Went here for lunch today. Love this place. Employees are super friendly and on top of it. The food is yum no matter what I try. My favorite is the California grilled chicken sandwich with bacon and avocado. Skip the soda and try their strawberry lemonade, fresh made there each day. We stopped to use the restroom and decided to split chicken tenders on our fist visit. We liked the flavors very much. Our 2nd visit we purchased the chicken tender combo and loved the shoestring fries. They were well seasoned and very good. Have not tried a burger yet but may do so in the near future. Was looking for a new place to eat and saw Jaggers. Wasn't sure of the price point so I looked at their website and thought it would be worth checking out. Great atmosphere, very clean! Super friendly staff and really reasonably priced. Burgers under $7...freshly ground beef in house everyday and they are huge double patties. Choice of sides but priced additional. Chicken sandwiches mostly priced at $4-$5 with one at $6. Fried fish, blackened fish sandwiches. Great shakes in vanilla bean chocolate, strawberry banana split and cookies n cream. Good selection of fountain drinks including strawberry lemonade they make themselves daily. They are owned by Texas Roadhouse and QUALITY, FRESH fast casual is what they deliver. They have veen open almost a year (June 8, 2015). I haven't been so pleased with a new restaurant in ages! Especially because it is so affordable and as good quality as what I would feed my family at home. If you haven't been to Jaggers before, try it out and I guarantee you will be hooked. The salads are great, with very fresh ingredients: large pieces of bacon and perfectly ripe avocado. Even the grilled chicken breast for the salad is very flavorful. The bacon cheeseburger was juicy and the bun was soft and flavorful, not your usual fast food bun at all... We'll be back to pick up dinner often! read more

This was our first time and LOVED it!! We were pleasantly impressed. My husband had the mushroom Swiss burger with fries and I had the grilled chicken Cobb with ranch dressing. Where do I begin? I tried my husbands burger and fries and they were both FANTASTIC!!! We loved the fries. That is saying a lot for me because I don't typically care for shoestring style fries. The burger was so juicy and flavorful!!! My salad was very very good. A little on the small size, but the flavor and freshness more than made up for it. The ranch dressing is so good!! The staff was very friendly. We mentioned when ordering our food it was our first time and three associates made a point of asking us how we liked everything. Oh, Jagger's, I wanted to love you..... First off, I don't enjoy spending more than $10 for a drive thru burger, or spending longer than normal in a drive thru line for a mediocre $10 burger. I did not care for the bun. It's one of those things I think you will either love or hate. It reminded me of a butter bun, but with maybe too much artificial flavor? Idk. I ended up eating only the bottom part with the burger. The meat was GOOD. I am only saying the burger was mediocre based on the bun. But if I'm going to spend the calories (and $$$) on a bun, it better be good. The meat was very flavorful, and I definitely enjoyed that part. Fries were not for me. They were very salty. Girl loves me some salt, but this was excessive. They were shoestring style. Just not my thing. I like to control the salt sitch. Honestly, I will probably go back because I saw they now have chicken sandwiches(no bun)!! Or maybe I'll try a different burger without the bun. They also have salads. read more

I had previously given Jaggers 5 stars, but after tonight's visit, that has changed to 1 star. The restaurant was absolutely filthy- every table was dirty, windows were filthy, trash on floors, trash cans full etc. I mentioned it to the manager and he basically just said they were short staffed. There were plenty of kids goofing off in the back, so I'd have to say it was more of a management issue. It was just a sad experience overall, because it used to be a great place. read more

I absolutely LOVE Jagger's! They are my Favorite place to get a really good salad, especially through drive thru! Their croutons are so yummy! Their fries are hot and lightly seasoned and perfect! This is a great new addition to the south side. Always clean, and the employees are super friendly and so courteous! The burgers are big & tasty. My boyfriend and I stopped in to Jagger's for lunch. We have been waiting for it to open and were excited to try something new. We ordered our food and were given a number to take back to our table. Finding a table was a bit difficult as many were unclean. We found that odd considering that there were many staff members standing around behind the counter chatting. So my son and I decided to try this place out. We both love burgers and if we can find a place where they are real good, then bonus. Unfortunately this place is overpriced for the quality of burger you get. I'm not sure how it's possible, but the burger was extremely greasy and dry at the same time. The fries lacked flavor and were rubbery. We each got a burger fries and a regular drink and cost us $22. For half the price we could have got the same quality at McDonald's. My new go-to burger place! Not too casual for fast food, yet not too formal to be a restaurant. Menu is simple with salad, burgers, or chicken being offered. Not to mention their amazing shakes and cookies...yum! Their fries are like Steak n Shake's but crispier and more seasoning, which I like (although they can be a bit overdone from time to time). Every time I have went in to eat, they're super quick with bringing my order out, and I am always pleasantly surprised with how fresh everything tastes. Price-wise, it's definitely a little more than I'd like to pay for a place with a drive-thru, but as long as they keep up their great service then I have no complaints. read more

If we have a problem, we try to pass this along with constructive and civil feedback. We had been driving by this Jagger's location before and during construction. Two nights ago, we decided to give it a try. My wife ordered the single cheeseburger with fries and a drink. I ordered the same except I substituted a side salad for the fries. When asked what salad dressing I would like, I replied 'French'. I was told they did not have French. I said that was okay, I would take 'Thousand Island'. They did not have that either so I settled for Honey Mustard. I did not enjoy eating my salad out of a pie pan, my wife did not like her fries and neither of us thought our cheeseburgers were that tasty. My wife did not care for the dressing that was on her sandwich. Our fountain drinks were the best part of our meal. The staff was friendly and courteous and dining area was clean. The food did not meet our expectations and we felt it was overly priced. We will not give it another try and we will not recommend the restaurant. We grabbed a quick lunch here and didnt know what to expect. Talk about a polite and considerate staff. The manager held the door as we walked in. The food was fast and delicious. As we ate, the manager brought a large to go order over to a woman sitting next to us with her two kids. He waited as she checked her food to ensure everything was correct and even engaged with her kids while waiting. They talked about where they were going and what they were doing. After the woman confirmed her order was correct he even helped carry it out to her car. Our empty plates were quickly cleaned up as well. read more

My wife and I had an incredibly wonderful experience in this establishment. Not only was this restaurant immaculately clean, but also has some of the freshest tasty food and even better - EXCELLENT customer service. The manager Carlos went out of his way to make us feel warm and welcomed, and truly showed us probably the best customer service we've ever had at any other food establishment. I had a double bacon cheeseburger with fries for lunch and the quality was through the roof! It was our anniversary and they brought us a free cookies and cream milk shake which was amazing! How to start this... hmmmm I'm just astonished by how amazing the food was. This is the first time my girlfriend and I stopped by and oh my we are speechless on how amazing the spicy chicken and the California chicken sandwich tasted. On the top of everything the Manager very funny and polite.
