Buffalo Chicken Wrap Sweet Potato Fries
    Nicki G.

Revelry seriously has some of the best bar food you can find on E 6th street. This is our GO to spot if we need to eat during our bar hopping adventures. You can't go wrong on the menu, everything is solid. My fave is the buffalo chicken wrap (fried or grilled) with blue cheese dressing and sweet potato fries. It's pretty reasonably priced too which I appreciate. The service is good and the vibes are good. One of my fave spots to watch sports and have a delicious meal!

From the brunch menu, chicken wings & waffles. So good!

Revelry never dissappoints. Since moving here 2 months ago, I've popped in 5 or 6 times. When it's slow, the always friendly staff chit-chats with me. When it's busy, they're less talkative but still cool. Like today, a busy NFL Sunday. I was probably the only guy who cared about the Bucs/Jets game. I asked the doorman about it. He quickly grabbed a (I think) manager who quickly found an open TV for me, with an open table in the shade, directly in front of it. It was during brunch (11-3) and I had some amazing chicken wings & waffles with a few beers and a shot, watching my Bucs squeak out a win. It was pretty awesome. It's a fun indoor/outdoor sports bar and I'm lucky to live within walking distance. ;-)

We visited Revelry Kitchen + Bar in Austin, TX last week and I'm glad we did. It's a chill sports bar with lots of seating outdoors. They do have indoor limited seating at the bar. Although there is plenty of benches and tables with televisions showing the football games. We ordered the six buffalo wings, patty melt, and loaded cheese fries. The wings were delicious and crispy with good flavor. The patty melt was a bit salty, but the loaded cheese fries were crispy and tasty. Our server was quick and friendly. We definitely enjoyed our visit. A great place for food, libations, and watching the game.

Updating to 4 stars because we actually got to try the food yesterday on Superbowl Sunday and it was delicious ! :) Perfect Vibes for a football game.

Excellent hot fresh food. Chicken pesto sandwich delicious, house salad generous and fries were seasoned perfect. Tons of tv's to watch your favorite team play. Cool sports bar / outdoor patio. Staff also attentive and very kind. My go to sports bar when visiting ATX.

Revelry is an East 6th staple for a reason - there's plenty of seating, good music, and the staff is friendly. Their holiday decorations were super cute and the drinks weren't special but they were still good!

I've only been here once, for drinks while catching up with a friend. We stumbled across this place playing very nice live music , so decided to go in. I was very pleased with the ambience, the service was quite attentive for a Sat night. I'll definitely go back to checkout the food next time.

Great HH spot!! Their brussel sprouts are fantastic. They use a maple sriracha bacon sauce and it's addictive, not to mention they are discounted on happy hour. I also enjoy their RK burger. It's juicy and flavorful and I often add cheddar cheese. Their employees are always friendly and they renovated the indoor area, which looks great! You can also choose to sit on one of their two patio areas. Wells are $5 on HH.

The vibe outdoors is fun, it's open air with mist fans blasting and a roof overhead. Dog-friendly and saw several dogs there. There are big TV's as well to watch the games. You seat yourself, pull up the menu on a QR code, and go to the bar to order. There's paid street parking and small parking lots nearby. As for the food, it's mediocre bar food. I tried a couple recommendations from other reviews, namely the pretzel bites and the wings (Asian garlic flavor), both of which were very average in taste. The burgers don't even come with fries, you have to order them as an appetizer.

Back from my January weekend trip in Austin, I remember we had left Lazurus Brewing searching for a last stop to watch the Jaguars/Chargers game and grab some last minute drinks and eats. Arriving, it was packed but we found a bench outside in front of the tvs allowing us to watch the game unfold as my buddy went inside to order for us. Due to the cold temperatures outside, I went with an irish coffee to warm me up. Served in the coffee cocktail glass with the whipped cream topping, it does what any irish coffee does: wake me up warm! Probably the best part of our stop here. Food was order consisting of parmesan fries and the fish tacos. The fries have crispiness but the parmesan add is a rip-off since it's only a couple sprinkles of it. As for the fish tacos, the slaw and salsa add flavor since the blackened fish is somewhat bland. Some reviews mentioned bland food here; I hope that's not a recurring theme although in our case it was for the fish part of the tacos. Since there's a lot of people here, especially on a Saturday night, you'll be shoulder-to-shoulder with people inside or amongst a sea of people in their mid 20's-30's outside. So if you're looking for a quiet evening with your boo, go somewhere else. If you like the chaotic mix of different personalities getting their drink on, then you'll fit right in here.

The Brunch menu is only available at Sunday Funday Brunch, 11am-3pm. Every Sunday.

    No teenagers during brunch hours?

When I've been, there's a sign upon entry that says no one under 21.

