The skin was perfectly crisp while the meat remained juicy and tender. It paired wonderfully with the chimichurri sauce and cranberry beans. If I were to change one thing, I might swap out the roasted romaine for something like sautéed kale or another hearty green that would complement the dish a bit better. For dessert, we had the dark chocolate and pistachio terrine. It was rich and satisfying, though I think an extra sprinkle of flaky salt would have elevated the flavors even further. The portion was also pretty small for $19. The broccoli and carrots in my meal also seemed questionable, with some of the broccoli actually appearing black. The vegetables seemed like they had been boiled, but the overall quality just wasn't what we expected. The positives were the chili garlic wontons, which were really good.
