The bruschetta flatbread had the perfect amount of cheese, the crust was yummy, and the bruschetta didn't add too much liquid. This was the first time trying this place. Giving it a 4/5 because the old bay wings were not that great. The cheeseburger sliders with fries were spot on and the best dish we got tonight were the onion rings! They were seasoned perfectly and the texture is amazing. I would go back there just to eat the onion rings. Will be returning because other than the wings, food was delicious and the beer was really great! First time visiting Collision while exploring the downtown Lititz area! What a hidden gem! Literally! My friend had one of the smash burgers! It was big and delicious! Cooked to perfection and it was just what a magnifier should be- crispy on the outside and full of flavor. She had it with the fresh cut fries which she enjoyed! I had the Cuban! The pork was so good, the mustard came through and I didn't want each bite to end! I opted for the tater tots and they came out hot and crispy! My friend had a beer that was "similar to a miller lite"! They knew exactly what to pour for her! I had the Moscow mule which was a little sweet for me, but that's ok! You order at the counter, are given a buzzer and come back when it goes off. The food came out quickly but the female bartender acted like she couldn't care less when I brought my buzzer back up. She took it from me, went and did something else then went to get my order. Later, When I asked for a box, she waited on a couple that just sat down, made their drinks then came back and asked me what I wanted again. I thought that was a bit rude! We got an appetizer of two warm buttered Julius Sturgis pretzels that were to die for!! Then we ordered burgers. I can honestly say that was probably the best burger I've ever had!! The sourdough bread was thick and had a perfect crunch (definitely very fresh, homemade bread) and the fries and onion rings were perfect and not greasy. Although we go back to NJ tomorrow we actually thought of going back to Collusion for dinner again tonight as it was that good. First time here. If you have not been here you should know that there is no table service unless you sit at the bar. Otherwise, you place all orders at the bar, and must come get your food when notified (by pager). Place is also pretty small...felt a little cramped...there may be space in an upstairs level but I did not notice anyone coming or going from it. When I was there, they had three TVs with football games playing and what I was told was Pandora radio playing. Bar service was attentive and friendly. I ordered the classic burger (mayo instead of pub sauce), with fries. Both were good, not great. My overall experience was more good than not, but I likely won't return because I'm not a fan of pub-style ordering and it was just hard for me to get comfortable in the space. One other thing for those not really familiar with Lititz...this place is tucked back in off of Broad Street (a.k.a route 501) on Juniper Lane, and like pretty much every place in Lititz does not have its own parking area. read more

I asked one of the bar crew what they suggested and they steered me to the fig burger. It was a burger with fig jam I believe, blue cheese and bacon. It was delicious and a great suggestion. I paired the burger with tots. I tried two IPA's. The Rippin collab was the best of what I tried: The place was full while I was there with everyone playing bingo. The food is awesome pub food. He had the shirt factory cheesesteak and said it was authentic Philly cheesesteak. I had the Mac Attack smash burger and it was amazing. The fries are fresh cut to die for. Service was good. Beer he had was both the Fuzzy Scrumpit (an IPA ) and the Coastal Anomaly (East/West coast ipa collar) he preferred the scrumpit but they were both good. Can't say anything bad about this place. Collusion features a big selection of house beers with varieties to fit nearly any taste. Collusion is more tasting room than full service restaurant, so all orders are placed at the bar. Service was superb and very friendly during my recent visit along with a great atmosphere in a re-purposed industrial space. My beer was excellent, as was my companion's. Four star rating is simply because I didn't have a chance to try the food--though the menu featured a number of tempting options. Beer aficionados will love it here. read more

Located in a historic Lititz Shirt Factory, Collusion is a wonderful addition to the town. I've been to the original location in York, so I knew what to expect when I walked in: amazing beer. They have a decently long tap list, as well as wine, cider, and canned beer to go, as well as crowlers of what's on tap. On my visit, we tried the First Rite pilsner and some sour beers (both apricot and key lime pie). The standout to me was the Homunculus lemon lime cheesecake double IPA. They have a nice variety beyond IPAs, with some stouts, a bock, a witbier, a pumpkin ale, and a brown ale on the menu as well. They weren't doing flights on my visit, but you can get half pours. For food, I went with the Spicy Burger, while my partner chose the Pesto Chicken sandwich. Both served with fries, and the food came up relatively quick. My only complaint is that the burger could've used more jalapenos. Self-service water would also be nice to see added. We had a friendly bartender who took our orders, as there is no wait staff. Seating is limited, although there is an upstairs area that we didn't get to check out. Everything looked clean on the inside, and they just did an all-around good job here. read more

Realized this gem is in our back yard after visiting the other location in York earlier this month while on a day trip. It's tucked away in an alley right off the 2 main streets in Lititz. I swear if you didn't know it was there you'd miss it! So the ONLY downside is parking sucks as it's downtown Lititz. I'm mobility impaired so it's important to me to be able to park close! We arrived shortly after they opened - I'd mention that the brewery is on several floors in an old Factory - but there's an elevator. The tap list is pretty varied and deep- 16 taps across 4 or 5 styles. Pricing is pretty decent - what I'd expect for a brewery. Full pours and half pours are available along with growlers for take out. The beers we had were excellent my wife and I each tried several styles. Now the food - it's limited for sure but the food is exceptional. We ordered wings and Reuben fries. The wings were pretty standard - but the Reuben fries were amazing. Fresh hot fries with huge pieces of Corned beef on them along with sauerkraut and sauce - just amazing. The location of fairly small and fills quickly but there is another floor - which we didn't see. It's light and airy and looks exactly like what it is - an older factory! It is however very clean and clean looking. Bartenders are really friendly and knowledgeable and made us feel welcome. Overall a very satisfying afternoon and one I'm sure we will repeat soon. read more

Fresh brews, pub food and a gorgeously renovated space- what could go wrong? Our first visit so we were greeted and told sit where you like from behind the bar. Ok- no real greeting but no biggie. Menu on the table with a nice selection of beer and food. No problem there- the problem was we had no idea that we were supposed to order at the bar and then pick up our food. No sign, no "is this your first time here?' Instead the bartender finally came over to explain the process. Awkward! That is abysmal customer service! But the food rescued the experience- my husband had the 3 cheese flat bread and I had the seasonal blue cheese , fig, prosciutto and arugula - delicious . Great dough - light and tasty. If you're not a fan of IPAs, which I am not, there's a limited selection of alternatives. My wife really liked the two sours they had. I liked the Breakfast Brown Ale, which was pretty heavy with the coffee flavor. I also tried two Pilsners which were good, but very similar to an IPA. We each had a burger. I had the fig jam burger and my wife had the shroom burger. Both were really good overall, and each had a half pound of meat. However, our server didn't ask how we wanted them cooked and we both felt the meat was over cooked. Kinda dry. Would have preferred them medium rare. But again, nobody asked. Fries were really good! If you have been to Cedar Point amusement park in Ohio, these were just like those. We forgot to ask for malt vinegar which would have made it complete! read more
