It has been a few months since our move by this company. Ours was an out of state move and we had an awful experience. Estimate of packing time and moving time was completely inaccurate. We were supposed to be out of our house by 6:00-7:00p.m. Movers were at our house until 11:00p.m. The did not have enough people for our move. Move to our new home was the same experience. Only two people for a large amount of items being moved out of state. The guy selling the move to you makes promises they could not keep and the owner was very rude. We had items broken but did not make any claims as we no longer wanted to deal with company and the owner. read more

Cameron and his crew were awesome!!! They wrapped,packed,disassembled and assembled,all of the "good stuff". They were fast and efficient and would not hesitate to hire them again!! With all they did, it was worth every penny. They got to our destination much sooner than us , and were willing to work with realtor to get all the furniture placed. You have the options of leaving stuff out on the curb but I couldn't do that because of my HOA. Also, last time I had left a desk that someone snatched up from the curb. So I didn't want to waste their time again. Their technology use is pretty awesome and respectfully as a IT guy I appreciate how it makes billing simple and easy. First Class is the ONLY relocation company that I recommend! They are such kind people! And fast but careful! The owner was there the whole time and the guys loved to interact with my kiddo! We keep up with each other years later! This is the best bang for your buck because they didnt break anything! Cameron and his team were the best! We have never had such a good experience with a moving company. I love that they disassembled and reassembled the necessary items in our home. Cameron and his guys were very knowledgeable and respectful. I had a few "tricky" pieces of furniture that other moving companies were unable to handle without ruining my walls and these guys got it without breaking a sweat.
