BBQ Cheddar Burger (single patty) with Shoestring Fries - A cheddar cheeseburger with a toothpick in a bun, served with French fries and a packet of ketchup on a tray lined with branded paper.

This is my second time at a Jaggers and at a second different location. I think the indoor dining area here is much larger here than the new Avon location. There was plenty of empty tables available at the lunch hour on this Thursday. Service was fast! As soon as I sat down with my table number the food arrived within one minute. This time I was aware all of their burgers are doubles so I ordered a single BBQ Cheddar Burger. Please be aware that the pickles are the Bread & Butter variety and not the usual hamburger dill type. I like their barbecue burger. It needs onions though. I ordered fries this time instead of the tots. The fries are the shoestring type but have other "stuff" added to them. They're okay but I'll go back to tots next time. I don't know why places have to add things to fries; they are better when plain in my opinion. The restroom was clean. There were no issues with parking.

Jaggers is fine if you're looking for a mid burger and mid salad. I am just trying Jaggers for the first time. I had heard people talk about them in the past and heard good things so I had ...hopes. Not high hopes, just something that would be better than a Steak N Shake. The service we received at this location was great. The food was meh. Hubby and I got salads and then a bacon cheeseburger basket to share. The salads tasted like Wendy's. Which is fine if they had Wendy's prices but these salads were $13. The burgers at Freddy's are better and cheaper. The food was fine but we won't be coming back.

Jaggers is one of those places that we would drive by and just never seemed to stop. We finally decided to finally check it out. From a price point perspective, it's in between a sit down burger place and fast food. It's similar to Culver's in that you order at the counter and then they bring the food to the table. We ordered a cheeseburger, sunrise burger (fried egg on top), tots to share, and side salads. Their burgers are 2 thinner burgers (but not smash burgers), which was nice. I'm not a fan of a lot of pink in my burger (food safety!) so the thinner patties were great. Hubby said the sunrise burger was fine. The balance of ham, egg, and burger was a little off. Tots were crispy and hot. We were pleasantly surprised by the side salads. So many are just iceberg and croutons, but these had spring mix and they were inexpensive for side salads. Overall it was good. It was a 3 1/2, so I rounded up. :)

Bacon Cheeseburger 6 pc. Chicken Tender Shoestring Fries Jaggers Sauce - A fast food meal includes a chicken sandwich wrapped in paper, a container of French fries, and small cups of dipping sauces, on a wooden table.

I went during the after church afternoon rush on a Sunday and was hit with a very long drive thru so I decided to go in. Great decision, line was moving quickly, food came out fairly fast, and service was great. Got the chicken tender meal and decided to double with a bacon cheeseburger with the famous jagger sauce, it was great.

California chicken sandwich - A chicken sandwich with lettuce, tomato, cheese, and a fried chicken fillet in a bun, accompanied by a pile of French fries, served on branded paper.

Met up with a friend for dinner. He got the classic chicken sandwich and I got the California grilled chicken sandwich. I asked for the crispy chicken instead and there was no upcharge. Our food was good and we also tried the Jaggers sauce which has a BBQ flavor which was nice. Overall decent food though I'm not a fan of shoestring fries. The sandwich I got is definitely filling with the bacon and avocado on it. I will say the young lady who was at the register was not very friendly. She stood and stared at us when she was free instead of asking us to step forward. After out meal, we got milkshakes and had the same young lady and my friend remarked on her rudeness.

This is one of my favorite places. I don't come here often cuz it's kind of expensive. Are two burgers and one order of tater tots was $17. All burgers are doubles. They ground their meat fresh daily. I don't know what they put on this meat but, it is so good!!! This is the first time for the green chile burger. The hubby says that it's slippery. It's good though. The tots are not very crispy today. I like their fries too. They are shoestring and season. However, I'm always a sucker for tater tots.

Went to Jaggers after a late night shopping in Greenwood . The atmosphere was amazing everyone was very nice and friendly . The menu was very affordable . My husband fed our family of 4 for less the 30 bucks . I got a crispy chicken sandwich that's was verity tasty . The kids both got grilled cheese fries and they came with 2 little mini cookies for the children that they of course loved . REALLY impressed with jaggers glad we are getting one in Avon soon so I don't have to travel to Greenwood.

Two black trays each hold a serving of French fries in red-and-white checkered cups and a wrapped sandwich, likely from a fast-food restaurant.

My go to is the veggie burger well done without cheese. I love their fries and strawberry lemonade. I ordered via the drive-thru.

