Cheese hotdog

Another day for gas fill up. It means another FREE hotdog! I just found out there's another promotion, idk if it's advertised, but there's a frequent buyer card for drinks... don't know the specifics. Inquire within.

Free air!

Found a gas station where Air is free! So helpful. They also have a small convenient store

FREE air!!!

The Chevron station at the corner of Beretania and Keeamoku is open 24 hours a day with many pumps and even a small mini mart. Like with many gas places, it is a self service gas station, not a service station with attendants. I remember the old days of pulling into a gas station, being greeted by the friendly attendant, and saying, "fill it up". Nowadays full service stations are very difficult to find. Even more difficult to find, are gas stations that offer free water and air. It seems like a relatively simple thing to offer but I just don't like to pay 50 cents or more for air. So save your quarters and head to Chevron for free air and water! Oh, and by the way, yes, there is still Hi-Tech Tecroline additive in the gasoline. I don't know exactly what that is but some time ago I was dating somebody whose father was in the petroleum business and said that it is actually an important additive. Who really knows knows? Definitely not me. All I know is they got free air for my tires!

I frequent this gas station quite a bit and I've always had a positive experience. It used to be a Chevron but has been rebranded as a Texaco with new machines. It's always busy, but I've never had to wait for a pump station. Like most gas stations there's a small store with snacks but it's not a full mart. Today we had to stop here because my front tires were low on air. My husband went to reach for quarters when I told him he didn't need change because it's free. He was flabbergasted and replied that this is the only gas station he's been to where they don't charge for air and water. Maybe it's part of the Texaco rebrand?

Convenience! I think that's the main reason why I would come here if I really needed gas badly. I also would choose this one over the 76 across the street because it's cheaper even though the 76 has more gas lanes. They also have free air for your tires here! HOWEVER, there are other places that I can get gas for cheap that are usually more convenient as well. I hate how congested Beretania can get sometimes. I also don't like how the air for tires are only available during normal hours... I guess you can think 9-5 type of thing. Take it for whatever you want... but if you want cheaper gas, there's always Kapahulu gas stations or Costco/Sam's.

Vacuum is NOT WORKING.

Vacuum NOT working! When I asked the service attendant to post a sign, she said it's not her responsibility to do so. I wasn't asking her for a refund, and she obviously knows that this machine is taking money without any service.

I was overdue for air in my tires and an oil check, and the staff handled everything quickly and safely despite the weather. No stress, no rushing--just solid, reliable service. Hours: 7 days a week, 6am-10pmMinimum Gas Purchase: $10 (includes air & oil check) For tipping, $5-$10 is average, but I personally recommend $10 or more--especially if you're not planning to drop, kneel, or compress yourself to check your car. I'd rather have it done right and safe. Great full-service station with dependable customer service. Definitely coming back!

So yesterday my husband took them dow to 76 Gas station on N.School Street to get the new tire mounted. It was between 6:45-7:00 am in the morning. There were two guys there helping someone filling up gas. No other customers were on site nor was any vehicles in the shop area and so my husband asked if he could get the old tire removed and new one minter. My husbands's first job was working in a gas station so he knew going in that it only takes three minutes to do. But when he asked, the two guys looked at each other, hesitated for a moment then said oh no we're are very busy today. He said it would only take a few minutes and would be willing to pay, but they said they were too busy and told him to take it to Firestone. We ended up taking it to another small automotive shop near by. Who did it in 2 minutes for $40.00 and got a $10.00 tip. Sorry to say but one small act of kindness from a small automotive shop has now gained the business from a five car family at the loss of 76 gas station on N. School Street.

Hey, how come there's no review of this 76 gas station in McCully???…read more Shoots den', I go kokua & drop a review on Yelp to help this business out! Lol! Located just next door from the McDonald's in the McCully neighborhood, you can find this little gas station that not only serves gas, but they also sell propane. Over the years I have patronized this gas station as they used to sell "racing gas", and now I see that they sell "ethanol free" gasoline. Basically this gas station just does fuel, and they have a small area where they sell a few convenience items by the cashier's booth. No car repairs, or safety checks done at this location, but not to worry gang, as the McCully Union Service also has another service site on Beretania Street where they actually do car repairs & safety checks. Of course at the Beretania location where they do car repairs, they don't dispense any gasoline, that's what the McCully location is for on S. King Street (just next door to the McCully McDonald's).

This 76 Gas Station is located on South King St before McDonald's on the right side of the street…read more You can fill up gas or have your vehicle serviced. They also sell some items inside by the cashier. What am I doing at a gas station you may ask? Well it was because I ran over a nail and my tire was leaking air. Fortunately it wasn't the sidewall. I called first to see if they worked on Tesla vehicles because you need special pucks to lift the vehicle. They didn't have the pucks but luckily I have a set. I brought them with me in the event they could fix my tire. When I arrived, I told them they needed the pucks to lift the car to not damage the battery and vehicle. The mechanic just looked at the location of the screw and said he could do it without lifting the vehicle. I was so confused because you have to lift the vehicle to take off the rim. Turns out he was able to quickly do it on the ground. They don't patch the tire but plug it here so it all made sense when I saw what they did. The entire process was completed in minutes! They were quick and I was out of there in no time. Personally, a patch or plug doesn't matter too much because it fixes the problem of air leaking out of the tire but patching does take time. It takes at about an hour at shops that offer patching because the rim comes off the vehicle and the tire is removed from the rim (could be longer than an hour if they are busy). I'm not sure which is better long term though as I'm not a tire expert. Since I had my tire patched not too long ago, I found plugging was a tad more pricey. Is it worth it? I think so due to the time it took to do it and the fact they didn't have to take off the rim nor jack up the vehicle. No risk in damaging the rim, vehicle or battery. Good option for a quick plug if you encounter a nail/screw in your tire!
