Andy, Annie, and Mary are amazing! I walked in for a mani-pedi after seeing that a new nail salon had opened up in the Hercules Plaza and I am so glad I did. They are all so friendly, the shop is immaculate (super clean), they have an abundance of nail colors to choose from, clean restrooms, and overall a great atmosphere. You won't regret coming here, best to call ahead but they are open to walk-ins (definitely worth the wait). I will definitely be recommending them to my friends and family. I came here about a month ago based off of recommendations from a Hercules facebook group. First time I came I got a gel fill and had a great experience. So great that I posted on Instagram about it and a lot of my friends and clients came and also had great experiences since then. I just went back yesterday for a fill and a pedicure which was simply divine. They have the best massage chairs and I got the best pedicure I've had in years. My gel fill was perfect just as it was the first time I came. Everyone there is friendly and upbeat and I always enjoy myself when I come. Did the gel nails and three came off two days after! I even showed the picture as reference and the outcome was not even close. Bad service and the lady also blamed me for moving my hand while she was on the phone the whole time doing my nails. Very rude! Thought I would try this place since it had 4 stars. Regret choosing this place and won't be back and don't recommend. Fastest crappiest gel pedicure I've ever had in my life. They weren't even busy so there was no reason for it be so fast. I was in and out in 30 mins swear. I've never had a pedicure this fast. The nail lady just didn't want to do the basic stuff- like trim the cuticles?? Hello? I'm here for a pedicure? Also the chair was uncomfortable- never felt like that either. Like I said, regret choosing this place to try out. Oh also they charged me an extra $2 for using a card to pay. Didn't notice any signs anywhere saying that and so I just deducted it from the $5 tip I was only giving her anyway. She got $3 and that's being nice. read more

came mid day on a tuesday to get a removal. only had 6 nails left & based on their prices via yelp/prices in-store, it was supposed to be only $10 for nail removal but they charged me $15 + $2 using debit card. still confused on why i was charged $15 when their price for a removal was $10... other than that, the nail salon is at a great location & looks super new + clean! all the staff were very nice & they seemed busy so they're getting good business. read more

Great service, new, nice and clean and great pedi! Linda was wonderful. I made an appointment over the phone right away (an hour later). I wish the massage was a little longer, but I noticed that you do have to pay extra for that. Everyone's charging more these days anyway. I also noticed the nail polish smell was very heavy when you first walk in compared to other places I've been. Perhaps they could use some type of ventilation or air filter thing? I'm so impressed with this nail salon. The professionalism and atmosphere are great! The salon is very clean well kept. The staff is great with wonderful personalities. Vy is great!! I love the way she did my nails. She really cares about the health of my nails and introduced me to an alternative to acrylic. This was the first time any nail shop showed interest in my nail health. Never again!! I been a regular customer and today I was over charged for the fill I get all the time. Linda charge me $57 for fill plus extras. Normally it's $47 total not including tip!! I try to give businesses chances before I write a review. I've been here multiple times before and this is the 3rd time I have had the same issue. 1st time I let it slide, 2nd time I had them fix the issue now I'm not letting it slide. Cause first, if I'm paying you 55-65 for a Dip Powder Medi I shouldn't have to keep coming back to have them re-fixed what was wrong. Dip Powder is supposed to last 3 weeks. Instead, My nails chip off on the second day I came in on Thursday the week before Easter by Saturday 2 fingernails were chipped off. I came in on Saturday they fixed those 2 nails. So from Saturday to Monday, another 2 nails chipped off. This got me to my last straw. I went in and talk with the lady that was managing she then give me half of what I paid which was 55 dollars. 55 dollars I could use that to put food on my table but I wasted it in a Nail shop where they're not taking care of their customers. I normally drive all away to Vallejo cause they do hella of a good job with my nails. But I decided to stay local and go to a nail shop here in Hercules. Since I lived in Hercules. Sadly, I have to drive miles out of Hercules to get better service and get my money's worth. Would I recommend it to anyone? HELL NO! SAVE YOUR MONEY AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. TRUST ME!! read more

