Great place open late outside of long wongs. The burgers are big and the fries are good. Love Ivan

For about $13, you can get an order of wings, fries, and a drink. I believe they also offer a similar lunch special with chicken tenders. If you're interested in trying one of their chicken sandwiches, you can order it with fries for about $13-$14. The only difference is that when you order the sandwich and fries separately, a drink is not included. With the lunch special, your beverage is included at no extra cost, or you can upgrade to one of their signature Kool-Aid flavors for an additional $1. For my lunch, I ordered the Midwest Barbecue Wings with fries and a Dr Pepper. Everything was made fresh to order, and the food was hot, flavorful, and very filling. If you'd like ranch with your meal, it's available for an additional $0.75. I also noticed they have different specials throughout the week, including wings, tacos, margaritas, and more, giving customers plenty of reasons to come back and try something new. Overall, the lunch special offers excellent value for the price, especially with the included drink, generous portions, and freshly prepared food. I would definitely recommend stopping by for lunch if you're in the area.

She made sure our table was wiped down right away, took our order, was super nice and made sure to check on us often! What a great experience. We really like the Desmond, especially for the pizza. If was pretty empty on a Sunday afternoon,…read morebut it can get packed on a Saturday night. It's a really cute little spot in downtown Phoenix with a full bar and a counter that looks put into the street with window that open in comfy weather. There are some great photo murals and a fantastic order room ceiling We ordered a Wasabi Caesar Salad and a pepperoni pizza to share. Neither of us really tasted the wasabi, but agreed if was a good Caesar. The pizza was sooooo good. They really pack on the pepperoni, and the crust is phenomenal. In fact, it's the reason I like the Desmond so much--that pizza crust! I was passing the guy making pizzas, and stopped to watch him tossing the crust. He was so nice and friendly and kind enough to tell me about pizza tossing. He made it look so easy and fun. What a fantastic young man! He made my visit to the Desmond even better! There is so much to like at The Desmond, and I'm sure we will keep coming back.

We each ordered a pizza but they took almost 45 minutes to arrive, my friend had a simple pepperoni while I had the truffle. The pizzas were ok but at $21 each they weren't worth the wait. When the bill was brought to our table I asked for it to be split by person since my friend an I were paying separately but the staff member split the bill in half so I ended up having to partially pay for my friend's drinks (they ordered something while we were waiting for the pizzas). It's not a big deal but the staff member was like "ok sure" and promptly ignored my request. There was also a 3% credit card surcharge so that was kind of annoying. I left a small tip but that was being generous. I wanted to go to the pub mextdoor but my friend convinced me that we should go here instead. I won't be making a return visit.

And, the was nearly 0% human interaction from the time an order is placed until it is delivered. The staff are in the kitchen, barely visible. The wings and fries were pretty standard fare. Not bad, not great. I had traditional bone-in wings and seasoned fries with a drink. I ordered extra crispy, but they didn't come out that way. My dining companion had the garlic-parm boneless wings and fries. Her wings were pretty greasy. She made the mistake of not ordering a drink and just wanted a cup for water. Keep in mind she spent about $15 for her food. We waited about 10 minutes until we were able to ask someone for a water cup, only to be told that they don't give out cups unless you buy a soda. Definitely not planning to return here.

A few issues here. You can only order from their one kiosk. No counter orders; no bueno for the non-techie person! If you peruse the board menu when you walk in, which I did, the print is really hard to see with the reflection. It is a huge menu too with flavors, dressings and types of chicken you can order. Staff were friendly when they were at the counter. Many times, the counter was unmanned and you could not get anyone's attention. The place was fairly clean. You bus your own trays and debris. The orders were wings and fries and chicken tenders with fries. The fries were advertised as their own homemade fries which got my attention. Service was fairly fast and you must pick up your order when called. The chicken tenders were dredged in Parmesan garlic bread crumbs. They were good but overly salty as were the fries. Another thing about the tenders is they were swimming in oil. I used several napkins 3-4 times to soak up the grease. Ugh. The fries were piled high, slightly spicy and really not my favorite. 3 stars might be generous for "All The Love" Wings. Free street and metered parking right outside.

If it's your first visit, the AZ Hot Fried Chicken Sandwich is an absolute must. It's perfectly crispy with just the right amount of heat and packed with flavor in every bite. One of my favorite traditions is stopping by after work on Thursdays to take advantage of the $5 IPA special. It's the perfect way to unwind, catch up with friends, and enjoy some of Arizona's finest locally crafted beer. Whether you're there for the food, the beer, or the lively patio atmosphere, Arizona Wilderness never disappoints. If you're in the neighborhood--or even if you're not--it's well worth the visit. Made the long drive from Gilbert to see what the hype was about and let me say....that soft serve was WORTH IT! I got the swirl and it was soooooo refreshing and delicious. I have seen people comment that they were too strong (I don't see the problem or maybe some people don't really like tequila) but mine was perfect! Not strong at all. The only reason I didn't give this updated review a 5-I ordered the banh mi sando and the sandwich was so dry. Chicken was dry. The cilantro wasn't chopped I had to pick out long stems. Also I got the AZ frosè and the rosemary syrup was just way too pungent to enjoy the whole beverage. I wished it had been more balanced. Especially when the French fries are heavily seasoned with rosemary--a bit too much.
