Above and Beyond service! I've used movers twice before and they can't even compare to how great a job Mark and Martin did! Rachel confirmed appt the day before. The guys called 5min before to let me know they would be there soon. I didn't have any of the large items wrapped or covered and they took care of doing that for me- they even brought wrap and extra tape with them! They were prepared, positive, super friendly, helpful, careful, and fast! You can tell they have a lot of experience doing this! They lifted heavy boxes like I had filled them with air. And were quick and careful at the same time. How do they do it?!? They also helped me with driving the rental truck back to the rental place and swapping out the car dolly - which most companies I'm sure would decline doing due to liabilities issues. It's about time I wrote these movers a recommendation, as I've used them 3 times in the past two years. Once to move a whole house of furniture, the other two times to move things to and from a storage unit that we're working to clear out. When we moved, we also used their packing services. First, their booking process is painless. You submit a request on their website, and they call you back within 24 hours to confirm a time. They've been available whenever I've needed them, as long as I have a little flexibility. They return calls, give quotes quickly,etc.. And their prices are fair. All three times, our movers were Mark and Martin. They really are super nice guys. They are prompt (this morning, they called to say that there was traffic on 35 and they would be there between 9 and 9:15. They were supposed to be there at 9. They arrived by 9:10. In terms of promptness and communication, that is both typical for Infinity, and also pretty awesome.) They are very careful with our stuff-- we've never had a problem. They're really efficient. They come prepared to take off couch legs, door hinges, etc.. and put them back on, again very efficiently. We've never had any damage. And finally, they are pleasant-- if you have to spend the morning with relative strangers picking up your stuff and moving it, these are the guys you want to hang out with. Infinity Moving Oh my goodness. Chris & Ryan were my assigned movers. Ryan called me as promised, and gave me an ETA that was accurate. Nice .... That means that I didn't have to set aside a "two - four hour time window" only to end up waiting five hours (AT&T, plumbers, etc.). So.... the two of them showing up at the appointed time was a breath of fresh air! Both Ryan & Chris were extremely friendly and professional. I was worried that paying a moving company by the hour might be a nightmare. Just the opposite! You know how you see those guys from UPS running back-and-forth from the truck? That's what Ryan and Chris did to minimize the hourly charge. When we got to the apartment, they still move quickly, and they were very helpful (and patient) in placing the items where I wanted them. There was no rolling of the eyes like you might expect from someone. AnyHow, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Infinity Moving. On the other hand, Apple Moving was a nightmare ... My daughter just moved last month. She chose the pre-determined amount with Apple Moving (Instead of the hourly rate). She had about the same amount of items to move... there may have been a few more items. Her move cost 37% versus this move! Wow! Now there is extra money to buy things like kitchen goodies, et al. When Apple Moving got to my daughters house, they informed us that they had forgotten to bring the screws to mount the dresser mirror. They said that the screws were back on the floor in her bedroom, but they were not. Additionally, Apple Moving forgot to take out a box that contained ceramic tiles for my daughter's patio table. It took three calls to Apple Moving to finally get the box delivered, and it took three days. Apple Moving was a definite disappointment! If I move again, I will definitely use Infinity Moving. I found Infinity Moving on yelp about 2 weeks before I needed to move. Thankfully they were able to fit me in on Saturday as I am 6 month pregnant and my fiance found out he was going to have to work that day. Mark and Martin called to let me know when they were 15 minutes away. They showed up at the 12pm time I was told they would be there and they were done within the 2 hour time frame I requested. These guys are AWESOME!!! :) I've never had to use a moving company before and found Infinity Movers on Yelp. The reviews looked great so I decided to book them as I had to move in less than a week. I scheduled for Saturday, but decided on Friday to re-book for Sunday as I was not ready. They handled the change smoothly and graciously, and were very accommodating. I moved within the same apartment complex from one third story unit to another third story unit. Paul and Gerard called 15 min before they arrived and got right to work immediately. They were super chill and very professional, and knew exactly what they were doing. I was never afraid of anything getting wrecked despite the multiple trips up and down 3 flights of stairs. They came prepared with every tool known to man, dollies, a giant moving truck, and packing/tape/wrap/furniture protection galore. They were really fun, great to work with and have amazing hustle. I had an extremely heavy bedroom set (queen sleigh bed with drawers, mattress, nightstand, dresser, mirror), a couch, end tables, bench, dining set, 2 additional dressers and a jewelry cabinet to move, plus a ton of other boxes that they had to work around. Paul and Gerard moved everything in two hours, put everything back together for me and also fixed the leg that came off my couch. Everything was in perfect condition. They charged me exactly what I had previously agreed to over the phone. These guys basically saved my butt and helped me meet my crazy moving deadline! THANK YOU! Rico and Gerard moved me yesterday and I just had to take a break from unpacking to write this review. These guys were WONDERFUL. They arrived during the estimated time and moved my things carefully and quickly, which was truly impressive since some of my furniture is quite heavy. In addition, they expertly disassembled and reassembled bedroom furniture. No missing parts or wobbly furniture as I've experienced with other movers in the past. To top it off, these two were so incredibly friendly. After a couple of hours of lugging heavy furniture up and downstairs, taking things apart and putting them back together, they were in great spirits. These guys are really good I have used them in January to move my house about 20 miles. They came right on time. Walk through the furniture to make sure that the estimate is valid. I had additional things and we adjusted the estimate a little bit. I had also unscrewed several of the furniture item so they deducted the price for that. Then boy oh boy they just are moving the furniture piece by piece filled it inside the container behind a truck and directly new home. The furniture arrived at the new home in a pretty good shape only couple of items were damaged. No big deal because those items where fragile anyway. The price was reasonable. I will definitely use them again in case I need it. I do recommend him for other people. Make sure you get estimate first but providing accurate description of old items you have. read more