I went here for a pedicure with a friend and it was an average experience. I must say the people working here are very nice and respectful. The place is very clean. However, for the price, I felt the pedicure service did not meet my expectations. I am used to paying $25 for a normal pedicure which includes the basic trimming, buffing, sugar scrub, oil massage, hot towel, and nail polish. Here, there is no sugar scrub in the basic package and it is $35... the massage is more as if they are rubbing in the product. My pedicure DID dry properly and didn't smear when I left, which I am grateful for because my nail polish does not dry easily and this location does not have the foot dryer. I am looking for a slightly more elevated and relaxing experience when getting a pedicure. read more

Such a pleasant experience from the time of walking in to ask if I could get a pedicure to when I left. Linda greeted me warmly and politely and asked if I could come back in half an hour. I was so happy after the rude welcome at the other nail place in this shopping center ( see my review) Linda and Kim gave me a perfect pedicure and I decided to add a 10 minute foot massage which probably was more like 15-20minutes. The space is very clean and beautifully equipped with excellent ventilation - a door in front and one directly in back. Kim took over from Linda who had another customer (I assume from an appointment- I was a walk-in). Kim was expert and gentle. One of the best aspects of this salon other than the welcoming and polite staff is the lack of crowding. Only four pedicure chairs which makes it a very relaxing experience. The price was very reasonable $35 for the pedicure and $15 for the foot massage. I highly recommend. They are very nice people. read more

Truly disappointed in this place. I moved from Hayward & was looking for a nail salon. This placed opened up & it looked clean. My first time there I was taken right away after selecting my polish. They seemed to be short staffed. Annie took care of me everything seemed to be going good with a basic mani & pedi. Then she cut my skin on my big toe & put that white powder on it. Ok I thought later that day it was red & the area swollen. Then Mary did a basic manicure on me. Nothing to write home about. Wasn't happy with the cut & the infected area. Then on my birthday I received a Gift Certificate from that place ok I'll give it one more try. I called & made an appointment. When I got there the place was busy & there was 1 person ahead of me. Needless to say I had to wait about 10 minutes. This time Kim did my pedi & mani. I swear when she was about to scrub my feet that scrub pad looked like they used it before. It did not look new. How do i know it was sanitized? I don't. when she started to massage my feet she was really stroking them. I didn't say anything. Then normally they always wipe off the oil off your nail with alcohol. Nope just wiped it with a dry towel. I'm sure my nail polish will chip faster than when done properly. Kim ended up doing my manicure as well. My nails do not look like they had a manicure. She didn't even ask what shape I want. I just wanted to get out of there. Yep not going back. I am new in the area. Read the reviews. When I first walked in. No one greeted me, and I stood there for about 5 mins trying to get someone's attention. Finally I decide to take a seat. Waited for about 30 mins before someone approached me and asked what services I needed. I don't think the are very knowledgeable of the latest "nail trends." The lady passed me to another lady after my discontent with her job. It has been less than week and my mail polish is already peeling off. I definitely not recommend this nail salon. This was my first time going here and although they were nice, I most likely won't be going back. This was the first time I got dip and was charged extra to remove the dip as if it was a full set. When I questioned Mary about it her response was because they had to take all the dip off to put the new dip on, that's why I was charged extra. That made no sense because your supposed to take the dip off to put the new dip on, which has been done at every other nail salon I've ever been to. They also use the old fashioned method of soaking your nails in a bowl of acetone to remove the dip (this took forever). It's never taken that long to remove the dip at any other nail salon but at all the other places I've been to rap your nails in foil and remove the rest with the nail drill (a 10 min process vs 45 min process). So, I guess because they didn't know how to remove the dip in a timely manner, I as the customer gets charged extra for something I wasn't supposed to be charged for. read more
