The folks that serve from the truck are wonderful. The owner Matt is an absolute king of cuisine and also of customer care and service. Congratulations to him and his wife on his baby who was born last night. This little one has now extended his children to four little boys. Matt showed up for just a few minutes to open the food truck today. I caught him just in time to remind him of how good his food is, and to wish him continued success with the food truck and his growing family. There was just one bite of chicken, almost none of their homemade beans and some lettuce. Then they did not seem to have any cheese, but did have some sour cream (maybe they ran out of cheese, but should have told people). The burrito was $19 and no excuse to pack it full of rice. I had this at least once a week ever since I found it 4 weeks ago. My favorite is the beef bulgogi burrito 10 out of 10 everything else on the menu is 8 or better straight up I would recommend to everybody and everyone. It's a little pricey but I guarantee it's worth every penny and the portions are humongous