Mark and Martin were solid. They Tetris'd my 1BA apt into a U-Pack Trailer. Fit everything into 4'x8', which made my total transport from Austin to Reno $751. There was some damage, but that's to be expected when you pack things into a tight space and then have it jostle all the way cross country. Our move was pretty last minute once we closed on our house but infinity moving got us on the books for that weekend. Our two movers, Mark and Rico arrived 30 minutes into the 2 hour window. They walked into the apartment and took a look around to game plan and said "no worries, we got this." They moved our 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment in North Austin, drive to deep Manor and unloaded everything in just under 3 hours. We have VERY heavy solid wood furniture and they moved it like it was nothing. Mark and Rico were also very entertaining with their conversations- you could tell they work well together. These guys called before arriving, showed up 10 minutes early, got to work, and never stopped moving until our 24' UHaul truck was completely unloaded and everything was in the correct location in our house. We just moved from Oakland, CA, and the movers we'd hired there did a pretty odd job of packing the truck. Our Infinity movers were pretty amazed, actually, at the lack of experience those guys had. Rachel called from the office the day before to confirm the time and date, which put us at ease. Moving is never inexpensive but the Infinity is pretty reasonable and well worth every penny we spent. The first excellent moving experience I've had in Austin. The itemized move is fantastic. Flat rate, super easy. Rachel was very helpful during the planning process - which was not smooth. I moved from a duplex to a house, but like most things in life, everything went wrong. I didn't get access until almost a week late so I had to push the move date back at the last minute. They did their best to work with me (but these guys are BUSY and for good reason) and eventually the day came. The guys were great. Mark and Chris were prompt, professional, and extremely courteous. There were a couple last minute changes to my list but they were super accommodating. The move took just under two hours - they came in, got to work, and got it done. This company is simply awesome. They're not going to nickel and dime you; they honestly want to help your move be as smooth and stress free as possible. To be honest, during the entire process from finding a new place to getting moved into it, the movers were the only ones who didn't make my life harder, and that meant SO much to me during an already stressful time. I've used Infinity twice in the last year and a half to move me. My first move was from a house to an apartment, all the way across town. The guys were super nice and very respectful of all my things. They even help with suggestions on how to arrange furniture. They will make sure it's where you want it before they leave! This was my first time ever using professional movers and I will never do a move by myself again. Initially my appointment was at 9am, but since the leasing office at my new apartment did not open until 10am on Saturdays, Rachel was able to move my appointment up. Ryan and Chris showed up right on time and got to work right away. Both were very polite and courteous....and moved FAST! It took about an hour to load everything and one hour to unload. Ryan even took apart my ikea bed and put it back together in what seemed like seconds. We had a LOT of stuff, heavy things, and it was late in the day (due to previous clients' delaying them), but Mark and Rico showed up with their extremely optimistic, buoyant attitudes, and MADE IT HAPPEN!! Nothing broken, everything loaded to the gills, and quickly and efficiently unloaded, with heavy things carried upstairs, around a tight staircase. There was NO QUIT in them. I was amazed. Five star rating all the way! My husband and I originally booked this moving company through a friend's referral. They had used them and raved about their service and efficiency. And they absolutely lived up to their reviews. Mark and Marcus were nothing but great throughout the whole day. They called ahead to let us know they were on their way and as soon as they got to our condo they were on the move! They packed everything up so fast! Note, we used plastic crates instead of boxes and it was SO EFFICIENT! The whole move, 2B/3B condo, took about 3 hours from start to finish. One thing to point out, there was a little damage to our dining room table. Before even telling me about it, Mark already sent a picture to his boss and got approval for them to cover it or have someone fix it. It wasn't even that bad. Within one hour of them leaving, their boss called me to confirm the damage and express his sincere apologies, reiterating again that they would reimburse me for the damages or have their wood guy fix it for free. I opted for it to be fixed. The following day their "wood guy" called me to schedule an appointment for the table to be fix. I mean, if that's not customer service, I don't know what is! Overall, Mark and Marcus took away all the stresses of a move. It was nice to have personable and polite movers that seemed to care about your things just as much as you do. read more

