Came in here a little desperate on a Saturday morning when I failed in trying to surprise my wife by fixing her iphone battery. They fixed it in about 2 minutes, explained what I did wrong, and were able to tell me that even though I lost one of the screws that it wouldnt be a problem. One thing to know how to fix the phone, another thing to communicate the issue. I had to demand that I pay them because they didnt want to charge me. I didnt think I would care, but it happens to be a beautifully designed and well laid out shop, calming, clean atmosphere. I highly recommend this shop. read more

I walked in with a unusable cracked iPhone 7s and left 10 minutes later with a new screen and protector. Wow!! Can't get any better than this. Thanks Daniel & Joe for the amazing service!!! read more

I've come to ipulse several times to have my screen fixed. I constantly crack my iPhone screen and impulse is able to fix it within ten minutes saving me aggravation at the Apple Store and a lot of money. read more

Super quick service and reasonable prices. Love the fact that they're a local business and a community partner. So glad we have a resource like this in Hoboken! read more

DO NOT TAKE YOUR PHONE HERE! I was at iPulse earlier this week because my Iphone 6S had randomly crashed on me and I couldn't get it to turn on. Sat around while iPulse 'worked on my phone' for about an hour. After taking it away to a side room (where you cannot directly watch what's going on) they took some things apart, put it back, and brought it back out to me and said there was nothing they could do for me. Their only recommendation was for me to buy a new phone. So then I brought it to Hoboken Wireless (phone geniuses! they are sooo great) and Ray was able to fix my phone in 30 minutes! ALSO - while he was taking it apart (in front of you) he was able to see right away that iPulse had taken parts out of my phone! The tape shields and other pieces were missing. This is not the first time I've heard of iPulse stealing pieces of your phone without the poor customers knowing any difference. GO TO HOBOKEN WIRELESS - do not trust your phone with iPulse! read more

Quick in and out service, 15 minutes for a replaced screen on my iPhone 5 as a walk-in. Cute little shop, neat and clean with friendly service and good prices. Will definitely return for any future fixes! read more

UPDATED: After posting the below review, I was contacted by an iPulse representative and had my phone repaired. I appreciate the follow up and standing behind their service. I had a similar experience as many other reviewers. I had a cracked screen repaired at iPulse and shortly after my internal screen went. I returned, had the internal replaced and now several months later, I have the same problem yet again. I was told that I could have the internal screen repaired again - at full retail price of course. After spending several hundred dollars here on screens, you would think that at least a discount would be offered on the service. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT GO HERE! Take your phone to a more reputable repair shop. read more

Took an iphone 5s here to get the screen replaced three weeks after getting it, and they had the phone in and out in under an hour. A little on the pricey side, because the phone was the newest model at the time, but they did good work. read more

This place is awesome! Super quick repair, friendly service, and great job with my iPhone screen. The owner made my screen brand new again and everything works perfectly. I've gone to other places that have fixed my phone but the color/image of my screen ends up looking off. This place is the best!!! read more

Need a phone fixed? Well then you come to the right place. iPulse fixed my iPhone 7 in PRISTINE condition. I almost thought it was a new phone. Everything was perfect. The work of god. Hands of the gentlest being. I've never been more satisfied in my life (and I lived a good life). Don't go anywhere else. This place is as legit as it can be. Not to mention. THE PRICES ARE GREAT. Fair and not overpriced. I want to break my screen again just to get it fixed from here. read more

Took my phone here to get my screen fixed. They had it done within 5 minutes. It was also cheaper there then most places I looked at going to. Highly recommend iPulse! read more

Went into ipulse to get my iPhone fixed after mistakenly dropping it on the hard Hoboken cobblestone, though I would have been out of a phone for a few hours, but ipulse was able to repair it in 5 minutes! Good prices and fast service, would recommend to anyone who broke their phone. read more

Quick repair! I dropped my iPhone in water and waited at least 3 weeks to finally get it fixed. It dried out almost completely, but the voice control kept "taking control" of the phone by calling people/turning music on and the screen was always moving around without touching it. I brought it in and he took a look. I am sure he could have charged me more with the "water damage package" ($80) but offered to replace the home button instead ($60), which did the trick. He did the work and had it back in my hands within 35 minutes good as new! read more

Great place! Excellent customer service and my iPhone screen was fixed in less than 20 minutes!

Fantastic! $89 and my smashed iPhone screen was as good as new. The receptionist was intelligent & helpful. My phone was fixed in 45 minutes. Highly rec! read more

Excellent service for a cracked iPhone 6. Took about 5 minutes and $60 plus tax. Highly recommend!

Got my wifes iphone 5 screen repaired here, after leaving the store we noticed smug marks under the glass. We went back and got it fixed again and now it fogs up under the glass. I guess we will have to go a third time! I should have gone to Dr. Brendan in NYC. read more

This guy was thorough in the repair, even fixing things that didnt affect my camera on my iphone 4 that wasn't working. He figured it out, and while Hoboken wasn't the ideal location, it was better than going into the city. I would definitely go back to him for ANY iphone or ipad repair. Thanks! read more

First very high price and low quality parts and every customer that goes here have to replace the power button on the iphone please stay way

Shattered iphone screen. Rushed my phone over here and left it overnight. Was ready when I got home from work the next day. Fast forward three months later. Phone completely broke. Brought it to apple and they said my warranty is now void due to replacing my screen with an outside person. Told me screen was put on wrong and they caused this issue and messed up my whole My credit card company and BBB will be hearing from me! I am now without a phone and over $700 down the drain! read more

