Fast food style with a slight upgrade. Food was decent and service was great. I would go back.

Cold food. Burgers pre-made. Thrown on a bun to your table in a couple of mins. Not freash not warm or hot.

I admittedly don't do fast food often, but when I get that occasional itch, Jaggers is my go to. I have three mains I cycle through. The California chicken with no Bacon. Spicy chicken with no cheese. The Jaggers chicken salad fried with honey mustard. All three are delicious. I don't eat beef often, but if I did, would come here also. Have had a couple of their burgers and they were fantastic. Can tell the beef is fresh, and not frozen patties Regardless of what I choose, I get their seasoned fries to pair with the meal. Very delicious! If have that fast food itch or something you do o. The regular, bypass the typical fare and swing in to Jaggers. You will not regret it, and I guarantee you'll make a return a visit. *Bonus content Their Oreo Shake is also good if have a sweet craving. Tater tots also good if not a fries person. read more

Used to be decent, now their large fry is the size of a kids fry. Also they put them in the same container as your overpriced chewy chicken tenders, which makes them SOGGY. Jaggers used to be a lot better, now it's overpriced with less food than ever. Wouldn't recommend. read more

However, if you're looking for something a little lighter, stop by and try the Jaggers Chicken Salad. It's made to order, so if you don't like something, they'll hold it back. You can get broiled or crispy chicken, and the veg is actually fresh. It's a decent serving, too. We typically visit the location in Castleton/82nd Street. We are headed to the YELPS first Elite event of the year and wanted to stop and grab something to eat beforehand. I wanted a drive-thru to make it easier on Tony. I saw this Jaggers and saw a variety on the side of the building, so I went into the drive-thru and we decided what we wanted. We ordered the 6 chicken tenders and a large vanilla shake. Tony wanted 4 tenders so I got the 6 box so I could have two. The shake was for me. To our surprise the chicken tenders were as spicy as spicy can be. Since I've been sick it wasn't good to me. We didn't order spicy and they weren't advertised as such that I saw. Our bill was $11. and some change. To me it was high for what we got. It's not a place we will return to. The tenders were hot from the fire and they were tender. You might love the food. Check it out and see what you think. read more

Pleasantly surprised by Jaggers. Don't know what I was really expecting but tbh not much. Place has a "Chick Fil A" feel to it as employees are very receptive and on top of their game. Open seating everything is cooked to order and they bring out your food to you, plenty of flat screens to keep your attention. Was super busy but food came out in 10 min or less. Ordered the crazy good burger (sans fries) wife got the avocado burger while the yute got the chicken salad. Burgers were good, juicy I liked mine better than my wife's, salad was decent but they used iceberg instead of romaine and for $6.49 you should get something better than that. Food quality is above avg for fast casual, however sizes are not keeping up with prices imo. Full menu, something for everyone, this was pretty good, only thing that keeps this from a 5 star is the size of the burgers for the price. If I'm around here I would hit this again. read more

Best burgers anywhere. Right up there with Bru Burger by Cunningham Group. My wife & I have eaten there twice and both experiences were a genuine treat. Green chile burger is fabulous and the Bacon avocado burger equally well prepared. Now for the kicker - the french fries are beyond spectacular. Love that I can get good quality fast food, salads are great, hardy burgers, I get a single the standard is two patties. Still the best is the chicken strips. Jaggers is not your typical fast food. It focuses on a very small but extremely well executed menu. The crispy chicken is crispier but juicier than any other I've had. This is a concept that I suspect will give Chick-Fil-A a run for its money in the coming years. I'm a huge fan of the berry fresh chicken salad as well but always get sweet tea. We were walking in carrying my baby in his car seat and the guy behind the counter quickly ran up and opened the door for us! We didn't have to wait in line and our food was made and delivered fresh and hot to our table quickly. It is a little pricey but the quality is much higher than steak and shake and the chicken tenders are made with actual juicy pieces of thick white meat. I am a huge dipping fan and they have an assortment of dipping sauces to choose from which are great to try with the tarot tots, including the country gravy! read more

I live about 5 minutes away from a Jaggers, I went into the plaza looking to get Chik Fil A, didn't want to wait in line, so I decided to try Jaggers. I'm never going to Chik Fil A again. Had a coupon for buy one entree get one free. My mistake, as I thought it said must order on line. I placed my order to find that there was no where to put my coupon code. Could not place the order without paying. I just figured they would credit me for one entree when I picked it up. After waiting in a lengthy line I finally talked to the manager. He said that after I paid nothing he could do about coupon. Then he said it would take 5 days for refund. I said that that was fine. Then he said he could not credit me today. WHAT?? Can't go wrong at Jaggars! This place is the most consistent "fast food" place ever. They are always friendly and serve with a smile every time. Whatever you order whether it be a salad, chicken, or a burger, it's always fresh and delicious. My favorite is the Jaggars Chicken Salad with Ranch and the Mac'n'Cheese. They don't skip out on the dressing either as they give you 2 sides of dressing with the salads. Definitely try their lemonade and strawberry lemonade...it's amazing! read more