Paul and Chad moved the balance of our furniture yesterday. I had used Infinity in August (also an awesome experience) to move most of the things, but had left things in the garage and furniture for staging. They actually came a little early, which was great for me. They were efficient and caring. They went above and beyond to make sure I was happy. It was great to call a moving company and have someone answer the phone as opposed to leaving voice mail and/or requesting a quote on-line. Overall I wasn't happy with the service. Paul and Chad were supposed to arrive between 2-4pm and I was driving my moving truck from Dallas so we were racing to get to Austin by 2pm in case they would be able to start right away. They didn't come until just before 7pm. They called twice to let me know they were going to be late but never actually told us when specifically they were coming, so we had to wait in our apartment and push our truck delivery until the next day. This wouldn't have been the worst of it if they were careful with our furniture. We knew it wasn't going to take a full two hours to move us into our one bedroom, we don't have a lot of stuff. It ended up taking a half hour in total which would have been impressive if they didn't completely mishandle our furniture. Instead of using a dolly for most of the big furniture, one of the guys tried to carry all of the furniture in on his back which resulted in my white coach getting dirty, dropping our big sectional coach into an oil spill in the driveway, and the paint chipping off one of our door frames. And then at the end, I figured they would have given us a slight discount for either being late or some of the misuse of the furniture- I wasn't expecting much but at least something. They charged us full price without even flinching about it. $230 was not worth this service. **UPDATE: The owner called and offered to personally come out to fix the damage and offered me a discount on the service. Was a great testament to their customer service and I really appreciated the call. read more

Pretty happy with how our move with Infinity Movers went. Guys were friendly, organized our stuff well enough that it fit into a 24 foot trailer (even though on the previous move it was a FULL 26 foot U-Haul truck), and did it more quickly that I expected - about 5 hours when based to researching a bit I expected it to take about 6. No damage on furniture or the walls. They moved some VERY heavy recliner sofas and entertainment center up the narrow staircase and around two corners with no damage to the walls or the railings which left me pretty impressed. The only slight downside is that they use a rectangular 24 ft. trailer when most other moving companies seem to use a 26 ft. truck with extra room above the cabin. But as long as you are moving up to 3 bed house they will make it fit on one trip. Highly recommended. read more

Mark and Ben moved my Mother's furniture and boxes to storage, and I swear I could almost hear them whistle. They acted like it was the best part of their day. I had originally scheduled my move with Bellhops but their out of state service center called me the evening prior to inform me they couldn't come up with any Bellhops to conduct my move. Apparently they are just a truck and driver and hire UT students, etc to do your move. Due to my career, I've been (un?)-lucky enough to relocate a few times over the past 15 years so I have quite a bit of experience with moving companies. I've also done a few local moves in Austin and used to use one company exclusively until my favorite guy left the company and the service went way downhill. I was skeptical of a company with a 5 star rating with 200+ reviews, so I proceeded with caution and low expectations so as not to be disappointed if the service was not exactly 5 star. We completed my move about an hour ago and I literally ran home to write this review before it slipped my mind because these guys deserve all the praise. I had Gerard and Kyle for my move and THEY SERIOUSLY MAY HAVE BEEN THE BEST MOVERS I'VE EVER HAD. On time, FAST, competent and smart with loading the truck and unloading the items into my storage unit in an organized way. Gerard took the lead and had excellent and upbeat communication throughout the entire process (even with kind of a nightmare experience accessing my storage unit on a Sunday but that's another story...). I'm the first to admit that patience is not one of my best qualities, so I'll be honest, the difficulty I experienced with the storage facility this morning had me edgy and I'm sure it showed. What really set this moving company apart from all of the others I've used was Gerard and Kyle's demeanor throughout a very stressful and unexpected situation--they never lost their smiles or positive attitudes and that really helped de-escalate my frustration and negativity about a situation that was ultimately out of our control. Movers took twice as long as quoted, blamed us for having big items and a breezeway. This was a move from ground floor to ground floor, everything was packed and labeled. It was for two people. Ended up moving 6 car loads on our own in addition to paying for two hours beyond what was expected. They advertised that they bring wrapping for fragile items and they didn't wrap the one to two items that we didn't have all packed and ready (flatscreens). One of the movers openly complained about how he wanted to go home throughout the last hour of the move. read more

I hired Mark and Martin from Infinity moving on the recommendation of my boss. They did not disappoint. They were fast and kind and accommodating. They met me at my storage unit in Belton,Texas and got everything in the truck in less than 30 minutes. Next we went to give my grandparents my washer and dyer in Round Rock, where they made sure the washer and dyer were hooked up and working. the whole stop took maybe 15 minutes. Then we went to my parent's house to pick up a few things, and then finally to my new apartments. We met in Belton (an hour away from Austin) at 9 and with all the stops they was done by noon. I recently used Infinity (Allen and Ryan) to empty out my top floor for wood floor finishing. I had just had the downstairs floors finished and was worried about scratches. They were fast, friendly, and did not get annoyed with my constant reminders about the floor. They also helped me put felt tips on all the furniture legs.