Awesome service, great location and well worth the price. I brought in an Iphone 4s and it was fixed within an hour for $60. With the yelp coupon I only paid $50.00 total. If you have a simple fix like my situation, I highly recommend going. read more

Fixed my Galaxy S4 in an hour and a half (the time estimated at the beginning) for $85 using the Yelp offer. Good as new and a much better price than the $180 and $300 I was quoted at other places. Would use again. read more

I decided I'd fix my own MacBook, because how hard can that be. Then, when random keys on my keyboard stopped working I took it to iPulse. I walked in, the guy opened my MacBook casing, plugged in the ribbon I disconnected, closed the thing back up, and had it good as new in about 5 minutes. The whole thing only cost me a few dollars and a bit of my pride. Future forward I will take my devices to iPulse rather than going at it alone. read more

Terrible way of business, do not believe the 90 day warranty that is promised, owner promises "OEM Quality" and parts start to malfunction making you come back, If owner does not like what he hears from the customer threatens to call cops, what a shame, be wary when doing business here you are better looking for other iPhone repair shops, save the headache! read more

Such great service! Fixed my broken LCD for my iPhone 5s within 15 mins! Highly recommend.

Great place! Prices are reasonable and my phone (broken glass, bent frame, and dead LCD) fixed within the hour. Some young male customers were saying pretty obnoxious things in front of my four year old son. I didn't say anything. I didn't have to. The man fixing my phone was on it! Highly recommend this place. read more

Over priced! They wanted $60 to replace the rear screen on iPhone 4S. Yufixit in Jersey City charges $20.

Very disappointed brought my iPhone 5 to replace LCD screen that I cracked and price and service was great at first. Less than 2 months later the LCD screen broke and when I brought it back I was told my phone was "bent" and that he couldn't honor the warranty. They never mentioned anything about my phone being bent the first time they fix it. Technician was very condescending when explaining why he wouldn't honor the warranty. read more

Really bad service. They said they could fix my phone and couldn't after 4 attempts over 3 days they just put my phone back together with all the original parts and gave it back to me. I was very clear with them from the outset asking if hey couldn't fix it to tell me. Better places in town. read more

Ok service, got the job done but I noticed water damage streaking as if the replacement screen wasn't set properly. Wouldn't go back but it was decent service. read more

Excellent spot. Was a very easy transaction. Bought the voucher on YELP ,and went in they pulled the voucher up and in 20 minutes I was set with a brand new screen. Comfortable and nice waiting area. The price was excellent trust me I checked around. All in all I'm happy. read more

Owner will work with you, cracked screen is fine now.

I wish I could give this place a 0 star rating. I came to I pulse for a cracked screen and dead battery. He fixed my screen but I had to return a total of 5 TIMES for my battery. The first 3 times he allegedly fixed my battery but within 2 to 4 hours my phone went completely dead each time. The 4th time I returned he told me he had to order new batteries and that he was simply placing other customers faulty batteries in my phone until he received a new battery shipment. When I returned again for the "new" battery, this battery actually lasted a total of 4 days before it stopped working. When I told him about this he got snappy and rude and informed me that his business wasn't a "NGO". Almost every time I WAS IN HIS STORE HE WAS BEING CONFRONTED MY DISGRUNTLED CUSTOMERS!!! Save yourself the headache and go SOMEWHERE ELSE! read more

Super disappointed: they were rude, overpriced, arrogant, and didn't deliver on the product repair. Went in a few weeks ago to fix my phone screen but it unfortunately ended up even worse. When I got home to use it, I lightly tapped the screen, and the replacement screen cracked even worse than the one I had. iPulse was tough to deal with to begin with so I later went somewhere else that a friend suggested, who rightly took care of it. Don't be tempted by their convenient location by the PATH: stay away. read more

I dropped my phone in a bucket of salt water at the beach, it died within 30 mins.I tried rice and every other trick you can find on the internet but nothing worked, it was dead... until I brought it to iPulse (4 days after it originally got wet). Whatever magic he worked did the job, the phone works again! read more

I work in West New York, but I was meeting a friend in Hoboken at around 5pm. I googled places to check out to fix my cracked iphone 5's screen and Ipulse came up. Before I looked them up, I called another place in West New York on Bergenline recommended by a co-worker, and they quoted a price of $85 plus 2 hr waiting time, she also told me that she will call me back and let me know when to drop off my phone. That didn't sound good to me, so I gave Ipulse a try. Left work at 3:45, arrived at Ipulse by 4pm or so. The place is very nice and professional looking and the technician came out to greet me. Asked me some information to generate a claim ticket and told me it would be $60 to fix the screen and a 5 minute waiting time. Say what??? As I waited, I saw a police officer outside giving tickets. I ran out there and asked where else can I park? He told me "behind the cones". So fyi, after 4pm in front of the store, they will ticket cars unless you're parked all the way down to the right. I moved my truck, ran back in and they guy bought out my phone. He tested the front and back camera lenses and was done. Total wait time was about 10 minutes, 60+ tax was like $64. Not bad! I'm bringing my cracked mac book there to see if they can fix it too. I was out of there before 4:30 and made it on time to meet my friend at 5pm. Great job, great service and reasonable. read more

Guy couldn't fix my phone after taking it there twice. Bush league phone store. Considering these stores are a dime a dozen I'd say go just about anywhere else. read more

I've been here a couple of times and these guys know what they are doing and they're reasonably priced. Most recently Jimmy serviced my iPhone after it fell and shattered. He did a great job and gave me advice on the type of case to use going forward. I would definitely come back here any time my iPhone / iPad needs servicing. Better than going to an Apple store in my opinion. read more