First time here and I'm surprised that I've never stopped in. So it's a burger joint with freshness to their menu. I ordered the vegetarian black bean burger with avocado and it was tasty and did not disappoint. You can have string fries or tater totes as a side and I opted for both :). Both were made to order and had the right amount of crunch! We also ordered their brownie which was just calling my name at the counter. Brownie was fresh and tasty. It had great décor with lots of TV's so if you are into a sport show, I am sure that you would get it here. Pricing was a bit pricey but I shouldn't be surprise to pay for high price on an upscale burger. read more

We've driven by this place a ton and have been meaning to stop in forever. We finally did and I wish I'd gone sooner. I like it a lot and I see a lot more visits in our future. The dining room is clean and modern looking. It was fairly empty when we went but I can see it getting crowded later in the evening. The menu is simple. You can get a salad, burger, or a chicken sandwich. That's it. And it's awesome. I love simple menus. The drinks are self serve fountain. Get the strawberry lemonade, it's amazing. They also serve beer. My wife got the Cobb salad and I got the green chile Burger. It was really good. The fries that come with it are awesome as well. My wife loved her salad. I almost went back and got another burger. That's how good they are. Lastly, if you sign up for their e-club they will send you a coupon for a free sandwich or salad. Inspired by Indianapolis Monthly's latest cover story on my favorite food, the burger, I plan to sample many of the publication's favorites throughout the summer. My first stop, by luck of a quick road trip south, is Jaggers. Jaggers fits in the exploding fast casual burger category along with local favorite, Punch Burger, or popular chain, Five Guys. On my first visit, I tried the green chili cheeseburger (as seen in IM), the shoestring fries and a banana split shake. First and most importantly, I will address the burger. The overall combination made a tasty and very messy burger with the mild green chili and melted jack cheese. Although freshly ground, I did not find the meat to be as flavorful as the locally sourced meat at Punch and I missed the flattop sear of the meat at Five Guys. Not my favorite, but a burger I would order again. For anyone visiting Portland, Or in the future, you can't beat the green chili burger at Killer Burger. The shoestring fries were nearly identical to the traditional Steak-n-Shake fries, though more seasoned. Like their predecessors, enjoy them right away, as they will cool quickly and become less appealing. The shake was very thick with a good combination of strawberry and banana flavors, neither overpowering the other. At 2.99, it a much better value than shakes at Five Guys. I save my highest compliment for the staff. They were very friendly, polite and informative, which has become rare at fast food establishments. read more

She made our order wrong and when asked for them to remake she started swearing. Then got too busy talking and laughing with each other that they got the order wrong a second time, after the third time of getting the order wrong I had to get refunded. What a great addition to the fast food options in the Greenwood area! I love how great the food is, as well as how pleasant the staff is! Jaggers has both a drive thru and a dine in option, and I will say that the inside is very well maintained. When I walked in, I was greeted by a friendly staff member who was eager to take my order. After ordering, I was handed a table number and was able to seat myself. My food was then brought to me at the table I chose. This is so much better than having my number called, in my opinion! I ordered the 6 piece chicken strips and french fries. Although that sounds like something you could order most places you go, these chicken tenders set themselves apart! The quality and flavor was outstanding! They were not dried out or over-breaded like chicken tenders are at some restaurants. I also loved the french fries; they are the "shoe-string" type, and they season them just right. If you have any room at the end of your meal, I also recommend trying out one of their milkshakes! From experience, the Oreo cookies and cream is a great option! There are so many things on the menu to choose from; I am convinced that Jaggers has something for everyone! Stopped in Jagger's while on a work trip for a quick lunch during a break in my seminar. I chose Jagger's because it was one of the only "Indianapolis exclusive" restaurants near my training and I wanted to try something new rather than stopping into a fast food joint I could get anywhere. I don't know much of Jagger's, but I believe it is local to Indianapolis (none in Bloomington!) I ordered the veggie burger which is made with a black bean - quinoa Patty and was topped with a heap of vegetables, avocado and something called "Jagger sauce" and a side of fries. The burger sounded really good, I always get excited about house black bean burgers! Unfortunately, I found the burger to be extremely bland and couldn't even begin to identify what Jagger sauce tastes like. I was disappointed, but it still filled me up and was relatively healthy. The fries were the star of the show here! I was really pleased with the fries they offered - thin, crispy, double friend deliciousness. If I returned I believe I would try a fried entree (chicken or some such!) Overall, it was a good and easy lunch. read more

When I think of burgers and fries.. I say yuck. I see the typical "golden arch" burger that usually looks like it's taken a punch before it's been tossed out to me. I refuse to eat burgers but JAGGERS has changed my mind. I've driven by this place and have completely disregarded it because of the aesthetics. However, I forced myself to go after being convinced by a friend. I tried the spicy chicken and hamburger and it was absolutely life changing. AND THE FRIES.. don't get me started on the fries. It was absolutely amazing. IT WAS NOT SOGGY and it didn't taste old. I would recommend dining in or ordering to go. Either way, it still tastes amazing. For a fast food joint... I have been here 4 times now at the request of my Neice the first time. I appreciate the salads although they have been inconsistent. I always order the grilled chicken cobb and ingredients are always less or omitted like no blue cheese today. They always ask my name which I have to scream 3-4 times and they still cant hear me and never get it right. Who cares what my name is? Just ask if my order is correct when I get to the window.
