Great service, prompt, careful, on time, fair price. Highly recommend them. Helped us on very short notice.

Showed up a little later than the proposed time, but we're professional and took care of moving the stuff without any damages.

After a terrible experience with our last moving company, we were nervous about this move. However, Infinity Moving made it almost fun. The professionals they sent wrapped furniture in plastic, they were very pleasant throughout the move, and took great care of our possessions. Best of all, they moved us in half the time it took our prior movers. I HEARTILY recommend and will use them for all of my future moves! read more

Rico and his partner (so sorry I forgot his name!) did an amazing job for me! I have an anxiety disorder so moving had me in a very bad head space but the minute Rico showed up I was instantly at ease. He's extremely nice and funny and just made me feel like everything was going to go super smoothly, and it did! Him and his partner were so fast and they took a lot of care wrapping things in blankets. I was very impressed with how they worked, they have moving down to a SCIENCE. I've moved dozens of times in my life and this was by far the best experience I've had. Shoutout to Rachel as well, I changed my inventory several times and she email me a new quote very quickly every time. I contacted a few companies for quotes and theirs was the best by a mile. read more

Paul and Chad did an amazing above and beyond move for me. These two worked so well together, it's like they read each other's mind. Texas heat is no damn joke and 3 different flights of stairs isn't either. This is the second time using Infinity and god forbid I move again, I know I will can the! Paul and Chad your the bomb! read more

Movers were excellent. Two men cam over to move all of my furniture and belongings to a house with an upstairs bedroom. They were working hard the entire time. Very impressive! Highly recommend. read more

We used infinity moving for our move from oak hill to Lakeway and this company was amazing. This was the first time we have used a moving company so we were nervous about all the horror stories that come along with moving companies, but this move was an absolute breeze. Not even a single ikea item was broken or scratched. I was so impressed with them. We moved on June 21st and it just happened to also be the hottest day we had had in Austin yet, so Rachel called and asked if we could add an extra mover to keep their crew from burning themselves out. I was more than happy to do that even if it was a little more money an hour because it was going to reduce the amount of hours we would need them for. Also, I love that this company took that into consideration because happy employees means a better company. We had a crazy heavy dresser that needed to get moved down the stairs that were angled really awkwardly (I can't even remember how exactly we got it up the stairs to begin with) but there was some damage to the wall and the movers told me to contact the owners of the company and they would come out to fix it. The owner messaged me right away to schedule a time to come fix the wall and he made it look like nothing ever happened. Rico, Jamal, and xavier were my movers and they were absolutely amazing to have help us. We will definitely use this company for moving again. read more

Infinity moving was amazing. We had 2 crews on 2 different days help us unload PODS. Both crews were on-time, professional and efficient. They placed items where we needed and did so without damaging anything or any part of the house. I would highly recommend them. Jamal and Rico were our first team and Mark and Brian were the second team. All 4 were terrific. read more

These guys moved us at the beginning of the month. Though they were on time and quick and we were thankful for their help I cannot recommend them. I chatted with the girl who scheduled us regarding Covid precautions and she confirmed the movers would have masks over their nose and mouth while inside either home. One guy had his nose out within 30 minutes and my husband asked him to pull his mask up. After about an hour they seemingly just stopped caring. My husband and I wore our masks properly all day. The guys wore their masks incorrectly or not at all the majority of the day. I also heard the white man using really inappropriate, racist language. read more

This is the best moving service I have used ever! They were one time, friendly, enthusiastic, and quick. I moved from a downstairs apt to an upstairs unit and they did it all without any complaints. They were especially helpful with suggesting where to put furniture and even offered to mount my TV if I would like for a fee. They are a nice family small business and did not damage any furniture etc. I will definitely be using them again for future moves. I couldn't have ask for a better set of people. Thank y'all! read more

Was incredibly happy with the great job Chris and Paul did last week. They were punctual, efficient, and took great care with all of my things. In addition, they were super helpful with some last minute move out items including helping me get a TV stand down that I could reuse at my new place. Cannot thank them enough for a fantastic job and great customer service. read more

We booked infinity moving for our recent move across town. Gerard, Xavier, Rico, and Jamal we're our movers. They worked really fast and were very careful with all of our things. They were really nice and friendly. We had a great experience with them and would highly recommend them to others. They made our move really easy for us. read more

Overall: pretty good. Mid-range prices. Did not think they moved as efficiently as they could have, especially while I'm paying by the hour. *got stuck in traffic, but called ahead *Not super careful with things - seriously damaged my dresser and every other wooden object *took calls while moving my things *didn't listen to our instructions about where to put things in the new house *didn't break anything huge *couldn't fit all of our stuff in one trip *was told they would have wardrobe boxes, etc - they did not. they had one big box which fit a lot of our garage stuff - shovels, etc. *okay; not sure I'd use them again. read more

