Horrible. Rude. Incompetent. Arrogant. Cheap. These are words that come to mind to describe this shop. Their workmanship is shoddy at best, and after they did a horrible job repairing the glass and LCD screen on my iphone 6, they refused to repair it two days later when the screen started to detach from the phone. They said: "Once it leaves our shop, we are no longer responsible for it." So, there I was-- stuck with a phone screen barely hanging on for life, but I didn't want to pay another $160.00 to repair it again, especially since they didn't do a good job in the first place. Flash forward to today when I dropped the phone from my hand to the ground, and the screen cracked and completely detached from the phone and went across the floor!!! My husband took it over to them and showed them, and they said that they were not responsible for the damage. Well, I did drop it, BUT it was ALREADY coming apart since the day they fixed it, which caused the short drop from my hand (WITH A COVER CASE ON THE PHONE) to completely shatter the glass and LCD screen and bend the frame of the phone. Save your money and go elsewhere.... perhaps just straight to Apple. This shop uses repair parts that are NOT Apple products and are second-rate in quality. I warned this shop that I'd write this review... so here it is. When my husband told them today that we would write a negative review, they smiled and said, "Go ahead." This is the best place to get your iPhone fixed!!! I took my sisters iPhone here after it was in the washing machine for a good 20 minutes, and he was able to replace the screen as if the phone was brand new! The phone had some serious water damage and the home button wasn't working properly, and the water had seeped into the screen and had already started slowing it down. It took him no more than 20 minutes to replace the screen and fix everything, and the phone was as good as new. He was so patient and kind, and explained everything repeatedly to my sister and I who do not know the iPhone construction. The amount we paid was inexpensive, for the amount of work he did. I had to have the screen on my iPad fixed for the second time in less then a month... thanks to my 4 year old and a faulty Amazon "child proof" case. My boyfriend took it to get fixed the first time at iPulse for me, I found them on Google...so I went for the second fix myself. The guy that worked there was super nice and helpful, I wish I got his name for this review. I asked for a discount, he called his manager and then gave me an awesome deal. I waited 30-40mins, if that, on a Thursday night right before they closed. I even had a great convo with customers that came in after me. My iPad was fixed again, no issues with it, looks brand new! Had a phone screen replaced at this location. Paid $100. First started having problems with light sensor. Took it back to the store (was still under their warranty). He fixed the light sensor, but touch panel started acting up (not registering touches) later on. It was out of warranty. After half an hour of trying to have him take a look if connectors needed to be reattached, he refused, saying it was out of warranty. His assistant called later and said I could bring the phone back and he will check the connectors. Picked up the phone later and it was even worse. Had to buy a new phone. Excellent job. With Coronavirus, I had been washing my waterproof iPhone X whenever I got home. IPhone X isn't that waterproof. Bright green screen, then no screen, I thought I was out $1,300. The guy came out in 20 minutes with my phone working. They don't stock iPhone screens (which, I presume, is one reason prices are low). He charged me $140, lent me a working screen with dark spots & told me to come back late in the day, next day. They only take cash. The following evening I returned. Once I got set up with them, they replaced my cracked screen with a brand new one and it almost feels as if I received a brand new phone. I have dropped my phone a thousand times and nothing until yesterday. It wasn't even that bad and next thing I know, shattered. Call Tmobile and they wanted 180 and 2 days wait. Why do I even pay insurance with them? Oh well, I was looking for places that could repair my iPhone and then I found iPulse. What a great place. I contacted iPulse to repair my iPhone 7 and they were able to accommodate me. Thankfully, they weren't very busy when I walked in, so I was basically in and out. I made it to my doctors appointment on time because they had such speedy service. I'm not sure what it's like when they're busy, but luckily I arrived at an opportune moment, so I don't have to find out. Would I use them again? Mmm, probably. This store is a modern day chop shop. Never use their service. We dropped off a macbook to be fix they waited for the battery to die before allowing me to pick it uP. When I got home and charged it the laptop was still dead. The refused to give me my money back so I went to the apple store only to find out they removed the entire hard drive and the internals were empty. YOU BROKE IT, THEY CAN FIX IT! I spilled soda on my MacBook Pro 13in and a few minutes later it stopped working. I thought it was a goner until one of my close friends referred me to these guys. This place saved my phone after dropping it on the sidewalk mid run one weekend. After a month and a half later, I noticed the screen was still having issues. Very prompt service to repair the shattered screen on my ipad. They were open today during what is supposed a historic blzzard and repaired my ipad in less than 40 mins.
