It is such a huge financially commitment to purchase flooring now-a-days a person doesn't know where to turn or who to trust. We took a lot of time and did a lot of research before deciding to go with J&B Carpet. Vikki was professional, informative, and did not try to pressure us to hurry and decide. At the time of our consultation, she suggested a solution to my biggest concern, in which, I did not want to put the same carpet in our office as the rest of house because it's difficult to move office chairs and it does not look aesthetically pleasing. We went with the suggested wool Berber, and it is the envy of all who see it. It is classy, modern, durable, and easy care! We cannot say enough about the professional way our whole job was handled start to finish, from the movers who came in and moved all our furniture and then came later to put it all back to the installers who did a quality job, but mostly to Vikki and how she helped us through the decisions and answered all our concerns and questions. read more

THE THREE DAY ADVENTURE! Our youngest son lives in AZ and celebrates his birthday on St. Patrick's day (3/17). This year, his Virginia based brothers decided to join us (parents) and get something he has wanted for years - new carpet for his home of 22 years. With the help of Goggle, found J & B Carpets on web 3/19 and was impressed with the 82 "5 star" reviews!! After few start/stop tries with other firms, I called J&B on Thursday 3/26 and talked with Vickie. Told her what we wanted to do for our son and that we were heading back to VA on 3/31. Then Vickie said, "we can get this done before you go back to VA". Wow! And she made it happen in 3 days!! Thursday, she came in morning to measure (1800sf), had our son visit her store to pick carpet, set installation date for Saturday. Our son and his son did the furniture move Thursday evening. Saturday, the installation team arrived 8am and completed the installation by 6pm! Amazing, as is Vickie! Our son loves the new carpet and as do we. read more

Amazing flooring store! We needed carpet for our rental in which the tenants completely trashed the floor. We looked for the top 10 rated flooring companies in the area and J&B was at the top. We made the drive from QC to Phoenix and we are so glad we did. Vikki was a dream to work with. She was knowledgeable, friendly, and knew the rental business. We got pricing on the spot. Once we decided to go with her, she made the drive to QC to measure for us. We had the carpet installed within the week. The carpet pricing was so reasonable and it looks and feels amazing. They also have other flooring options (laminate and tile). Carpet just made the most sense for us. I highly recommend this business. You won't be disappointed. read more

She communicated everything clearly, showed up on time, and ensured the job was done right the first time. The entire process was smooth and stress-free. This was a great find...Vickie asked questions about the job to provide the product and pricing that fit what I was looking for when talking with them. She came over to look at the job right away when I stopped in their shop! The price was competitive, the carpet looks great. I was told in advance to expect the job to take more time than usual because of installation on the stairs. The two man crew did a great job and took even more time than probably anticipated to get the install completed with no issues whatsoever, cleaned up afterward. This operation is highly recommended! Thanks! read more

Great service from Vikki and team at J & B. Didn't feel like I was getting upsold on anything and the pricing/options were straightfoward with all the choices outlined clearly with benefits and drawbacks for each. The installers did a great job or removing the old carpet and pad laying down the new stuff. Would recommend them for fast service (install within two days for me), fair pricing and a wide selection of carpets and other flooring options. One thing to note, is they don't take credit cards, so be sure to have your checkbook or cash on hand. Five stars!! read more

We met with Vikki from J &B and knew tight away that we found the company we wanted to hire! We negotiated a great price for a quality nylon carpet. Within 3 weeks from meeting Vikki, our home was measured for four rooms of carpeting and the carpet was installed. The timing of having the movers( provided by J& B) relocate our furniture, removal of old carpeting. Installation of a cushiony pad and carpet, and returning the furniture to the rooms was accomplished within 9 hours. We are enormously pleased by the service and the product ! read more

Vikki, the owner was very professional and communicated well. I needed carpet in a day and they came through! I recommended them to a friend already and will go back for my flooring needs. I recommend taking them up on their offer to measure since I didn't do an accurate enough job I had to pay a little extra. Long time Phoenix fixture in the business, I was happy to support their business! read more

What a great family run business!! Vikki got back to me right away, went to their store, picked out my carpet on a Friday & by Monday it was installed. It was in their showroom, which helped obviously, but Vikki had lots of flexibility to suit what I needed. She is very knowledgeable, fun, & cares about you as a person.
