You pick your own seasoning with options of Cajun, Garlic Butter, Garlic Butter with Seasoning, or the Juicy Sauce (which is all of the above). We ordered the juicy sauce. You also select your spice level from mild, medium, hot and extra hot. We got the medium. Your dinner is served in a large boil bag. Dinner comes with a bib and gloves to wear while eating. Did I mention this was extremely casual? The food was served, hot and cooked to order. It had a good flavor. The medium was not very spicy in our opinion. We will probably try the hot the next time. On this day, they had a solid but not necessarily large crowd. As it's race day here in Indy, the Indy 500 was on most (but not all) channels. I was served fairly quickly. It's mostly your standard bar fare with several burgers, pizza, some handhelds, and a few other items. It's worth noting that handhelds don't come with a side - that's extra (chips or fries for $3 with the ability to upgrade the fries to a specialty for another $3). I opted for the breaded tenderloin sandwich. I added fries to it - I was pleased to see that they were steak fries. The tenderloin is definitely hand-breaded. It's a healthy size. It's what I'd call a good but not quite great sandwich. I didn't quite finish it, though that's partly because my always desired iced tea refill took a bit to actually get. The atmosphere? It's a bar. It's loud, though not unbearably so. People were being social (as is true for most bars). Accessibility was solid. I moved a chair away from a table, and it looked like most aisles were passable. I did not check out restrooms. Overall, I'd call this a very solid 4-star experience all the way. You place your order through a thin plane of plexiglass and get it from a small opening (little door) in the plexiglass. I ordered a catfish steak dinner and treated myself to a sour apple Philadelphia Water Ice. It took about 15 minutes for me to get my food. I decided to go to a local park and eat it. It was very hot and fresh. The Philadelphia Water Ice was amazing. It was very tasty and hit the spot. The dinner came with cole slaw and fries. It definitely was not homemade slaw, but it was still good. The fries were good as well. I got them with seasoning salt on them and that made it that much better. I was not a fan of the catfish steaks though. I ordered them with hot sauce on them, but it needed more. I really did not like the bones in them and it had a very fishy taste. I know it it fish, but it tasted like fish smells. I was able to eat it after microwaving it when i got home and adding more hot sauce. I may have just chosen the wrong fish.
