I was having an issue being able to get into my laptop after a software update and wasn't allowing me to log in and none of my passwords or pins were working I even tried resetting it and said my email wasn't registered to the computer. This review is long overdue My gaming rig had broken down during quarantine and it wasnt until fall of the same year that I finally had all the parts to fix it I thought I could fix it myself and was disappointed to find out there was no display after booting it up. Short review: easy and very quick with fair prices Long review: As simple and efficient as it could get. I walked in at 930AM right after they opened. Explained the troubleshooting I did on my computer after attempting to install some cooling fans and having my computer not turn on anymore. After talking with them for about 20 minutes, they said they'll take a look and would have an update by that afternoon. Less than 2 hours later, I received a phone call of exactly what was wrong (a burned out portion of the motherboard) and the price of the new motherboard installed with the fans hooked up(260$ total including a new motherboard). I received a phone call that my computer was done and had it back in my hands by 230pm (5 hours from walking in to walking out with a fixed computer). Prices of computer parts through them are fair, so if something needs to be replaced and they have it on hand, I would feel good with just having them replacing it on the spot. read more

Frank, the owner of ITC Technology Solution, upgraded my son's spinning hard drive on the gaming laptop to SSD drive within half a day. These guys are amazing! I dropped off my Canon printer on Saturday to see if they could figure out why it was printing poorly.
