I purposely waited two months to write this review to see how everything turned out and I'm happy to say it's all as perfect as the day it was installed. I knew I was in good hands after I asked my 50th question about tint percents, ceramic coating, and PPF and Sheldon was still responding despite it being 10 pm, 8 am, lunchtime, and happy hour. Sheldon's customer service impeccable, he's responsive at all hours on Yelp messages and is knowledgeable about his craft. Ultimately I went with Infinite for the customer service and because his shop did tint/PPF/ceramics. If you want all of these things, there aren't many places that do it. I drive a Kia EV9 and I was a bit skeptical of all the shops because the car is in its first year and therefore nobody would have any experience. Sheldon knew this and recognized it and asked to keep the car longer than he normally would to make sure everything looked perfect. I think many shops would just try to get cars in and out without that kind of care. Also, the day I showed up to pick up my car , Sheldon said he had re done the tint on two of my windows because it wasn't to his liking, no prompting at all from me, which showed me his level of precision and perfection. I will mention two other things, not to air dirt, but to try and show that Sheldon has great customer service: - I found a tear on the interior of the frunk. I inquired with Sheldon and he said he would look into it and talk about it with his team. Instead of just saying it wasn't there, it was my fault, etc, he actually took the time to hear the concern. Ultimately we concluded it was likely there prior to delivering the services and not caused by them. - We also did our Nissan Leaf at the same time. A few days after we got the vehicle back we noticed small bubbles on two windows. He immediately scheduled us to have them redone with no questions asked. These things happen and it's great that they stand by their work. I was impressed by Infinite's services and have already recommended them to friends. I have no doubt I'll being my future needs to Sheldon as well. And bonus...he didn't beg for a Yelp review like some places do. read more

I requested a quote to get my 2025 Tacoma windows tinted. Sheldon responded right away and offered me 2 quotes, one was for the standard and the other was for the premium ceramic tint. I went with the premium ceramic tint. Their communication was very good. We scheduled an appointment for Saturday October 4 @12pm. The morning of my appointment, Sheldon texted me that he had an opening at 11am. I texted him back to accept that earlier appointment. Upon arrival, they took my Tacoma in right away and started working on it. The job was supposed to take 2-3 hours, so I waited in their office. To my surprise, they were done in an hour and a half. Just bought a new Honda Odyssey & needed to get my tint done because my other half said it looked like a "fish bowl." I asked for a quote here on Yelp & Sheldon got back to me quickly. I did message a lot of other shops but my mom recommended Infinite Auto Services. She went to this other place because it was cheaper & she regretted it! They ruined her brand new Honda Civic. She said she should've just gone to Sheldon again. His prices are decent plus it comes with lifetime warranty if you get the legal tint. So that's what I did, I went 35% for my front side windows, 5% for the rear windows, and I did the 5% sun strip on my windshield. My other half went to take my van in for me & he said he watched them cover the entire interior of my van before they applied the tint. They took out the car seats & put them back. They also wiped it all down at the end. The reason I am mentioning this is because my mom took her brand new car somewhere else cheaper and they didn't cover her seats, there was drops all her brand new car plus there were so many bubbles in the tint! Sheldon and Kama, and the rest of the friendly and experienced crew at HARD Garage and INFINITE Auto Services did a terrific job on my Tesla Model Y - window tint, and complete coverage PPF. Window tint was 35% front and 20% back and rear windows, and a 70% clear front window tint - that I can honestly say really cuts the heat in the car (I park out in the open at my workplace)! Work took about 10 days total (split into two appointments) and at a very reasonable price given the product used and the attention to detail. He told me 3-4 hours and that's the amount of time it took . My tint came out looking great so far just need to let it dry and wait for the air bubbles to disappear. Got my 4Runner Tinted here by Sheldon. He is located in Kalihi, where HARD Garage is since he shares the space here. It's also located next to my favorite Brewery Kalihi Beer formally known as Broken Boundary. I found Sheldon's services via Facebook Marketplace. I let him know the year, make, and model of the car as well as what I wanted to have tinted. Sheldon was very responsive and helpful, he had a lot of opening, usually booked for weekends. I went and got my two front windows tinted at 35% and all rear windows at 20%. Since I wanted it dark enough to not see in, but be able to see out easily. The tint also comes with lifetime warranty. I dropped off my car to Sheldon, he said it would take about 3 hours. So I went on a hike, he finished my care in about 2 hours, so he was really quick. When I picked up my car, it was in great condition, no scratches or mess. Sheldon explained to me that there are still bubbles and that it should go away within 2 weeks. Everything came out perfect. 2 weeks after, I noticed all the bubble were gone except a few on the front passenger window and back window. I reached out to Sheldon, and he got me scheduled the very next opening. He redid the two windows and warranty took care of it, so I did not need to pay extra. When I was searching on Yelp for my brand new car to get ceramic coating and tinted, I looked at a lot of places. I did the Yelp "Request a Quote" and a number of places responded to me. I was ready to go with just the tint but Sheldon responded with his quote. I was really surprised to see Infinite Auto didn't have any reviews. But since I like to physically see the shop and talk with someone face-to-face anyway, I decided pay them a visit. I'm pretty particular with my car so I researched System X coating and Global tinting on youtube . There are videos on comparing them to some of the other brands. Overall; it is not too pricey, not too "inexpensive"... just rite!! After talking with Sheldon, I booked an appointment with a really small deposit. A few days later it was all done. I was super nervous as this was my first brand new car but he was easy to talk to and put my concerns at rest. Car is super slick and shiny. Paint, plastics, rims and glass were coated and the tint looks good. I have to wait a few more days to roll down the window to look at the edge but I'm sure it will be great. He is tucked one street Diamond Head of Waiakamilo in Kalihi and be careful of the driveway apron. You can scrape the bottom of your car if you aren't aware of it. They also do Paint Protection Film (PPF) and I plan on going back to black out my mirror caps. Apparently there were some misunderstanding with the other reviews being posted but now I'm able to see them. Bottom Line: I'll be back.
