I have nothing but wonderful things to say about Sam and his team! They do an excellent job,…read morethey're extremely reliable and friendly. As a matter of a fact, they even have called me when people have showed up at my house unannounced for deliveries and helped me out. And the real story here is why I switched to Quality Pool and Service Repair in the first place. The former company I worked with showed up on different days of the week, sometimes not at all. I'm pretty forgiving so I moved past that, as long as the job gets done, right? The final straw for me was when I came home at 8 PM after a long day at work and MY DOGS WERE IN THE STREET because the person who serviced the pool did not close my gate. I called, explained why I was upset and was simply told that it probably wasn't all their fault. I decided to end our agreement immediately. Anyway, I thought I could care for my own pool which then turned green and it pretty sad/pathetic. I called Sam, explained what happened and not only did he get my pool all tuned up, he also PROMISED me that they would show up on one day every week so I could lock my dogs in the house. I cannot tell you how appreciative I am and how that one things made me really trust and endorse this company. They're amazing. They're reliable. They care.

He literally complained about a job that I was paying him for. This company is NO longer about quality or customer service but money. Avoid this company. I was paying $145 for FULL service weekly, and was told my pool take too long to clean (after storms...20min per my video footage). He called me this morning at 7:30am, said my pool was "shit" and he was canceling my services without any notification or conversation as to why, and didn't drop off my key. Sam is hostile, unreasonable, and extremely rude. Here is a picture of my "shitty pool".

They are also a small business. For our design, we wanted a simple rectangle with a Baja step and umbrella holder, and later adjusted to add a waterfall. They were so helpful every step of the way. I was nervous about the pavers and turf in my yard getting ruined, but they did a wonderful job protecting it all as best as they could. Their timeline was also very realistic, they showed up when they said they would, and all of their contractors were friendly. I really have to credit Tim, the project manager, he set the expectation and explained what the yard would look like in the interim, the timeline, and how everything goes. I'm noticing some of the reviews are mentioning a mess or trash but it's a construction zone, so expectations are really everything here. When all was said and done, my yard was clean and put back. The office manager, Estrella, is wonderful. She was so responsive and helpful whenever I had questions. They also walked me through financing, which I had never done before, they provided information and helped to point me in the direction of who they've found to be the easiest to work with. Overall, they did an outstanding job and I am so beyond happy with our pool and the job they did, it's perfect!

I only had a couple minor issues with them which I list below. Pros: Quick, high quality services for a great price. Their technicians are skilled, professional, and intelligent. Always had a great attitude and were quick to answer all the questions I had. Pay was very reasonable, and I always had a great looking pool that looked like new. They installed a new pool pump for me, gave great advice on how to take care of my pool, and never once had any issues with their technicians. Cons: The services used to pay were complicated, which led to confusion and frustration. They were initially very understanding but my failure to adapt to it led to some late payments (which I thought were paid) and resulted in me ending the services. I believe shortly after I stopped using Nu Wave they changed the services they used to process payments so you should not have to deal with the same issues I had to. Final verdict: All in all, definitely worth it.
