I decided to sign up for rewards (something I always check for before ordering) so I downloaded the app and ordered from there. My friends used the kiosk, it seemed user friendly, but it would have been nice for anyone to speak to us. Ordering on the app wasn't bad, it said my food would be ready in 4-9 minutes. My friends got their food very quickly. Their food was nice and hot. We didn't realize that getting your drink after ordering from the kiosk, you have to get your receipt and use the QR code to scan at the machine to receive your cup, some direction on that would have been nice. As for my food, about 20 minutes passed and I still didn't hear anything. The app doesn't have a tracker, but I made sure I ordered it at the right location and for pick up which it was all correct. I had to go to the counter, got a man's attention that was working, and he asked for my name. He then went to the back and I heard them talking. Several minutes later, a lady came out with my food and drink. I asked if it had been ready and she said yes, so I asked how was I supposed to know and she just shrugged her shoulders not saying anything. I was very upset, but so hungry.
