My iPhone 5S screen was shattered. I called an Apple Store, but they said they do not replace iPhone 5S screens in store. Luckily I found this repair center. I dropped off my phone at the iPhone Repair Center on a Saturday morning, had brunch at one of the plenty restaurants in Hoboken, and picked up my perfectly repaired phone. Thank you! read more

My IPhone 7 screen cracked yesterday and while I was in the area, I came upon this store. The replacing process only took 10 minutes! Plus, the screen quality was very satisfying. After yesterday's fix and today's usage, there are no glitches and once again, I am very satisfied. This store is great and the guy is great as well. Really recommend! read more

Ipad2 screen was shattered! Ipulse (iPhone repair center) quotes a standard price and fixed it in 1 hour. Called me when job was done. Screen is like new and I have my iPad back. Yelp coupon was a good deal and helped save $10. It's only been few hours since the replacement so will update review after some time. read more

This place was an ABSOLUTE RIPOFF. ******I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE ****** I want to preface any of my comments by stating I literally have never wrote one online, but unfortunately after being a costumer at this place, I felt obliged to voice my experience to anyone who even considers being a consumer at this poorly run establishment. At a glance this place seems normal and a convenient place for a quick fix, but I found out shortly thereafter that it was all a big scam. I walked in on a Saturday afternoon with a shattered iPhone 6 screen and was told it would cost $140 to replace one. Knowing that I didn't have the luxury of time to head to an Apple store, I decided it was worth saving time and just getting it done right there on the spot. The man shook my hand and looked me in the eye stating that there would be a 90 day warranty for any issues regarding the screen replacement. All was well until about 30 days in where the screen started to malfunction due to a faulty screen. It was unusable and after being in a case since the fix, I brought it back in to have it looked at. To my surprise there were ironically TWO other customers there at the same time experiencing the same exact issue. After about a 30 minute wait due to an understaffed, one man operation, the "owner" behind the counter decided to take a quick glance at it and state that he would not honor the warranty. He stated that I had to repay for the faulty screen or take it elsewhere which is exactly what I heard him tell the other two upset customers. I refused out of principle due to the fact the man shook my hand and said I had at least 90 days, and within the month his product was defective. He then proceeded to ask me to leave as he didn't want other customers overhearing my reasonable objections. I have filed complaints with numerous consumer agencies and have been in contact with local reporters to investigate the several recent allegations against this establishment. Carpe diem is all one can manage to say in a situation like this, so for whats its worth, don't end up in my shoes. Regards, One real customer - 7/6/15 read more

Do NOT go to this place to get your phone repaired. They charged $140 to fix an iPhone 6 screen for me and they replaced it with a defective screen. I've been having issues with the touch screen since it was repaired and I also have a black line going through my screen. I took my phone back hoping they would fix their faulty work and the guy threatened me. He pretends he doesn't know english, but his English was just fine until I told him there was a problem. Then suddenly he didn't speak English and was threatening me. There are cheaper places to go that do better work. read more

I'm giving it a two stars only because the owner is really nice and the place is clean and nice. But I went twice to replace my screen. The screen looks good but after a few scrolls through Instagram and trying to type a message the screen freezes and you can't do anything. I have to lock my phone and go back and try and unlock it. He fixed my screen the next day and the new screen is still doing the same thing. I would not go back here to fix my screen. I have an IPhone 8 Plus btw. Super disappointed because now I have to buy a new phone. read more

i have had my iphone5 fixed 2x here (because i am a total clutz) and both times were perfect! great and fast service, under 30 min both times the waiting area is comfortable with lots of books on food & recipes! love love! call first just to make sure they have your color screen on hand, i didn't, so i have a black screen/silver phone but it suits me! :) read more

I've used them twice - once for battery replacement, and once to replace a cracked screen that Apple wouldn't replace (slightly bent case and they wouldn't un-bend, but he fixed). He was amazing. Did both while I waited, and perfect results. Highly recommend. Will be heading back soon for a battery replace on my 2 year old phone. I jokingly tell my friends that I am Off to See the Wizard..... he is one :-) read more

I need to thank my AT&T folks for recommending this place to replace my broken iphone 6 screen. This place is run really well, they are very efficient, QUICK with service and extremely fairly priced. I'm the 100th reviewer! Well, I've been at this place 3 times already. Always for a broken screen and last time also for a battery replacement. I have no complaints, they are reliable, fast and have much cheaper prices than apple store and other places I compared. I totally recommend them! read more

After I dropped my Iphone on the floor, and the screen turned black, I dreaded having to go all the way to Paramus to the Apple store. Then I googled and found this place. SO easy and quick! The guy there was really nice. For $60 he fixed the LCD screen and also the button at the top which had been broken for a while (I didn't ask him to...he just did it which was very cool). Highly recommend this place. read more

Screen changed in 5 minutes, great price, friendly service. Definitely will come here for any issues in the future!

