store. I called and ordered my food, they said about 35-40 mins; I called just before 6:30. I arrived there about 7:05. I gave the woman behind the counter my name and she glanced at the 7 bags on the cart and didn't say anything to me. I waited for 10 mins, it was busy and lots of orders were going out, I thought that she was waiting on my order. The woman decided to go through each bag and say the names, she came to my name and guess what, my bag was there the whole time. I go to check out and she told me I owed $34 and I told her I had a credit then she said ok you owe $16. I told her that I have a credit for $50. She said yes only for $34. She went to get the manager and we discussed it and I showed her emails but I wasn't able to leave until 7:30. Overall, the customer service is terrible, but the food was better this time. However I gave them a second chance and they blew it. Not going back. But don't worry about them, it's a chain restaurant and it was busy. They don't have to be good at customer service. read more

3 stars for the inconsistency. I had Wingstop for the first time a few weeks ago and it was AMAZING. I ordered the garlic Parmesan boneless wings combo with fries and was extremely happy with the taste and the price. I was ready to give up bdubs for life. Then I ordered the same meal tonight to go and could not be more disappointed. There was NO garlic flavor whatsoever. It was just like some Parmesan had been halfway sprinkled on top of chicken nuggets. I ended up trying to make my own garlic sauce at home because the wings were so disappointing. I'll give the place another try in the future because I know it can be amazing, but I won't be craving it any time soon. I also guess I need to check my carry out order before leaving the place. Always a fan of this location until today. I placed an order online today, website had crashed couple of times, so apparently that somehow switched my order from traditional wings to boneless wings. I live about 20mins away, I picked up the order and realized I got boneless wings instead of traditional when I got home. Called the store immediate but no one picked up until about the 9th time I called. Talked to the manager Catherine, and she refused to work with me (would not exchange due to covid reason, which I understand, but would not replace my order neither due to "inventory"). Then continued to tell me how there is nothing she could possibly do to help, only the GM can and the GM wont be here until tomorrow (all I wanted was my food at that point). Then she put me on hold for over 18 mins while "trying to get a hold of the GM". I was already on my way back to the store thinking they would work it out with me due to the website issue, but NO, I guess as a manager Catherine has no power to cancel my order, no power to refund me, no power to exchange my food, no power to give me the 20 wings, nothing... so I'm not sure what she actually can do at the store. Super disappointed with this type of customer service, they acted like I'm trying to get free food, when I had the food in my hand to "exchange". Always been a fan of this location but dont think I will come back anymore. After driving back and forth twice (80mins total), I went and got my wings from Ale Emporium instead with no issue, GREAT customer service, and super fast. The flash fried wings were cooked perfectly and were extremely crispy and melted in your mouth. The combo with fries is a great deal for the amount of food you get.
