He did insist that I take the roadside assistance and lucky me, I did. Hardly 100 miles north of Austin on my way to Dallas the transmission gave up and I had to wait for 3hrs on the side of the road for a tow. Trying to call this place was fruitless. Calling budget proper required a 30-40mins wait every single time. Do go with a professional and get a truck that has been reasonably maintained and cleaned. This place is awful.

Very patient with my questions. AND I LOVE the dog that's there! She's VERY VERY sweet & she played with my dog VERY sweetly & enthusiastically. OWNER TELLS ME HE WONT REFUND ME UNLESS I TAKE DOWN REVIEW…read more 11/10: In response to the owners comment--I never asked for the refund of the move and the dresser. I just wanted my dresser fixed. Nathan offered the refund after the multiple disasters that happened during and after the move. Although he's offered a refund plenty of times, when I accept the offer he told me he will only do it if I take down review, as I "don't deserve one" because the "Better Business Bureau is breathing down his neck". The repair guy also never told me my dresser needed multiple parts--he kept canceling appointments to repair which I can only assume that he never intended on fixing it. My dresser is still broken and the owner is yet to give a response to the Better Business Bureau

If you have a large RV or horse trailer and you want uncovered storage, this is a fabulous option. Most facilities I could find were an hour outside of town, then I had two properties renig on their storage offers when they saw the size of my rig, another assigned me a spot that was impossible to maneuver into, and yet another said my trailer would get broken into at their facility. What?! At Four Points, the closely monitored security system left me feeling very safe. I could also get in and out at all hours, which I needed. Property is roomy enough that I could drive around and park my trailer without even backing up most of the time. And they even have added extras like power washing available at fair prices. Love these guys. I enthusiastically recommend this facility.
