Despite all of that, the team handled everything flawlessly. The crew was professional, efficient, and clearly experienced--they packed items with care and precision, and loaded the truck like a perfect game of Tetris. Our long distance move was hassle-free and I had a great experience working with AJ and Samuel. They are super friendly guys, and they work quickly and efficiently. We had minimal damage on our items, nothing I was concerned about, and they were super careful bringing things into the house. The cost of the move was a bit pricier than others, but worth it. I completely back everything Alex has said. I'm not sure why you continue to single me out when…read morethis was a move that both Alex and I were involved in together. Whether I paid or he did is irrelevant--we both contributed to this process equally. To clarify a few things: I had my own dollies and equipment, and both Alex and I were moving significantly more items ourselves than your movers were. In fact, I noticed multiple times when I went down to the truck that both movers were just standing inside, not actively working. Several items they did handle--like my paintings that were still sealed in plastic--were wrapped unnecessarily three or four times, wasting time rather than helping the move go more efficiently. Yes, the elevator used was the freight elevator, but even if it hadn't been, both available elevators were equally close to the unit, so the point feels moot. Most importantly, the way you've chosen to handle this as a business owner is honestly shocking. Arguing with customers, deflecting accountability, and lacking basic humility or professionalism--especially when we were among your first clients and you had no reviews at the time--is both disappointing and embarrassing to witness.

He and one of his crew members moved my wife and I across town and while we're not a family of five, we have our fair share of junk.
