My work laptop stopped turning on, and my sons gaming laptop screen was broken. I went to Geek Squad who wanted to charge me $500 for my sons laptop screen alone so I decided to do some price shopping. I called this company this morning at 9 AM in a panic because I need my work laptop for Monday, so they told me to go in and they quoted me less than $300 to fix both computers. They were able to fix mine within two hours so then I will have mine ready for work on Monday morning and they are ordering parts for my son's laptop, which will be ready in a few days. I was despairing at getting my iMac to work properly. I brought it in and Frank quickly diagnosed the problem. Since my computer was still covered under AppleCare, he suggested I try to have Apple replace the part, and refused to take any money for the diagnostic. When service through AppleCare looked to take 2+ weeks, I brought it back, and Frank had it repaired and working better than ever by the next morning. I recently used ITC to help retrieve files from a broken USB drive. Out of nowhere my usb stopped working. Though it wasn't an easy fix, ITC was able to retrieve all my files!!! He came into my home, identified the problem and save me a couple thousand flors from buying a new Mac desktop by taking my computer back to the shop and working many hours backing up and keeping my needed documents. He installed a terabyte hard drive which will last me another ten years. He brought my computer back at 7 am so that I could be back online teaching by 8. I have many electronics that I've accumulated over the years from me and my boyfriend. When he passed away it was obviously devastating but then he had all his passwords that I was never able to locate.
