I read all the positive reviews on here and decided to hire Zac for installation of an access management system for our front door. He showed up and gave a favorable verbal quote but ever since then we have been given the runaround by Zac. He has promised to send us a written quote no less than 4 times and has not delivered. ITZ was able to provide us with the specific type of wireless intercom system we needed. Our decision to make the system more secure was taken into consideration. They understood the need for data security and provided us with the proper releases for each resident. There was a glitch when one part did not arrive on time, and when the system was set up to a switchable outlet. Once both were resolved, the system installation was smooth. The crew was professional, and polite to all residents. We have had no complaints as yet. The welder they brought on to the site was knowledgeable and professional, providing excellent improvements to the metal gates. The postal worker is happy with how it works now. Hopefully this will also reduce the package theft for all residents. ITZ will be managing the system for us for the time being, but are willing to relinquish the management once all kinks are worked out and we are willing to take on that extra bit of work. ITZ is great and I fully recommend them. They came on the scheduled date and time to walk through the property and analyzed it for security camera placement. Their quote wasn't the cheapest, but we decided to go with them given their professionalism and thoroughness in analyzing the site. Install was completed on the scheduled date with no issues. Zac even spent 40 minutes on the phone with me after install to teach me how to view camera footage and installed the camera software on my computer. I regret having to write this review, because Zac is a pleasant person and easy to work with. I hired Zac to install an attic antenna, specifically to obtain one OTA channel. He specified a directional antenna to purchase, which was 2-3 times the price of others. He arrived late for the appointment, but otherwise the install went fine. Long story short: despite his representations, the equipment he installed didn't solve my problem. In the end, it's not his fault, the problem is he made claims he couldn't deliver on and made no accommodation for his mistake. He made no attempt to come by to correct the situation. Yes, it's true. All the reviews are right! Zac is the Man! I left a message on my first call and soon afterwards, Zac called back to discuss my needs. He was available to come over that afternoon to do a walk through at the house. Unheard of and too cool! And the bonus was that he had an opening available the next week to do the work. When he arrived, he listened to my wants and needs (I really didn't know what i needed, actually) and came up with great ideas that I hadn't thought about. No question. Zac is very knowledgable and an expert. I think it was the next couple of days that I got the price quote. The project was completed about 3 weeks ago and I'm as happy now as I was then. I am so very pleased with his work and the quality of the equipment that he used for our project. He installed a wall cabinet in the garage as the central hub to hold the new router, controller etc. We have 3 access points and there is no wireless dead spots. I am so happy since this is the first time EVER that we have strong wireless throughout the whole house. (not just strong but FAST) I'm glad I trusted a professional to install a better system than what Comcast provides. He aslo moved my AV equipment into a hidden cabinet and installed Sonos soundbar and Sonos surrounds. Awesome finished product. Zac and his team installed 6 cameras to cover all of our entrances and exits. The equipment is top shelf and they do really neat calculated work. It'z Networks installed cabling, diagnosed network issues, installed camera for our docks: in each instance we had remarkable service. Zac is pure genius!! His solutions are not average, they are well thought out, honest, have integrity and authenticity. Zac's goes above and beyond making sure you have the best solution. My words cannot begin to convey how amazing it is to work with It'z Network - truly grateful. When the company that installed the original cabling for our new warehouse would not fix the issue with the bad cabling, Zac came on site and rewired all of the cabling and took the time to show me how the cabling was installed incorrectly. I was able to prove that the original cabling was faulty and received a full refund. I've been in the IT world for over 10 years and have never worked with this kind of integrity. When our newly installed wireless bridge did not transfer the data as efficiently as promised, Zac came on site and broke down step by step why the wireless bridge was not transferring data efficiently and fixed the issue within minutes. When our newly installed dock doors were not working properly, Zac installed a camera so that we could prove that the issue was due to faulty installation. He took the time to break down the process of how the camera's software works and how to efficiently retrieve any footage we may need. After retrieving the footage captured by the camera we were able to get the faulty installation repaired without any additional charge. Recently I discovered that the Ethernet cabling that connects the VOIP service from one warehouse to another had water in the wiring (the company that did the original install did not use the proper outdoor Ethernet cable required). Zac was on site within a moment's notice and repaired the Ethernet cabling using proper outdoor Ethernet cable. Our service was back up and running within a day. Excellent from start to finish. I contacted Zac while he was en route between jobs and he was able to take 30 minutes to drop by my house to give me an estimate on networking and installation of an intercom/doorbell + camera. The work was scheduled for a couple of weeks later and Zac managed to install everything in a day. All the work - installation of hardware and configuration of software - was done to an extremely high standard. Zac even stayed late to help me set up a printer (actually, he did it all) and fix our Sonos system.
