Great service! Was looking for a plumber/handyman to install two bathroom sink faucets and contacted several businesses on yelp for quotes. Installationpro was very responsive, fairly priced and I was able to make a service appointment for Monday morning. Stan, the technician arrived promptly at 8am. Total installation was about 2 hours. Mail theft is rampant in our neighborhood so we needed a lockable mailbox insert installed. We didn't have the tools necessary to get this installed, so we called Installationpro and explained what we needed. They requested a link to the mailbox insert for more information and within 19 minutes, I had an appointment scheduled for the next day. Max came out well within the scheduled appointment window. I gave him the supplies and he finished the project within 30 minutes. End result was excellent and great communication!

Great service! I recommend Alex for your tv mounting needs. He was very responsive, professional and knowledgeable. It was easy to schedule an appointment. I even had to reschedule and he was understanding and rescheduled a few days later. He mounted my 70 inch tv in under an hour and covered the cord with plastic cover. He showed me how to remove and install the plastic cover for when I paint it. His rate with the plastic cover was more affordable than Best Buy's service. He was very helpful and I would use his service again. read more

Alex definitely knows his craft! Took a chance with the small amount of reviews, but was not disappointed!! I purchased my wall mount from Amazon and he literally took care of the rest. I didn't assemble ANYTHING. He came in right on time, took his shoes off from the get go, and was in and out within 30 minutes. His fees are very competitive as well! Can you mount the TV yourself? Yes, you can. It's not rocket science. But after watching Alex work, I'm so glad I had him do it instead. He measured everything, made sure it was level and left everything squeaky clean. I would have easily spent twice the time to do what he did in 20 minutes. Alex did a nice job installing my tv and hid the wires (which I don't like showing). He was done in about 45 mins. My only complaint is he said the sound bar couldn't be set up to work with the remote but I got it to. Considering I paid him to install the tv, that's what he did. Programming was probably additional. read more

I contacted Alex on a Saturday night via Yelp message to get a quote and recommendation for a reliable wall mount. He responded within minutes with a reasonable rate, recommendation, and availability (next day). I told him I'd have to get back to him after I purchased the mount, but he said he'd pick it up for me! And just like that, he showed up on time the next day with mount in hand and got to work immediately. No fuss, and 20 minutes later, my tv was beautifully mounted on the wall. Did an amazing job, cleaned everything up, brought all his own tools, checked many times to make sure the tv was level and checked in with my multiple times about how I wanted to position the TV before finalizing the mount position. Alex was extremely friendly and professional! I had a job where I needed to mount a 75" inch tv, a Sonos Arc soundbar and hide the wires. I originally wanted to hide the wires behind my wall but unfortunately the plywood & double drywall made it impossible. He still was able to hide the wires very nicely with concealers. He filled my drywall with no hesitation himself after opening a small hole. His prices are very reasonable especially because he has options to include the tv mounts! read more

I typically don't like taking chances on businesses that only have a hand full of reviews but I'm so glad I did! We got a new TV and our old mount needed to moved and we were having issues with the TV being lopsided. I reached out to a few companies today and Alex was quick to respond and said he could come today! Thank goodness because the lopsided TV was driving me nuts. He arrived promptly with a mask and even took off his shoes immediately once he was in the house. We showed him all of our concerns and Alex let us know it was not a problem. He was also very concerned with how our mount was previously installed. He showed us that the old mounting was done using 1 inch screws that should only be used for picture frames and his new screw would be closer to 4. Thankfully we now have a leveled, safely install Tv! Thanks Alex. read more

This is the second time I reach out to Alex for TV mounting service. First time was to install my new 65 4K tv at my living room. Then having him put the old TV from the living room to my room and taking down my Tv to get it mounted in the kitchen. I did order my brackets from Amazon but Alex does offer mounting brackets. Recently my sister also got a new 65inch 4K tv and I contacted Alex to get the job done which he did. Alex is careful to detail and shows you that tv is balanced before leaving also vacuums as he mounts to avoid any trash left behind. Being punctual is the most important thing to me. 2nd, Alex was sooo professional. Measured every single thing possible. Alex was awesome. He responded quickly and he mounted the tv the day after. Those were already a plus, but the last thing was at how quick fast he was. He's done this so many times that it's probably muscle memory at this point. I would recommend him for anyone looking to have a tv mounted. Last thing I want to note was the height the tv was mounted, which was MY FAULT. It seemed great at first, but i wanted it a bit lower. I bought a TV for my folks in Irvine, and the installation guys wouldn't set it up or remove the old TV because somehow the installation service got dropped. Because I live in Seattle I wasn't able to personally go and help them. I reached out to Alex who was able to get my parents taken care of (installing the new TV, setting it up, taking out the old TV) within hours of me contacting him - at a very reasonable price. The service was amazing, Alex arrived on time and since I was running a bit late he I had no problem with me waiting about 10 minutes. Once inside the home he got to work right away did everything very quickly and was very polite about it. Alex did a great job in mounting our tv! He was very quick in responding to my request, and was able to set up the tv perfectly in under an hour. The initial wall mount he brought was not the right size (this was my fault as I told him the incorrect size of the tv), but he quickly went out and got the correct wall mount and came back later to fix it! I had a great experience with Alex for my TV installation. He arrived right on time and communicated everything clearly in advance. Alex arrived a few minutes early wearing a mask. He immediately took his shoes off when he entered our home. Extremely efficient and professional, it took him less than one hour to install our 65 inch tv over the fireplace. Alex was reasonable, fair and very helpful. Highly recommend this company. whatever you do just make you call Alex for your tv mounting needs - thought I could do it myself but after three stud finders later and additional useless purchases after unsuccessfully mounting my tv... I called Alex and he executed the job perfectly; he mounted the tv in the perfect position and was able to drill the screws in the studs + anchor the bottom part of the mount. Great job! He was quick in unmounting and remounted all 4 tvs in our office. He wore a mask the whole time, and when our original configuration wouldn't work he helped us find a new place to mount. He also notified us that who ever had mounted our tvs previously had used far too shallow of screws which was dangerous. Polite, quick and concerned about work he didn't even do to keep us safe! read more

Alex showed up and installed my TV within 45 minutes. He charged exactly as stated in his text message. Sometime others would find excuses such as the wall is too hard or the TV is too large/ heavy to charge more. Not Alex, he simply got the job done as expected. Alex mounted my tv and soundbar above the fireplace in less than 30 minutes. He made sure everything was center, level, and working correctly. Alex arrived on time. He wore a mask and took off his shoes at the door. He was able to get the old TV off the mount quickly, was able to adjust the existing mount to fit the new TV, and get the new TV remounted and connected in about an hour.