Update: not sure why on the response to yelpers they mention that I was already not happy I couldn't use my old movers? I did the exact same thing as to how I found Einstein -- good reviews, I called to use them and they have had consistent professionalism and work with me through 4 moves. I look up for other movers through yelp and this company has good review same thing I set up a move just the same as I did with Einstein so not sure how that reflects anything? I expected the same type of work that Einstein offered I guess that was my mistake. Yep, trash can was fixed. The bed why get anything pilled off my mattress when it was already dragged 3 flights. Defeats the purpose honestly. And again yep, the option for if I was on what floor I put 4th but mentioned elevator was an option. I did same thing with Einstein when I had moved into the property, and they thought for my time/money it was an inconvenience to share with other movers so they took it upon them selves to use the stairs to be fair to my time. And regarding the masks, wow that's kinda petty. Sorry I wasn't wearing a mask in MY home? When I'm at work I consistently wear a mask my whole shift even where there wasn't a mandate, I'm a PA at a hospital and get tested almost daily for COVID not sure what was different that these people were working and they didn't wear a mask? Eh. Keeping it at one star, the reply shows what attitude they truly have, which they don't want to own up to what they've done to the full extent and my bad for my expectations being so high for a service I'm paying for. I thanked them, and that's a nice add on "there is nothing else we should do to help" (I never said anything like that) I have added a picture of the messages showing the conversation I just left it at thank you and that was it. read more

I couldn't be more pleased with Infinity. Rachel communicated promptly and clearly, giving us an instruction sheet on how to best prepare for our move. Mark and Martin should up early and ready to work. They've been moving houses together since 2001, and their experience showed. Fast yet careful. In 6 hours (8-2), they moved all of our belongings out of our 1300 sqft Austin house, drove up to Waco, and unloaded some items into storage, and everything else into our 2 story condo. They showed no signs of slowing down even though it was 104 degrees that day. Mark and Martin were also friendly and engaging, and went above and beyond to get our furniture in the right spots. They reflect well on the company! I will save all our friends who are moving plenty of search time by giving Infinity my full throated recommendation. read more

Infinity Moving did a great job for our recent across town move! We moved from a 2 bd condo and a separate storage unit to our new 4 bd remodeled home. We still had fences up and it was in the dark by the end, but they were swift, kind, professional, and genuinely a pleasure to work with. Would definitely work with them again and recommend them to anyone! My sister used them for another across town move, and she had such a great experience that I knew they would be the people for the job. Slam dunk! 12/10! read more

I'm giving this review 2 stars based on the definition of 2 stars given by Yelp which is "Meh. I've experienced better." I felt very judged by the movers. When they arrived to the destination I was moving to, they made the comment "Second floor again, why even move?" It felt as though they didn't appreciate my business and would rather be doing anything else. They also told me they were going to take 15 minutes off of my time because they stopped to get lunch. I had left early to pick up the keys to my new place and it took them a very long time to arrive at my new place. Given the amount of time it took, I doubt that they only took 15 minutes to grab food. Also, I was hungry myself but knowing I was being charged based on time I wanted to do my best to help and make the move go as fast as possible. I live alone and do not have that much stuff. In fact, I left some things at my old apartment for me to go back and get myself and it still took them 5 hours. I will never hire another moving company based on time. read more

Excellent service and unbeatable pricing! With Infinity it was very easy to schedule my move. Gerard and Marcus showed up on time and worked extremely efficiently. Also handled furniture with great care. Cannot recommend enough - best movers in Austin! read more

Disclaimer-- I added a star because the owner called and attempted to fix things. But the move was unpleasant, from start to finish. Called two days ahead to confirm, and was greeted with ice. Efficient, but unfriendly. Movers arrived on time, the lead guy (over the top alpha) came in like he was in charge. I like someone who knows what they're doing, but this guy has serious ego issues. His helper had earbuds in during the entire load in, and I watched him hit at least one wall with a dolly. Distracted much? They get to stop one, and let my partner know they prefer cash for their tips (please tell your wife). Really? Wow. They get to the last stop and lead guy walks in like he owns the place, proceeds to wash his greasy hands at my kitchen sink (using our hand lotion, which no, he didn't wash after leaving grease behind). Meanwhile, earbud guy is bringing 4 boxes at a time, on a dolly, asking "where do these go?" I'm wondering, why did I bother marking them. He literally DUMPED my boxes in the middle of everywhere. Couldn't be bothered to stack them neatly, out of walkways. I will credit alpha guy, who did better with the boxes. Unfortunately, he was mostly on larger items. We had numerous nicks and dings from the speed move, and one nightstand drawer no longer glides properly. Sadly, I cannot recommend this group, any longer. read more

