The delivery driver kept in touch with me multiple times throughout the day to tell me how his schedule and what my delivery time would be. He definitely was an "11" on professionalism and timing. I'd definitely recommend Premier Structures - Brian, Kolby and AJ 100%. Everywhere else we looked at delivery was 4 to 12 delivery even if it was on they're lot. I've gone with big name companies before but they are never as easy to work with. Not to mention on prices-he was willing to work on my carpet stain for free after having worked on my couch (which I paid for) and did a great job on both. Honestly, if you're weird about strangers in your house (which I kind of am) I know this guy is harmless and good at what he does.

I previously had a storage unit with another company in Austin where someone tried breaking into the unit by driving through the wall resulting in damage to my stored property. The management knew it had occurred, but never contacted me about it and let me discover it on my own. I am glad I moved my stored items to Bastrop Guardian. As long as Michael is caring for the property I expect to use their service for a long time. My advice to new renters...take the time to read all of the information Michael gives you. It will provide all the answers you need and prevent any misunderstandings. Ive read the negative reviews and checked it out for myself.
