They arrived at Costco exactly on time and did an expert job fulfilling everything I asked for. They even knew exactly how to disassemble part of the sofa in order to make it fit up the stairs (I would never have known then had I tried to move the couch myself). They even took the packing materials away for disposal!! Wow, what a huge benefit!! I could not have bought these couches without their expertise and help. Service was super-efficient and friendly and I will definitely call Point A to Point B for the next delivery/moving job. Really great service. Thank you!!

It was a little pricey, but hey, all my furniture needs to take a plan and go overseas, so I just had to suck it up. Our…read moreBuddy, Cirilo was friendly and professional, he showed up on time with all the tools needed to load a large sectional sofa and breakdown and load a bed that we moved into a temp storage location. Cirilo even went above and beyond, wrapping our furniture to protect it during the move. My other feedback is more related to the app/scheduling process. If you want to move an entire apartment, you would probably need to hire more buddies, since it seems that you get a buddy with a pick up truck, which is certainly not big enough for several pieces of furniture and boxes, that being said, the constraint within the app is that you can only schedule 1 buddy per move per BuddyTruk account, if you want to schedule more buddies for the same time frame, you have to set up fake accounts, this is a hassle - the desirable result would be to be paired with a buddy that has a large enough vehicle to transport all your items and perhaps request an extra helper within one single transaction. I would hire BuddyTruk again if I had a single trip in a pickup truck scenario.

I'd give them zero stars if that was possible!…read more I found their contact at local Costco, made a reservation online. Was repeatedly told over text message that my delivery was confirmed and a driver would call me an hour before. Instead I heard from no one for multiple hours, eventually someone from "customer service" made a lame attempt at trying to reach out and when I described the scenario never responded back to me. Would not recommend and will never attempt to use their service again. I would warn anyone against trusting their booking functionality, and their customer service is a joke

They sent Terrick and Xavier out to do the move and in two hours they loaded everything we really needed on the first move (all the heavy wood furniture), plus a bunch more we didn't think would fit, then a bunch more just to help clear out the house. It was 94° outside here in Georgetown, and had a 'RealFeel' of 104°... man, those guys worked their butts off in that heat. They did a fast job, a very good job and were friendly as could be. Can't recommend Ogre Man enough if all their guys are like Terrick and Xavier. Thank you!

He deserves less than one star. He threatened to sue me for blasphemy if I leave a bad review LOL!!!! Go read the other reviews AND Dave's responses to them this guy is so crazy it's kind of sad. If he hates people so much why is he in a service industry? I stupidly suggested ogreman movers to my parents when we were looking to relocate the contents of our family home. Our credit card was "accidentally" charged twice. Dave has been absolutely abhorrent in the handling of the situation, especially after the bank (rightfully) reversed the extra charge. He has been completely unprofessional; extremely hateful and has continued to call my dad repeatedly to threaten and berate him. Like actual name calling and threats bordering on elder abuse. Dave is totally unhinged. Claiming we never paid him...reading other reviews it seems to be his go to scam....His treatment towards paying customers and humans in general is absolutely frightening. He is participating in actual extortion. Stay away from this scam artist.

The actual people who did the pickup were fine. A bit more bumping into walls than I'd like, but otherwise ok. The problem was scheduling. I booked a month in advance and they said they would be there the morning of pickup between 8 and 10 am. They were texting me to ask for pictures of what I needed taken away as early as 8:15. At 9:45 they texted me a quote. I messaged them around 10:30 asking if/when they were coming b/c the pickup window had passed. And then I didn't hear anything until around noon. Two hours after the pickup window. That's when they told me that they weren't going to be there until around 4. In reality, it was around 4:50. The reviews here are still generally really good, so I'm hoping my experience was just a fluke, but the lateness combined with the lack of communication made for a really disappointing experience.
