Since I was focused only on purchasing a vanity, I tried my best not to look at all the other products they carry, such as floor tiles, wood floors, bathroom tiles, shower fixtures, toilets, mirrors, shower doors, etc. So much to look at!! Richard helped me with my questions. He was knowledgeable and patient. He showed me comparable products around the floor then put my order together. Most items are in stock! That's great!! No need to wait for delivery. What I like about PHD is that I can purchase my products and my contractor can pick them up. I don't have to haul a vanity in my tiny car. Returns have a restocking fee. She gave us a lot of useful suggestions based on her experience, but at the same time she didn't try to push us into anything and was willing to work around our ideas. She also helped us pick a countertop that matched the cabinets very well, and even gave us advice on the cabinet handles and some of the smaller details that we honestly hadn't thought much about. You can tell she has a lot of experience and a good eye for what works together. Overall the whole process was much easier because of her and we're very happy with the experience. She was patient, responsive, and always took the time to answer all of our questions throughout the process. Since we were doing a whole-house remodel, we hired a general contractor who also handled the kitchen installation. There were a few hiccups along the way, and in hindsight, I wish we had worked directly with Excelle Kitchen for the installation as well. I'm confident the process would have gone even more smoothly if they had handled the install. Unfortunately, we had already committed to our contractor by that point. One thing that really stood out to us was the pricing. Our contractor was charging us more for the exact same cabinets, which made working directly with Excelle Kitchen an even better value. Anthony also came out to measure everything, and he was incredibly kind, professional, and easy to work with. Overall, we are so happy with our new kitchen and our experience with Excelle Kitchen. Anthony Cao, the owner, is super nice, knowledgably and pleasant to work with. They carry a couple major lines of cabinetry. I was able to find the brand that is slightly taller 34.5" that fits our needs (vs the standard 33"). The shop's focused on custom made or semi-custom made cabinetry. With my odd size vanity requirement, they were able to quickly offer a 3 cabinet solution that covered my needs. They will also suggest a couple countertop places to shop for and ordering via Excelle gets you a 10% discount. I visited the shop multiple times and happy to report that the experience has been consistently pleasant. Good coffee, good music, sound advice and they are super patient to let us visualize the colors and styles with different samples. Lead time is reasonable within a week for us and delivery was trouble-free.
