DO NOT TAKE YOUR PHONE HERE! I was at iPulse earlier this week because my Iphone 6S had randomly crashed on me and I couldn't get it to turn on. Sat around while iPulse 'worked on my phone' for about an hour. After taking it away to a side room (where you cannot directly watch what's going on) they took some things apart, put it back, and brought it back out to me and said there was nothing they could do for me. Their only recommendation was for me to buy a new phone. So then I brought it to Hoboken Wireless (phone geniuses! they are sooo great) and Ray was able to fix my phone in 30 minutes! ALSO - while he was taking it apart (in front of you) he was able to see right away that iPulse had taken parts out of my phone! The tape shields and other pieces were missing. This is not the first time I've heard of iPulse stealing pieces of your phone without the poor customers knowing any difference. GO TO HOBOKEN WIRELESS - do not trust your phone with iPulse! read more

I brought in my iPhone to get my shattered screen fixed. The person at the desk was friendly and the service was quick. There were several magazines and coffee table books laid around the store so I had things to occupy my time as I waited. WIthin 20 minutes, my phone was like new. read more

UPDATED: After posting the below review, I was contacted by an iPulse representative and had my phone repaired. I appreciate the follow up and standing behind their service. I had a similar experience as many other reviewers. I had a cracked screen repaired at iPulse and shortly after my internal screen went. I returned, had the internal replaced and now several months later, I have the same problem yet again. I was told that I could have the internal screen repaired again - at full retail price of course. After spending several hundred dollars here on screens, you would think that at least a discount would be offered on the service. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT GO HERE! Take your phone to a more reputable repair shop. read more

Took an iphone 5s here to get the screen replaced three weeks after getting it, and they had the phone in and out in under an hour. A little on the pricey side, because the phone was the newest model at the time, but they did good work. read more

Went into ipulse to get my iPhone fixed after mistakenly dropping it on the hard Hoboken cobblestone, though I would have been out of a phone for a few hours, but ipulse was able to repair it in 5 minutes! Good prices and fast service, would recommend to anyone who broke their phone. read more

Quick repair! I dropped my iPhone in water and waited at least 3 weeks to finally get it fixed. It dried out almost completely, but the voice control kept "taking control" of the phone by calling people/turning music on and the screen was always moving around without touching it. I brought it in and he took a look. I am sure he could have charged me more with the "water damage package" ($80) but offered to replace the home button instead ($60), which did the trick. He did the work and had it back in my hands within 35 minutes good as new! read more

I decided I'd fix my own MacBook, because how hard can that be. Then, when random keys on my keyboard stopped working I took it to iPulse. I walked in, the guy opened my MacBook casing, plugged in the ribbon I disconnected, closed the thing back up, and had it good as new in about 5 minutes. The whole thing only cost me a few dollars and a bit of my pride. Future forward I will take my devices to iPulse rather than going at it alone. read more

Terrible way of business, do not believe the 90 day warranty that is promised, owner promises "OEM Quality" and parts start to malfunction making you come back, If owner does not like what he hears from the customer threatens to call cops, what a shame, be wary when doing business here you are better looking for other iPhone repair shops, save the headache! read more

Shattered iphone screen. Rushed my phone over here and left it overnight. Was ready when I got home from work the next day. Fast forward three months later. Phone completely broke. Brought it to apple and they said my warranty is now void due to replacing my screen with an outside person. Told me screen was put on wrong and they caused this issue and messed up my whole My credit card company and BBB will be hearing from me! I am now without a phone and over $700 down the drain! read more

Everyone knows how easy it is to crack their phone and the absolute feeling of despair that follows suit. When that moment happened for me, I was at a completely different area and a troublesome situation, where I had to find a friend using google maps. What happened was, I dropped my phone on my way out of the subway station and the screen turned nothing but black. The subway was hectic with crowds of people, my phone suddenly gave up on me, and I was stranded in the middle of an unknown city. Over priced! They wanted $60 to replace the rear screen on iPhone 4S. Yufixit in Jersey City charges $20.

Very disappointed brought my iPhone 5 to replace LCD screen that I cracked and price and service was great at first. Less than 2 months later the LCD screen broke and when I brought it back I was told my phone was "bent" and that he couldn't honor the warranty. They never mentioned anything about my phone being bent the first time they fix it. Technician was very condescending when explaining why he wouldn't honor the warranty. read more

He did a great job and gave me advice on the type of case to use going forward. I would definitely come back here any time my iPhone / iPad needs servicing. I wish I could give this place a 0 star rating. I came to I pulse for a cracked screen and dead battery. He fixed my screen but I had to return a total of 5 TIMES for my battery. The first 3 times he allegedly fixed my battery but within 2 to 4 hours my phone went completely dead each time. The 4th time I returned he told me he had to order new batteries and that he was simply placing other customers faulty batteries in my phone until he received a new battery shipment. When I returned again for the "new" battery, this battery actually lasted a total of 4 days before it stopped working. When I told him about this he got snappy and rude and informed me that his business wasn't a "NGO". Almost every time I WAS IN HIS STORE HE WAS BEING CONFRONTED MY DISGRUNTLED CUSTOMERS!!! Super disappointed: they were rude, overpriced, arrogant, and didn't deliver on the product repair. Went in a few weeks ago to fix my phone screen but it unfortunately ended up even worse. When I got home to use it, I lightly tapped the screen, and the replacement screen cracked even worse than the one I had. iPulse was tough to deal with to begin with so I later went somewhere else that a friend suggested, who rightly took care of it.