Pretty satisfied with this moving company. The movers called ahead of time to let me know they were on their way and again when they pulled into the apartment complex I was moving from. I appreciated this communication. There were a few snags but the manager/owner, Mr. Ragland, was very professional and courteous. He helped me resolve the issues immediately and I really appreciated his prompt response and excellent customer service! read more

This was our first time moving with Infinity, and my girlfriend and I were very impressed. Ryan and Allen arrived on time and were very polite and professional. They were very attentive when moving our stuff and just all around great guys. Another thing we appreciate is the option to choose from hourly or itemized rates. It really offered flexibility and is one of the main reasons we chose Infinity for our move. Keep up the great work! read more

I hired these guys twice within 6 months time for two different moves. Both times I was very impressed. Rachel made scheduling the job very easy and the guys were great. They showed up on time and they immediately got to work. They're polite, they immediately get to the task at hand, and the guys take care of your property. What more could you ask for? read more

Moving from a 1460+ sq ft house to a 2 bedroom apartment in Independent Living. My children came to help and moved the "boxes" and then Infinity came ON TIME and moved the furniture in 2 hours. Very impressive!! Furniture was wrapped in blankets and then shrink wrapped so there was no damage. Movers were polite and professional. Could not have asked for a better crew. Many Thanks!!! read more

Needed someone within the week and found Infinity here on Yelp. Requested a quote and they emailed and called within 20 minutes. Mark and Martin called when they were on their way and were quick, efficient, and careful. Took them just under two hours to move our 1st floor 1-bedroom to a 2nd floor 2-bedroom in the same complex. They were friendly and very easy to work with, no-nonsense and ready to get to business when they arrived. We just stayed out of their way and let them bust it out, then telling them what boxes went where. They conveniently take card on the spot after the move, you can add a tip there but cash is preferred. I highly recommend these two and would use them in a heartbeat again. read more

I did a whole house move with tons of heavy items going up the stairs and these guys were blazing fast. They also disassembled beds and sofas with great expertise and had blankets ready to go for a safe delivery. They were also willing to deal with my unique theater screen which could not be disassembled and took great care not to scratch it. I would definitely use them again. On top of that the owner Ben is incredibly pleasant to deal with as he was able to come by our new house to give us advice on new services he offers as well read more

I don't own a ton of stuff but the stuff I have is heavy! They did a great job moving everything and making sure it was secure. We had two stops to make so they he's to be organized with what was going where. They were friendly and worked hard!!!!! Will def use them again! read more

Would definitely use these guys again! I had a relatively small move but everything was completed very quickly and carefully and the guys were very friendly. Though I dread moving and the expense of it, happy to support a local business. Thanks so much for your help! read more

Swift, efficient, and professional. Gerard and Tim helped make our moving day relatively easy and stress free. Don't guilt your friend into hauling all your heavy furniture in the back of their pickup truck. Hire these experts. They have a dolly. And blankets. I highly recommend Infinity Moving Company. We worked with Alan and one other person (sorry, I can't remember their name!) and both were great - fast, professional, and knowledgeable. This was my first experience with any moving company and I would happily call upon them again for our next move. Price was more than fair for their work. Highly recommend!! read more

My last move was a disaster. I have a 2 bedroom apartment, and hired a company (Sq Cow) to move me from one end of the complex to the next. It took them 11 hours. I was so angry, because they charged me by the hour. I refused to pay them the entire amount when they told me it would take no more than 6. I digress.. I messaged multiple movers with great reviews on Yelp. Most would not itemize the move. I was so put off by the last move, that I refused to pay by the hour. Infinity was the only company would give me a quote that was based by item moved, instead of how long it took. I set up my move about 3 months prior to moving, and it was nearly flawless. Not only were my movers more efficient than I expected, they were very kind. They finished my move, with probably more stuff in about half of the time the other company did, and I moved 3 towns over, to Wimberely. I can not tell you how relaxing this move was compared to other ones. Everything went smoothly, and I could sit back without having to help, like in the past. Gerard and team were terrific to work with and I will be hiring your company for any future moves I have in the Texas area. Thank you for making this move as easy as possible for me. read more

I used Infinity a couple weeks back for my move. Mark arrived early and got me moved out and in to my new place in under 2 hours. Super fast, efficient and friendly. This was my 2nd time working with Infinity and I'll definitely use them again. Thank you! read more

