I said it more than once, and she still didn't do it. She started putting oils and lotion on my hand, and I asked her about the initial and she huffed at me. When we finally did the initial, we had to redo it almost 5 times because she kept making it bigger than I asked then when I asked her to make it smaller, she asked, and I quote. Do you want to do it yourself? First, can we talk about the chandeliers? I am absolutely in love with them! The lighting gives the salon a luxurious feel while still being warm and inviting. It's the kind of atmosphere that makes you want to come back. Henry was hilarious and made my visit so enjoyable. He kept me laughing throughout my appointment while giving me a manicure and pedicure. Believe it or not, this was actually my first professional manicure! Henry took his time and turned the experience into a therapeutic self-care moment that I desperately needed. It was relaxing, refreshing, and absolutely worth it. Everyone in the salon, including the owner, was kind and welcoming. They even offered me a bottle of water, which was a nice touch. Just a heads-up: if you're looking to get a full set, be sure to schedule an appointment. I'll definitely be returning as I continue my natural nail journey.

I showed her damage that was done to my toe with gel from a prior pedicure months back, she said that was "just my toe" and not possible for gel to cause that problem. I've been getting pedicures for 25 years this has never happened before. Now twice in a row. Called today to talk to the manager and they refused to tell me when she (or he) would be available. Took my number and said they would call me back. The gel top coat ripped completely off my big toe and took my natural nail with, and the damage I told her about that was preexisting is now worse. Doesn't look like I'll be able to get my toe nail painted for months if at all again this year. I'm devastated about it and they seem like they couldn't care less. It's painful and I'm worried about infection. Going to my primary care doctor to see if I need additional treatment. WHEN A CUSTOMER SAYS THEY DONT WANT SOMETHING TRAIN YOUR TECHS TO BE RESPECTFUL! I'll be reporting this tech for failing to notice damage and causing more.

1/5 I am extremely…read moredisappointed with my experience at this nail salon. I went in simply to have my nails removed, and what should have been a straightforward service turned into an extremely painful and upsetting experience. During the removal process, my natural nail was broken and began bleeding. I was in so much pain that I was sitting in the chair crying, yet the service continued. They used files and other tools directly around/on the area that was actively bleeding, which I found extremely concerning from a sanitation and safety standpoint. Even more concerning, they attempted to put nail glue onto my already broken and bleeding nail. At that point, I was not only in significant pain, but also extremely uncomfortable with how the situation was being handled. I expected basic care, sanitation, and professionalism, especially when an injury occurred during the service. After everything, I was still charged $15 for the removal. Being charged after leaving with an injured, bleeding nail and significant pain felt incredibly unacceptable. I left the salon upset and in pain, and I would not recommend this salon based on my experience. Nail services should never come at the expense of a client's safety or well-being. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and addresses how injuries and sanitation concerns are handled in the future.