Awesome service! Quick fix. Came in and replaced the screen without any issues. Also checked out my other device and gave honest opinion regarding my options. I would definitely recommend these guys. read more

Brought in a cracked iPad with dented corners. One hour later - for $129 instead of $799 to replace it - I walked out with what looked like a new iPad. The owner was very friendly, the storefront is comfortable and relaxed, they don't try to sell you extra nonsense (there is barely anything else there to buy) and you can see the owner working in the back on your equipment. I had used the mail-in service twice before and missed my iPad for the 3-4 day turnaround. For about the same price, iPulse was able to get it done in an hour. A true success. read more

Im not one to write reviews but this was a great experience for me. They had great service felt at home pleasant environment. I had got my iphone 6 and an ipad air repaired. iPulse - My iphone 6 that was repaired. It looks like a brand new phone. Love those guys. - IT Services & Computer Repair Near Me - Hoboken, New Jersey

The only time I've ever written a review on line was to sing praises but I had to write this review to warn people NOT to go here. I am writing this on my laptop because my iPhone is unusable. My screen had been cracked but usable and I finally got around to bringing it in to get it fixed and brought it to iPulse. I usually go to the Apple store or a place in the city by my office but since I'm working from home...). I was charged $180 + $10 for a screen protector and in less than 2 weeks I woke up and my screen was black. I brought it in at 9am and came back after trying to get work done without the phone and noticed the new screen had what looked like a large water mark on it. That was after I asked for a new screen protector because the one he put on before was now shattered. He insisted I pay for a new one because the old one was cracked and pointed to a tiny nick on the edge that I hadn't even noticed and then continued to get increasingly irate and nonsensical. He did agree, however that the screen he put on was defective and told me to come back the next day (more time wasted, but I agreed). When I got got home I noticed that not only was the screen damaged but it was too small for the phone and the emoji icon and microphone icon on the bottom left and right of the text screen were barely visible and unusable. He again changed the screen but again this problem persisted. I pointed this out to him and he tried to make it as if I changed the settings on the phone when obviously, the screen he put on, was not the right screen, a really cheap screen and too small for the phone. He tried to mess with the setting but that wasn't it so he just started arguing with me and told me to go to Apple and get a screen. I said fine- give me my money back and he said I gave you 3 screens already which was obviously I a joke!. It is now 2 hours later and the screen is totally non responsive and my phone is unusable. Bottom line- guy takes nor responsibility for his shotty work and cheap products. read more

Fantastic. Had my IPhone 5 screen repaired almost as soon as I shattered it. Service was wonderful. Quick and easy.

Wow this place is great. So nice and hospitable! My sons screen was shattered and they fixed it in 5 minutes. I recommend you to go there.

I've had 2 devices repaired here - an iPhone 6 with a broken screen, and an iPad 2 with broken screen and antenna. Both repairs were quick and reasonably priced. The iPhone repair took less than 20min so I waited in the shop. The people that work here are friendly and informative. The place is clean, and they have a number of products for sale including accessories for your devices, used and new laptops and tablets, among other things. Would definitely recommend for a quick, no-hassle device repair. read more

I cracked the screen of my iPhone 5, and needed to have it fixed. I found this place through Yelp and after shopping around, I decided to use their services. They're conveniently located and they have a nice place. Everybody was friendly, professional and I had my phone fixed in less than 10 minutes. Their price was lower than the rest of the places I called and they also offer a Yelp deal. So far, I'm very happy with the results and highly recommend them. read more

Great place! I was recommended by a friend here after dropping my phone and shattering my screen plus more internal damage. They were able to repair it in about 15 min like new. The next day I noticed that my camera wasn't working and brought it back to the store. They took my phone apart and weren't sure exactly how the damage happened or if it was even related to the case of me dropping it, but they fixed it for me free of charge because they didn't notice the damage the i first came in. Turned my frown into a smile right away :) read more

They did an excellent job replacing the screen! They had great customer service and completed it in less time than he said!

It was quick and fordable price. I was bit worried what if I pay for nothing even though this place review is great. (Since this was my first time I ever break my phone.) But the waiting room was clean and nice. Service was great too. 100% satisfied :) read more

Amazing! Professional atmosphere and space in Hoboken. Perfect location right across from the Path Train. Today was my first visit to iPulse for my daugher's battery problem. It took less than 15 mins to check, offer the most reasonable price and after my approval, to fix it. I've read many positive comments before my visit and my experience was more than I've expected. I'm so happy to choose iPulse and nobody asked me to write any feedback to yelp. Fast and good quality service!! iPhone Screen was damaged but was taken care of instantaneously. Works perfectly fine now. As good as new!

worst phone repair store ever. paid $460 total just for the owner to break my phone. front screen literally popped right off and apple technician said because there was NO ADHESIVE applied to two sides of the screen. And on top of that when I informed the owner he continued to blame me, yell when I tried to explain the situation, and refused to compensate me. Taking him to court because now my once perfectly fine brand new IPhone 11 pro is garbage. Run in the opposite direction. read more

I went here to fix my cracked screen, and they gave it back to me with a free temper glass screen and clear case. Although it started glitching when I got it, I went back two weeks later to see if they could do anything. I figured my water damage from a year ago had to do with it, but the guy showed me how my phone was bent. They usually don't fix phones in those situations, but they were kind enough to fix it and replace a new screen (and once again, a free temper glass screen). Very kind and generous people here (: read more
