My NVR system was not working due to an ISP swap from Comcast to Sonic. The change in ISPs resulted in a new router and the router Sonic provided was a very challenging to work with. After several months of procrastination and the cameras not being able to be viewed remotely, I decided to contact several companies to see whether or not they could do this work. Out of 5 companies, Jeff was the one who indicated he could do this work.
