The process further was quick and easy, with a Docusign and deposit payment, Albert gave me a rough timeline of when the windows would be delivered. Exactly 5 weeks later, as promised, I got my windows retrofitted in a day. Albert was also kind enough to add a latch to the top of one of my doors so kids won't be able to open it easily.
