Horrible. Rude. Incompetent. Arrogant. Cheap. These are words that come to mind to describe this shop. Their workmanship is shoddy at best, and after they did a horrible job repairing the glass and LCD screen on my iphone 6, they refused to repair it two days later when the screen started to detach from the phone. They said: "Once it leaves our shop, we are no longer responsible for it." So, there I was-- stuck with a phone screen barely hanging on for life, but I didn't want to pay another $160.00 to repair it again, especially since they didn't do a good job in the first place. Flash forward to today when I dropped the phone from my hand to the ground, and the screen cracked and completely detached from the phone and went across the floor!!! My husband took it over to them and showed them, and they said that they were not responsible for the damage. Well, I did drop it, BUT it was ALREADY coming apart since the day they fixed it, which caused the short drop from my hand (WITH A COVER CASE ON THE PHONE) to completely shatter the glass and LCD screen and bend the frame of the phone. Save your money and go elsewhere.... perhaps just straight to Apple. This shop uses repair parts that are NOT Apple products and are second-rate in quality. I warned this shop that I'd write this review... so here it is. When my husband told them today that we would write a negative review, they smiled and said, "Go ahead." What kind of customer service is that? So arrogant and so awful! read more

Everyone knows how easy it is to crack their phone and the absolute feeling of despair that follows suit. When that moment happened for me, I was at a completely different area and a troublesome situation, where I had to find a friend using google maps. What happened was, I dropped my phone on my way out of the subway station and the screen turned nothing but black. The subway was hectic with crowds of people, my phone suddenly gave up on me, and I was stranded in the middle of an unknown city. Until I stumbled upon a place that fixed all my problems in an unbelievably short amount of time. Not only did the owner fix my phone, he explained to me what the root of the problem was and fixed it in better condition than before! People don't just say phones are our lives for no reason. Because since then, this place is my go-to phone hospital for my secondary life. read more

This is the best place to get your iPhone fixed!!! I took my sisters iPhone here after it was in the washing machine for a good 20 minutes, and he was able to replace the screen as if the phone was brand new! The phone had some serious water damage and the home button wasn't working properly, and the water had seeped into the screen and had already started slowing it down. It took him no more than 20 minutes to replace the screen and fix everything, and the phone was as good as new. He was so patient and kind, and explained everything repeatedly to my sister and I who do not know the iPhone construction. The amount we paid was inexpensive, for the amount of work he did. We couldn't thank him enough after!!! HIGHLY recommend iPulse to get anything fixed!!!! read more

I had to have the screen on my iPad fixed for the second time in less then a month... thanks to my 4 year old and a faulty Amazon "child proof" case. My boyfriend took it to get fixed the first time at iPulse for me, I found them on Google...so I went for the second fix myself. The guy that worked there was super nice and helpful, I wish I got his name for this review. I asked for a discount, he called his manager and then gave me an awesome deal. I waited 30-40mins, if that, on a Thursday night right before they closed. I even had a great convo with customers that came in after me. My iPad was fixed again, no issues with it, looks brand new! I also had my iPhone 6 fixed by them during the first visit. read more

Had a phone screen replaced at this location. Paid $100. First started having problems with light sensor. Took it back to the store (was still under their warranty). He fixed the light sensor, but touch panel started acting up (not registering touches) later on. It was out of warranty. After half an hour of trying to have him take a look if connectors needed to be reattached, he refused, saying it was out of warranty. His assistant called later and said I could bring the phone back and he will check the connectors. Picked up the phone later and it was even worse. Had to buy a new phone. That's just my unpleasant experience. Hopefully yours turns out better. Good luck! read more

Excellent job. With Coronavirus, I had been washing my waterproof iPhone X whenever I got home. IPhone X isn't that waterproof. Bright green screen, then no screen, I thought I was out $1,300. The guy came out in 20 minutes with my phone working. They don't stock iPhone screens (which, I presume, is one reason prices are low). He charged me $140, lent me a working screen with dark spots & told me to come back late in the day, next day. They only take cash. The following evening I returned. He told me 40 minutes, then returned in 15 with my fully functional iPhone X. All's well . . . read more

I usually don't break my phone because I do take great care of it, but there was this one time I accidentally shattered my screen. I looked to find the best phone repair shop near my area and many people recommended iPulse to me for their great service and pricing. Once I got set up with them, they replaced my cracked screen with a brand new one and it almost feels as if I received a brand new phone. I would recommend this service to anybody in need of their phone being repaired because this place provides great service and delivers. 5 out of 5 star for me. read more

I have dropped my phone a thousand times and nothing until yesterday. It wasn't even that bad and next thing I know, shattered. Call Tmobile and they wanted 180 and 2 days wait. Why do I even pay insurance with them? Oh well, I was looking for places that could repair my iPhone and then I found iPulse. What a great place. The technician told me not to worry and before I even finish my coffee my phone was fixed. The price? That was even better! Just 70 bucks and my phone is like new again. I contacted iPulse to repair my iPhone 7 and they were able to accommodate me. Thankfully, they weren't very busy when I walked in, so I was basically in and out. I made it to my doctors appointment on time because they had such speedy service. I'm not sure what it's like when they're busy, but luckily I arrived at an opportune moment, so I don't have to find out. Would I use them again? Mmm, probably. The repair cost was at least $15-20 cheaper than other locations. Highly recommend. read more

This is one of the best places to get your iPhone fixed in less than 30 minutes!* Not only iPhones but the owner Daniel fixed several of my previous Apple products in the same day or next day. The service is fast and reliable and he does have a generous warranty for the repairs he does. Never had one problem with the repairs my devices have undergone here and I would recommend you check this store out at least. Come in and the owner is willing to work with you. -Billy Rodriguez read more

Jimmy!! He's amazing and once he told me 10 minutes is all it takes to fix my iPhone 6 screen, I went to grab a slice of pizza then 10 minutes later I had my greasy fingers all over my brand new screen Thank you so much for all your help! Definitely better than that kiosk at Newport mall I went to. I think I'll come here for any technical needs for my iPhone. Totally worth it, and QUICK! might I just add that the iPulse building is gorgeous! Very warm and welcoming! read more

This store is a modern day chop shop. Never use their service. We dropped off a macbook to be fix they waited for the battery to die before allowing me to pick it uP. When I got home and charged it the laptop was still dead. The refused to give me my money back so I went to the apple store only to find out they removed the entire hard drive and the internals were empty. I had to file a police report for "Theft by Deception" AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS read more

My sister got her iPhone fixed here and recommended me this store. Very nice, the technician there fixed my iPad air in about 1 hr and everything came out nice. I haven't had an issue with it afterwards. The quality of the new screen feels just the same as the one I got from apple. They also work on computers which is nice since my coworkers need a tech to check their macs. 5 starts read more

Clean, modern storefront, professional service, and lighting fast repairs. Having had my phone screen repaired at both the Apple Store and ipulse, I found my experience at ipulse to be far more painless, $40 cheaper, and much, much faster (15 min @ipulse vs. 4 hours at Apple, after waiting 2 weeks for my appointment). Will be going back if I never need repairs. read more
