Wow! Just WOW. Frank definitely has my business in the future. My MacBook Air's screen was damaged and Frank did a phenomenal job on the repair. I went to Best Buy and Apple to see what quotes I could get. Not only was it hard to get them on the phone, but their prices were absolutely ridiculous and the repair was expected to take 6-8 weeks! My switch was not charging at all so we went to GameStop to see if they could tell us if it was a charging cord issue. We came to ITC to see if it was a hardware issue and the guys working were so helpful. They informed us that our charger has water damaged and that the switch was okay. I have very little experience with computer repair. We usually just replace. We considered replacement and repair with my Lenovo laptop we bought about 4 years ago. It had a warranty when we first purchased so we had it repaired once for free. But when it went bad again we had to take a hard look at what the alternatives where. A new Lenovo runs about 800 plus. So the choice was easy when Frank said he could repair our laptop for $200. It had completely shut down and it became an electric brick Frank was so cool. He said my laptop would be faster and it is. First, they responded to yelp inquiry during after hour times which for me is helpful as a busy mom of 5, I can only get to grown up issues during children's bed times. Second, they honored their quote and while I made a disastrous error of my own, leading to a crack in my computer screen during transit, I felt pretty awful and they didn't take advantage and try to upsell me on fixing it. Since the crack didn't affect the functionality of the computer and the picture wasn't much affected either they reccomend i leave it to save money. I did just that. Brought my laptop to get It fix after my laptop was doing a update and my laptop shit down due to know battery charge. When I went to turn it back on it get stuck sayin "undoing changes to your computer". It would turn off and go back to the screen over and over again. So I took it to this computer repair shop near where I live and they were so polite to me. Told me they are going to take it in and that it will be resolved the next day. Surely enough I came back the next day to pick up my laptop and my laptop is back ok working. What makes these guys so good is that they did not delete any of my personal files I have. Only thing that got deleted was the programs I had in my laptop but I expected that. Once they gave me my laptop back they will tell you the issue the system had that caused it to be in what problem it was on. I expected the charge to be like $300 or more but no, they shocked me when it was only $125. I give them mad respect to for fixing my laptop and I would recommend it to everyone.
