They've got rows with different sizes of washer and the price varies based on size, the lowest being around 4.25 for 25min cycle. You can get quarters from a machine at the front that takes 1s, 5s, 10s, and 20s. *Fair warning, it did eat a 5 of mine at one point and there wasn't really anything I could do. You can also purchase dollar tokens with a credit card, but keep in mind that many of the machines are not full dollar amounts. There was a drink vending machine and a snack one, the snack one also had some mini detergent bottles and clear plastic laundry bags. I didn't try the ATM but there was one. The soda machine offered tap but tap pay was not working so I had to use dollar bills. The dryers were honestly the best part, they're huge and 25 cents gets you 5 minutes, and I found I could dry what I needed within 20 minutes. Overall, a good place to go if it's what you need to do.

But this location at least had a ATM so I got some money and just said screw it because I needed to do my laundry and didn't feel like driving and driving around. Put in $20 in the change machine because the ATM had a minimum of $20. I used the $7 washer and realized after putting in the quarters I had about $3 left. Now I'm not good at math but to have $3 left after only using $7 in change. Yeahhh I was missing my money so I put a complaint via email and the Texas area manager got back to me asking me to reply back with a date and time of when to meet one of the managers at the laundry so I can get reimbursed. I told them 8am the following day. So I showed up with laundry because I ok I'll just use the reimbursement to do some more laundry. Got there and walked inside, there was only one person doing laundry and no one else. Waited in my car in front of the store and. Emailed the manager of who suppose to meet but that I was still waiting there at 8:19.. waited till 9am and never got a response back. No one else was in the laundry. They basically wasted my time and the machine stole my money. Horrible first experience

Obscenely inefficient…read more Not sure why expected a business relic from last century to deliver packages on their stated timeline, but here I sit 16 days after shipment without my packages. What exactly is occurring during these 16 days? Per Google maps, it would take 6 days to ride a bike from DC to Austin. And it would only take 20 days to walk. So unless they get here soon, Greyhound will have literally been slower than walking my packages across the country. I received a call on Friday that my packages would be delivered this morning from 9am to 1pm. Then I received a message at the end of the window in broken English that they were actually being transferred to another bus station and that they would call me on a later date to arrange delivery. Not a word of apology in the barely coherent message. Do not waste your time with this service. Box it up and have UPS pick it up. The savings are not worth it. It took 25 days. Several boxes were destroyed.

When I came in the next day to retrieve it, I was greeted by a nice but shy younger female employee who could not locate my package. When I asked her to double-check and look again, her manager came over and yelled at me. This woman was combative, rude, and arrogant. She explained to me that FedEx drivers and staff were idiots and that they had messed up, not her. She said they make mistakes all the time and that it wasn't on her to fix it for me. She also refused to look again for my package and then told me, her staff doesn't make mistakes. Ever. She literally said her staff doesn't ever make any errors so they couldn't possibly have misplaced the package and didn't need to look again to appease me. I will never go to this business again for anything. It's not the right way to treat customers, who are frustrated already that they have missing mail. She did nothing to improve the situation. We never did find that package and the whole thing had to be refunded and reshipped, which took weeks because she could not be bothered to just check for me one extra time to help.

I took the envelope back to the shop, and inquired what happened, expecting them to fix this clear error on their part. No-one at the store had any ability to address this. The one clerk was trying to text a supervisor, but not getting a response. She offered to let me pay for them to try again. (as if) She took my contact info and promised to call me. 24 hours later (Tuesday afternoon) , still no call. I stopped by the store to enquire further, but no-one there could even contact the supervisor or manager. So much for fast delivery. I need to send this before I get a court clerk chewing me out or worse. I paid for fast and tracked, and am getting no response at all. I will have to go elsewhere. Chances are very good the letter will arrive before I ever get any sort of useful response. Never again.
