The folks that serve from the truck are wonderful. The owner Matt is an absolute king of cuisine and also of customer care and service. Congratulations to him and his wife on his baby who was born last night. This little one has now extended his children to four little boys. Matt showed up for just a few minutes to open the food truck today. I caught him just in time to remind him of how good his food is, and to wish him continued success with the food truck and his growing family. The sour cream makes it creamy, which I didn't hate. Meat was tender and flavorful. The biggest surprise, though, was the four tortilla -- it was perfect! Tender but held it together. Super thin, as it should be. The whole package was tasty and big enough. It came with corn tortilla chips on the side, which I didn't expect -- they were surprisingly good! Seemed freshly fried. Then they did not seem to have any cheese, but did have some sour cream (maybe they ran out of cheese, but should have told people). The burrito was $19 and no excuse to pack it full of rice.
