Very good gyros. Huge portions! You could easily share a single gyro between two people unless you were *insanely* hungry.

I thought this was a one off, but it turns out that even when you order online and go to pickup the order, the staff will triple check your order. The restaurant is clean and orderly, with music playing in the background. Today, I had the build your own salad. I can say that they have some of the freshest ingredients to build a salad and the options are numerous in your choices to build a salad. I decided to add tuna to my salad. I thought this would be a great touch to such a fresh salad. The Caesar dressing was good and went well with the salad. The most disturbing part of this salad was the tuna. As it turns out, the tuna is canned with a strong fishy smell and flavor. I had assumed that the tuna with be cubed or sliced. This is a great place for vegans and vegetarians as well. Now, the fishy taste of the tuna was so string that I immediately brushed my teeth to get the taste out of my mouth. Please keep in mind that these salads start at $12-15 dollars plus the add-ons you like. Since I love salads, I had many extras and the salad was $26. My only regret was that I could not give back the tuna. I will try this place again, but for god sake change the tuna or skip it all together.

Now, the guys who hauled it out should have washed the goose poop off of the swim platform. But the owner threw a huge fit about it not being cleaned. Honestly we figured it was part of the service. After a lot of fuss the owner said they would just clean the boat. We were very grateful that we didn't have to arrange to have the boat hauled out of their shop and then cleaned and brought back but if they had the capability to clean it all along why make it such a big deal? I think they even charged us something north of $1,000 to clean the hull of a 23' ski boat. The next issue came when the boat was ready to be hauled back to our slip. Our driver called and let us know there was an issues with a tire. He didn't feel safe trailering the boat with a bad tire and we asked him to leave it there to get the tire fixed. This again was turned into a huge issue. According to the owner the trailer came in with a flat tire and he couldn't understand why the guy wouldn't haul the boat without fixing the tire. I get that the shop needs room to wrap other vehicles but come on. The boat was there for two days after we were told it was done. Between this and the wash we were made to feel as if we were just an inconvenience. When we finally saw the boat we realized that the black paint we were trying to cover up was still partially unwrapped. To be fair we only talked about wrapping the hull of the boat and the part that was not wrapped was above the rub rail. With that said if we wanted to wrap the black portion of the boat wouldn't a good expert point out that this portion should also be done? We contacted the owner and asked if they could also wrap that part. They said they could and then they said they could do it in the slip. Given the issues we had hauling the boat in from last time we opted to have them come to the boat. It's been four weeks since that conversation. Every week the owner has said he would come out to see the boat with us in person. Every week he says nothing to us and then makes an excuse when we follow up. Finally last week I gave him an out. I let him know if he doesn't have time or doesn't want to finish the project to just let us know and we will go another route. We got a response that was all about him and how busy he is, how he is booked out, and how coming to the boat isn't as easy as having the boat come to him. But he again agreed to meet us at the boat this week. And again we heard nothing from him. Here's my issue, it's not hard to treat a customer with respect and show them that you value their business. Even if you're a busy shop you should take the time to help customers with issues without making them feel like your time is more valuable than theirs or blowing them off over and over again. It's not difficult to communicate with people. Sure, you may be busy today but how long are you going to stay busy If you treat people with zero respect. Working with customers isn't all about the payday, it's about making them feel heard and that their business is valued. At the end of the day I wouldn't send a single person to this shop, why would I want any I know to feel the same way we did...

Both items were so beautiful !! It looked so good and I couldn't wait to dig in. The latte was a deep disappointment. It was incredibly sweet, even the foam at the top was a sugar bomb so I think they put vanilla syrup in both the bottom of the cup as well as the steamed milk. I couldn't actually taste the coffee. It just tasted like a kids type vanilla milk and left a weird after taste. Then I tried the French toast and realized these are the same type of French toast I buy from the freezer section when I go snowboarding. You pop them in the microwave but have to eat them quick otherwise the steam wears off and your French toast becomes stiff. They were not fresh, made from batter and cooked on a stove top. I don't think they microwaved them long enough because the corners were rock hard and the middle was a little rubbery. I wouldn't be upset if it wasn't $12 for the French toast. I should've just went to ihop lol. But again, at least everything looked pretty and the staff was nice.