Yes we offer several of our house cocktails with the large cubes. All of our Old Fashioneds as well and any rocks pour of premium liquor.

There are 2 very large TV screens across from each other and a smaller TV or 2 in other areas of the bar. We watched the Winter Olympics here.

The front room as I mentioned is an intimate bar and lounge area with artwork adorning the walls. It's a modern, minimalist, and sleek space. The artwork is ever-changing (every couple of months or so) and the cocktail menu changes right long with it. Note: artwork is available for purchase. The bartender claimed I was drunk and cut me off anyway. I was at the bar talking to a girl while waiting to get a drink (the wait was long because the service is very slow, despite the bar not being very busy at all). She was clearly into me, and the bartender kept jumping in trying to talk to her too (instead of doing his job making drinks). He was doing all sorts of things to try and flirt with her and make her laugh: pulling out and showing her buckets of pre mixed cocktails, running and sliding under the bar, etc. She was engaging with both of us , and right in the middle of that, I get cut off out of nowhere. No explanation other than claiming I looked drunk, which I very clearly wasn't. It felt very clear what was going on--he wanted me out of the way. I left and asked the bouncer on my way out if I seemed drunk. This was literally two minutes later. He said no, not at all, and asked me why I would even ask that. I then told him exactly what happened and asked him to let the owner or whoever was in charge know about this extremely unprofessional conduct so they can discipline the bartender. His response was that the bartender has discretion to cut anyone off, and let me know the bartender is supposedly married so he couldn't have been flirting with any of the customers. Well, sounds like his logic is flawed--not only COULD he flirt with his customers, he WAS, and was therefore cheating. I hope his wife finds out. This is perfectly representative of Austin customer service lately and not normal in other places. I was in Tampa for an entire month earlier this year and this would've been unthinkable there. I'm not coming back.

We had a resy for 8 at 9:45 for a birthday, we arrived at 9:45 there was no clear spot to check in, we asked around and they pointed us to the water station by the entry. After finally being greeted, we were told our section wasn't ready, the other party hadn't left yet. The server / hostess seemed frazzled and kept running around trying to get us a section and talking to people about leaving. We stood there waiting for about 30 minutes. Then we were finally seated in a section barely big enough for 6, we were crammed in like sardines, sweatin. We asked the parties next to us if they could push over a bit so we all could fit, luckily they were friendly and accommodating. We were greeted not too long after being seated, Our order was taken by the first server, It took about 30 minutes for drinks and food to start to come out. The birthday girl ordered a hookah and it took an hour and a half for it to come out. Then we were not checked on for about an hour, We finally ordered more drinks and then we never received them, We asked three different servers and were told several times that they were taking care of it and it was never taken care of, We left at 1:15 without ever getting our additional orders. One of the servers told us that the bar was crazy busy and that they were probably making our drinks and people at the bar were just taking them. So chaotic. We were finally helped by Heaven and Summer at the end around 1:00 a.m. when we asked to pay for our tab. Of course the tab was all wrong because it had all of the drinks we ordered that we never received. Again, chaotic. After 30 minutes of waiting, my server told me that everyone & their momma ordered a bunch of stuff at the same time since the food/drink special was for a short period of time, which resulted in extremely long wait times for food. The Eventbrite page didn't mention that the special was only for the 1st half of the game, which led me to believe that management pulled this not-so-bright idea out of his anus at the last minute. I waited over an hour for my food & when it finally arrived, it was not the flavor I asked for. The servers are very kind & had a great attitude despite the chaos. The food at this place is always really good. But the overall experience and timely delivery of food during their football watch party left a lot to be desired. I'm going to give this place one more try because you can't beat $1 wings (that actually are very flavorful) & $5 drinks on GameDay. However, I wouldn't go on an empty stomach. I also hope they expand their special for the whole entire game like it was the last time I went for UT/Oklahoma. ***UPDATE*** I returned for UT/Texas A&M. I paid $60 to reserve a table indoors. From the refined wallpaper to hand blown glass lighting fixtures to the lush and velvety sofa seating, you are truly immersed in the vibe. It brings a feeling of noir and romance with even sexier drinks. Being seated in one of the nooks is my favorite and just really adds to the overall experience. If you follow my reviews then you know I often refer to excellent cocktails as liquid works of art. And, in this case, it's like the most exclusive, high-end art gallery of liquid masterpieces. Cocktails with branded cubes, top tier alcohol and other ingredients from around the globe make for a worthy piece of drinkable art. It doesn't end with cocktails! The mocktails are equally as beautiful and delicious. I highly recommend the cocktails and mocktails. Service is exactly what you would expect and want it to be in this environment. Yes, the prices are a bit higher than average but you're paying for art, atmosphere, and experience that is beyond wonderful.