It's very cool on the inside with vintage and Indiana-themed decor, tin ceilings, and, of course, a potbelly stove. The staff were friendly. But brother and I were very confused about the ordering process. There wasn't a lot of directional signage showing where to start and each step of the process. I watched a few other customers go through and they didn't seem like they had a problem so maybe it was just us. Next time I would probably just order online and pick it up so I could avoid the in-person ordering process altogether. I had the turkey sandwich and it was pretty good. I would say definitely a step up from your typical sub sandwich chain in terms of flavor and toppings options. I tried the chili mac as well. The chili is definitely à la Wendy's but I enjoyed it. The mac and cheese was good as well. I'd probably get either on its own but not together again. I also tried the Potbelly/Zapp's collab chips, the Hot Pepper flavor. They were good but are definitely not for everyone. When I visited, most of their fountain soda options were out of order so I settled on a no sugar added Pineapple Passionfruit juice/soda which was actually pretty good. We'll definitely be back - especially to try out their milkshakes!

I was with friends and one never had steak'n shake and the other one was like me...it had been a while. I didn't realize that you have to order on a kiosk, no one said anything. I decided to sign up for rewards (something I always check for before ordering) so I downloaded the app and ordered from there. My friends used the kiosk, it seemed user friendly, but it would have been nice for anyone to speak to us. Ordering on the app wasn't bad, it said my food would be ready in 4-9 minutes. My friends got their food very quickly. Their food was nice and hot. We didn't realize that getting your drink after ordering from the kiosk, you have to get your receipt and use the QR code to scan at the machine to receive your cup, some direction on that would have been nice. As for my food, about 20 minutes passed and I still didn't hear anything. The app doesn't have a tracker, but I made sure I ordered it at the right location and for pick up which it was all correct. I had to go to the counter, got a man's attention that was working, and he asked for my name. He then went to the back and I heard them talking. Several minutes later, a lady came out with my food and drink. I asked if it had been ready and she said yes, so I asked how was I supposed to know and she just shrugged her shoulders not saying anything. I was very upset, but so hungry. I told her how my food would now be cold and she just walked away. I went to the counter to get ketchup and she appeared behind that counter saying I'm sorry. As for customer service I would give 0 stars if I could. Of course my food was cold. I ordered the garlic single steak burger combo, it tasted ok, but I was starving. My fries tasted old and were not fresh. I wasn't satisfied. I noticed after signing up for rewards I received a free milkshake offer. They also sent a survey to my email (of course I filled it out) and for completing it, you get free fries. These will come in handy, probably for my kids. The ambiance remains the same as I remember from a long time ago, classic dinner vibes with black/white tiles, and retro themed red/black booths and tables.

I have to be in the mood for wings, but when I am, Wingstop does the trick! I always go for boneless wings and the quality of chicken has always been good. The wings are large which I appreciate. The mild buffalo sauce is yummy, but I've come to really like the spicy Korean Q. It's hotter than regular buffalo, but the flavor hits almost perfectly between sweet, spicy, and tangy. If you're getting a side with your wings, get the fries! They have a sweet and salty seasoning they put on top of them that makes them different from pretty much any other fries I've had. Unfortunately, they don't tend to use very much of the seasoning on top of the fries, so I would recommend asking for extra seasoning on them so you can taste it more. It's such a bummer to get them home and realize that that sweet and salty flavor is faint! As far as COVID, they're doing a great job from what I've observed. You can call in or order online and just dash in to pick up your order. The inside is closed for dining and all the staff wears masks. I felt comfortable going in to pick up my food. If you're going in for pick up, make sure to bring along your ID or credit card you paid with so they can verify before you leave with your food. Overall, Wingstop is a good option for wings. Big props to her because I would not be so chill on my own. I took a quick peek at the menu online to check nutrition, but the actual breakfast menu at the drive-up seemed much smaller. There was still a good variety of options though. I ended up ordering the extreme sausage jack which comes with two sausage patties, two slices of cheese and a fried egg on a plain bun. They do have croissant sandwich options as well. The combo meal came with a hashbrown on the side. I'm very particular about hashbrowns, I like them extra crispy. This one was only medium crispy but still had a good flavor. The sandwich was actually better than I was expecting. The sausage has a little more spice than the average fast food breakfast sausage and I prefer the fried egg over the folded scrambled kind. I also loved that they had iced black coffee as an option. I have to watch my carbs so as much as I do want that super sweet vanilla option, black coffee is what I usually order. I'm sure I will be back!
