I have recently gone in to Issac's, I believe the date was 6/27, I had a sever Nicole. She was very inattentive and provided an uncomfortable and unfriendly environment for me and my family. It was rather unfortunate, this restaurant has great food, but the service was rather disappointing this visit. However, a week or 2 earlier on a work dinner and I had the server Maddie, she has long black hair, and she was amazing. Even the reason I decided to bring my family here. After this event I was left with a rather bad taste in my mouth (and it wasn't from the food.) I will certainly not suggest this location, nor will I be returning. read more

What a lovely surprise! We have driven by this place since we moved here last April... my husband always said Isaacs has been around since I lived here as a kid - but I don't think I ever went there...so today was the perfect day- cold, grey and a leisurely Saturday to enjoy. Service is great! The place is pretty big - not too busy. The menu is expansive and offers a variety of options- soups, salads, wraps, burgers. The server we had was great - very informative and accommodating- offering samples of the different soups they serve. I highly recommend the tomato pepper jack soup- amazing! The sandwich's are delicious and they will accommodate any changes you might want. The prices are on par and the have their own craft beers- which are great! My wife and I stopped at Isaac's and weren't sure what to expect! Inside atmosphere was vintage to say the least but the food was great! Sydney was our server and she was very attentive and the service was awesome. She should train everyone on table side service. Very good at her job. Decent meal. My husband and I stopped by on our walk and were quickly seated. We were greeted relatively quick and I got the crab soup and half pretzel sandwich. My husband had a sandwich. It's been a while since I've ordered from any Isaac's. As much as I love their sandwiches I do feel the price is high for what you get and often there's no consistency. Driving home from Myerstown I remembered their Lititz location when the urge hit and called in an order for two sandwiches, one for myself and another for my daughter for pick up. At this time indoor dining was still acceptable. There were signs plastered all over the door about social distancing and masks being required. They had a stand of hand sanitizer and another on a ledge and at the counter. They also had placed tables in front of the cashier counter to further distance the customers from the employees. The employees were masked and I saw them use sanitizer between customers. There were several people waiting in the "lobby area" for their orders. A manager was assisting the cashier by coming out to this area and asking for names to speed things along in the kitchen. I waited a few minutes, but not an unreasonable amount of time. I heard her tell the cook to get mine ready on the fly, so I assumed it wasn't started even though I called it in some 20-30 minutes prior. The sandwich I like has cole slaw which tends to make the bread soggy so I always ask for it toasted really well and even make the comparison to toast. But it never fails, no matter what location it's never done, and if getting take out the sandwich is usually a sloppy mess by the time I get it home. This location wasn't any different. The bread was literally falling apart by the time I got to eat it and I had to use a fork. I will say that for once the meat ratio was perfect - not too much and not too skimpy. My daughter however said they substituted the bread that is normally used for her sandwich to something she didn't feel worked as well. I wish they would have mentioned this. Overall not a bad experience but not exceptional either. I did think the manager handled the incoming customers very well and was hands on. After being away for so long and now coming back the interior does feel dated. I know the 90's Miami Vice theme is their thing but beyond that it just felt like it's time to freshen things up a bit. I do hope they survive the pandemic and make it through to the other side. Despite all the issues I've had with Isaac's in general over the years it doesn't change the fact that I keep coming back for their unusual sandwich combinations. read more

My rating is for Isaac's overall, not just the Lititz location. The best word to describe them is "inconsistent". Years ago, the portion sizes got noticeably smaller while prices increased. In the last year or so though the portions seemed to be back to what I expected given the price I was paying. Now on my most recent visit again the portion size is VERY small - very little protein in sandwiches. Their new tator tots are great, but $8 for 6 small tots is ridiculous. Burgers are outrageous for the quality (not fresh, not really anything special and I think they cost $16). Its sad because the restaurant is super convenient to my home, but you can tell by how few people are in the restaurant at any given time how many customers are just not coming back. read more

I grew up enjoying Isaac's slaw on my sandwiches, so I was dismayed to come to the realization that this is really just sandwich slaw at best. What feels like shredded lettuce lightly spritzed with mayo, this cole slaw might as well be a low-calorie side salad option at your local Denny's. This slaw is not designed for lone consumption, however, it does make for an excellent topping on one of Isaac's phenomenal deli sandwiches! I have been eating at Isaacs since there was just one, in Central Market. It has long been my favourite deli. This was my first time to the Lititz location, and it continues Isaacs' reputation. There are several Isaac's restaurants around the area, and I've eaten at most of them. Food is prepared on site with fresh products. Very clean and kid friendly. Service is good and staff is friendly. Prices are reasonable. Can get crowded at mealtime, so best to go a few minutes early or late. read more

I love this place. Probably would not have ever stopped in an Isaac's, but it was just across the road from where we were staying in Lititz, PA. They USED to have good sandwiches this local chain has good selection of sandwiches. The Lititz Issaac's has really gone downhill. The take out has gotten our order wrong two times. I won't try for a third. Last time we got a small sandwich when we paid for a large, had to drive back to get the second half!! Now ordered club sandwich and NO lettuce and tomato which makes a club sandwich better, plus we paid for that and didn't get it!,, does the customer have to check each level of sandwich prior to leaving? Why shouldn't the restaurant do that? They were not busy. I will not order from them again. A real shame. read more