We used infinity moving this past weekend. Firstly, the movers smelled of marijuana smoke when they arrived. Not sure if that had anything to do with their moving skills. But during the move, they damaged my hardwood and cement floors with their dollies and damaged my front door with my refrigerator as they were trying to move it out my home. To say that I am dissatisfied is putting it mildly. I'm submitting a claim for the damages, but I have a feeling they will be less than cooperative with the process. read more

This was the second time we have used Infinity Moving. I was highly satisfied with the job that Allen and Rico did. They arrived on time, and were so polite. They worked so efficiently, and all our items arrived in good condition. They don't try to charge you for every little thing, just a fair price up front. If we do move again, I would definitely use Infinity! read more

Showed up on the early end of their estimated time. Were quick, friendly, and efficient. Reasonably priced.

Everything about Infinity Moving was incredible! Working with Rachel to schedule the move was almost too easy. I found myself saying, "That was it?" Chad, Steve, and Paul were fast, professional, and easy to work with. They asked all the right questions and answered any I had with confidence. Even though my move was a short distance; they secured the truck and made sure no damage was done to neither my belongings nor the house/apartment. If I could give them 6 stars I would! read more

We used Infinity after getting quotes from several different companies to move our growing family of six from Austin to Georgetown. Paul and Chris were assigned to our case and they were awesome! They called on their way that morning to let us know they should be about 15 minutes early. When they arrived, they did a quick walk around and then began working. Both Paul and Chris worked really hard and didn't waste any time - in fact, several rooms were completely loaded before we even noticed! They had great senses of humor (including the patience to deal with our 6 and 4 year old sons) and hustled to make sure our move was as quick and painless as possible. When we arrived at our new house, they didn't even blink at our 300+ foot driveway. They managed it like pros and had us completely unloaded at our new home within a couple hours. I can't recommend Infinity Moving (and particularly Chris and Paul!) enough. They took a move that would have taken us a weekend to finish and instead, had us in our new home within 5 hours (and an hour of that was just driving). I would definitely not hesitate to recommend Infinity Moving and, particularly, Chris and Paul, for your next move. read more

I moved from South Austin to North Austin about 2 months ago and I had the gift of having both Mark and Rico be my movers. This duo is truly a fantastic pair of hard working, honest, conscientious, warm heart and fun loving team. They did a great move in such a quick time without breaking anything. They really are a great team......they are so committed to being the best in their trade that it's amazing to be around folks that take such pride in their work. I will definitely recommended this company and in particular the Mark/ Rico duo to team up to move. read more

These guys are awesome! First, when you call to schedule a move, you're most likely to get the owner and one of his employees. NO ILLEGAL, NON-ENGLISH SPEAKING IMMIGRANTS!!! I scheduled them to move me recently. They called in advance to let us know they were on their way, and showed up right on time! They were incredibly polite, and got right to work getting things loaded on the trailer. The two guys at my house (can't remember their names) got things done really, REALLY quick. When we moved the furniture to my new house, they navigated the ridiculously steep driveway and staircase leading to our front door. There was one issue w/ a piece of furniture, which required them traverse a 5' drop over a rock wall, down a slope, then down a 15' loose rock embankment, through a gate, up a twisting set of stairs, and into some double doors. Not a single negative comment, complaint or protestation from either guy. They jumped on it w/o me having to beg or cajole. What impressed me most was the extra care they both took to make sure none of the furniture was damaged. They managed to carry that heavy piece of mission impossible furniture through all of those obstacles w/o it literally touching ANYTHING. If I could give 6-stars, I would. These guys were that good! read more

Just a quick review for homeowners with larger homes- I called Infinity today to inquire about getting a quote for our move in July and was surprised by the response I got from them. The person I spoke with wasn't rude but, rather, was indifferent. When I asked for a site inspection for a quote her response was "we don't have anyone who does that". Her solution was that I go online, fill out a form, and list everything I needed moving and that they would then get back to me with a quote. Well, I don't have the time to do that and for a move of this size I would expect someone to come out and bid on the business. When I mentioned that this was odd and I would have to look at a different company the employee said "yes, sounds like you need someone else". It seems like Infinity is better suited to apartment moves or small home moves where they can quote an open hourly rate on a one-crew move- their reviews are certainly positive in those instances. If, however, you have a larger home I would not waste the time in calling them as, by their own admission, they do not really service that segment of the market. Again, they were not rude but they certainly weren't interested either. Trying to support local businesses in Austin isn't always easy! read more
