We were on the hunt for a nice place to watch the football game and stumbled on this place. The seating outside was nice with 2 TVs out there. You can order food yourself by scanning a QR code and cash yourself right out which honestly is a great idea. We just ordered two appetizers for snacks, the Brussel sprouts were delicious and the chips and queso was good too, no spice at all though if you're looking for that. Had my first Industry experience at the Austin Mac and Grilled Cheese fest (where they won best Mac and cheese) and just had to try the full service restaurant in person! Was a great experience overall with wonderful food and a great atmosphere. One of the few places in east Austin where you can sit, get good food and watch sports so I will for sure be coming back! read more

Solid spot if you're needing to grab food with a thousand people (ok not literally but when you have 15+ people). You can order your food and drinks at the registers and it's open seating. It makes it pretty convenient to find space indoors or outdoors and get situated. Team here is super friendly and willing to help you figure out what to order. Their fries are pretty solid I must say. This spot is great for last minute birthday adventures or group hangouts when you realize you probably should've made a resy ahead of time. I felt their menu prices were more than fair and for them being in East Austin it didn't feel like they were money grabbing. That was so refreshing tbh. read more

Industry is easily our favorite spot in Austin for an easygoing brunch. I am obsessed with the Blistered Poblanos and Crispy Cotija Fries. Paired with an old fashioned, or any cocktail, it makes the perfect brunch combo or girl dinner! Their team was fantastic! Service was a 10/10. Industry offers a relaxed vibe, excellent food offerings and very reasonable prices. It's elevated without pretentiousness. Great for large group gatherings or intimate dates. If you want the best wings in Austin, look no further. Industry gives sports bar vibes with high quality food. Can't find that that many places. If you get the wings, I highly recommend the blueberry habanero wings with their homemade ranch! Also the catfish feels like it was made by your grandmother! Usually when I come, I challenge my friend in ping pong since there's a table right up right. There's always different events going on during the week to keep people coming. I even brought my dad here and he loved it. Cassie was our server and she was amazing! She made sure my dad had a great first time experience. She knows the menu well, and gives great suggestions. I'm not gonna lie, I really didn't enjoy the customer service at this place. I went when yall had $2 off mezcals and $7 mezcal margs. Bartender told me the cocktails with mezcal were not $2 off and she couldn't tell me what mezcal was available on the special and showed me that the price didn't come off automatically on her register like I was supposed to understand what that means. Didn't tell me there was a 20% gratuity on my check and I almost added a 20% tip on top of that. Highly misleading and poor service I'm probably not coming back read more

I had a team dinner with over 10 people in my group at Industry. One pro of this place is that it can accommodate large groups, since it has a fairly large indoor seating area and outdoor seating. We were seated outdoors. The food here was alright. We ordered some chips and salsa and pork belly bites as appetizers. The chips and salsa were good, and the pork belly bites had nice flavor but texture was tough. In terms of tacos, the portions were quite small, especially for the Chicken Tinga Tacos. Multiple people ordered this, and the portion size was consistently small for all of them. The tacos themselves were alright - not bad but nothing astonishing. The brisket tacos seems a lot more packed portion-wise and was definitely the better of the two. I also got a Keyed Up cocktail, which wasn't too bad. It came with a side of graham cracker crumbs, but to be honest, it did not really add anything to the drink. Service felt a bit jumbled. There was some hiccups with orders and certain items missing from orders. I also heard from a friend that the previous day, they did not have any iced water available for them, which was odd. read more

The location and convenience of this place is awesome. I gave them 4 stars because sometimes the food isn't my favorite but I do highly recommend the burger. The service is always 5 stars- they are very attentive. Another great thing to note is they have a good amount of NA drinks as well as great coffee for those doing dry january or cutting back on drinking. read more

Meh. Gourmet style burger. Drippy with liquid not juice. Didn't pic well. Tomatoes and lettus's was fast burger style so didn't work. They need to work on this, and price was steep for it. And the last pet peeve, no fry's. Bun also not toasted so it cooled off the already cold toppings. While burger was cooked to temp, cold. So cold I got frostbite. Let me start by saying that I was so impressed with my dinner that I had to ask a server if it was a Michelin star rated restaurant. I highly recommend the half chicken infused with basil, which was a beautiful flavor. The broccolini was my favorite, with the grilled lemony parmesan topping it was a showstopper. Even the french fries, which I was not supposed to eat, were tasty with their own house dip.. I'll start by saying our waitress was so so kind and the restaurant was really nice, the view was…read morecool, the Pinot noir was really good, and the hotel was beautiful. However, the food leaves quite a bit to be desired. We got the peach caprese with focaccia dish and the focaccia had grill marks on it that tasted like a gas grill. It left a really weird Smokey, propane like taste. It would've been better just fresh out of the oven without the grill marks that seemed to just be for aesthetics. We also got the rigatoni and the pasta sauce was so so thin, like water. It didn't stick to the pasta at all and it wasn't spicy, it was just covered in red pepper flake which they were a bit too heavy handed with. We also got the XO chicken and it was very light on sauce which it kind of needed because it was a bit dry. Overall pretty disappointing and we left hungry because we didn't want to try anything else after striking out three times. Sadly wouldn't recommend as there are other places in Austin that are truly great.
