This review of INFINITE Auto Services and HARD Garage is long overdue. As its been exactly one year since I picked up my car from these companies, no better time to provide a review. Sheldon and Kama, and the rest of the friendly and experienced crew at HARD Garage and INFINITE Auto Services did a terrific job on my Tesla Model Y - window tint, and complete coverage PPF. Window tint was 35% front and 20% back and rear windows, and a 70% clear front window tint - that I can honestly say really cuts the heat in the car (I park out in the open at my workplace)! Work took about 10 days total (split into two appointments) and at a very reasonable price given the product used and the attention to detail. If you need tint, PPF, car wrap, detailing (I need to take them up on the offer to have my car detailed), or even auto repair services, give these folks a call. Got my 4Runner Tinted here by Sheldon. He is located in Kalihi, where HARD Garage is since he shares the space here. It's also located next to my favorite Brewery Kalihi Beer formally known as Broken Boundary. I found Sheldon's services via Facebook Marketplace. I let him know the year, make, and model of the car as well as what I wanted to have tinted. Sheldon was very responsive and helpful, he had a lot of opening, usually booked for weekends. I went and got my two front windows tinted at 35% and all rear windows at 20%. Since I wanted it dark enough to not see in, but be able to see out easily. The tint also comes with lifetime warranty. I dropped off my car to Sheldon, he said it would take about 3 hours. So I went on a hike, he finished my care in about 2 hours, so he was really quick. When I picked up my car, it was in great condition, no scratches or mess. Sheldon explained to me that there are still bubbles and that it should go away within 2 weeks. Everything came out perfect. 2 weeks after, I noticed all the bubble were gone except a few on the front passenger window and back window. I reached out to Sheldon, and he got me scheduled the very next opening. He redid the two windows and warranty took care of it, so I did not need to pay extra. When I was searching on Yelp for my brand new car to get ceramic coating and tinted, I looked at a lot of places. I did the Yelp "Request a Quote" and a number of places responded to me. I was ready to go with just the tint but Sheldon responded with his quote. I was really surprised to see Infinite Auto didn't have any reviews. But since I like to physically see the shop and talk with someone face-to-face anyway, I decided pay them a visit. I'm pretty particular with my car so I researched System X coating and Global tinting on youtube . There are videos on comparing them to some of the other brands. Overall; it is not too pricey, not too "inexpensive"... just rite!! After talking with Sheldon, I booked an appointment with a really small deposit. A few days later it was all done. I was super nervous as this was my first brand new car but he was easy to talk to and put my concerns at rest. Car is super slick and shiny. Paint, plastics, rims and glass were coated and the tint looks good. I have to wait a few more days to roll down the window to look at the edge but I'm sure it will be great. He is tucked one street Diamond Head of Waiakamilo in Kalihi and be careful of the driveway apron. You can scrape the bottom of your car if you aren't aware of it. They also do Paint Protection Film (PPF) and I plan on going back to black out my mirror caps. Apparently there were some misunderstanding with the other reviews being posted but now I'm able to see them. Bottom Line: I'll be back. Took my Passport to get front winshield tinted after original cracked. Called around for pricing and all were $200 or more. Wasnt too sure about this place but after seeing reviews gave them a try. Did an awesome job on my Passport so brought my wifes Lexus to tint her windshield. Gonna go back and redo my ceramic and brakes. Polite, courteous service. read more

Started my afternoon on a bad note and swiped my front bumper on a pillar at work . I started stressing out trying to call places to get quoted because it was after 5 p.m., and most places were closed, but I called Sheldon at Infinite Auto, and he answered and asked if I was in the area which I was . within minutes after arriving him and Zeo buffed my bumper out in minutes, and that made my day a whole lot better . The bumper looked better than when I arrived . They also buffed out a couple more spots on my fender .They were way more than fair on the rate . I will definitely be seeing them again and recommending all my family and friends. They also offer mobile detailing tinting and vinyl wraps . I am thoroughly pleased with the car window tinting done by Infinite Auto Servives. I left my car with Sheldon for three hours and came back to a tint job that has made a considerable difference in the comfort level inside the car. Sheldon installed the darkest legal tint (for a safety check) on the sides and rear windows. At my request, he also placed a clear tint on the front windshield to protect the dashboard and provide additional UV protection. The cost of the tinting was very reasonable, especially with the October $50 off promotion. Sheldon was very professional and easy to work with.
