Incredible tempura asparagus with two dips: wasabi and ponzu. What's good about it? Comes with the BEST onion rings -light batter, crispy, fresh goodness. Doc and I had 2 different pizzas, hubs had a brisket with cole slaw. We had lemonade ice tea, peach ice tea and a tall bottle of sparkling water. Ordering and table staff are fast efficient, remove used plates quickly. Side room has a water station where you can get your own take out pizza or 2 sizes of left over boxes, napkins, table settings, and more. Very glad Doc researched and suggested this restaurant. One of the few pet friendly places grandpup could lie comfortably in AC on clean floor. Doc ordered her slices of turkey for her lunch.

4.5 stars. We stopped here from seeing many locals recommend it on Reddit. Their menu is very much based on locally sourced fresh ingredients. The staff was very nice and the ambiance was lively and loud. They have bench style long seating and it has a brewery atmosphere. I ordered one of their pizzas which was very tasty (fennel sausage, tomato, mozzarella, and basil). Kids tried their burger and fries which were customized. And hubby got their oyster po'boy which was very much enjoyed. I also tried a glass of rosé and a glass of their Lambrusco. The waitress was super nice in adding some fries to our order at no charge due to the busyness of the place. I would definitely recommend this place and visit again.

The food here is super tasty and quite unique from what you can get elsewhere. I love their variety of pizzas and side dishes, it's easy to order at the counter and get a bunch of variety to share. Definitely not the cheapest but the quality is there. I'd recommend trying it out if you're with a larger group in the area!

This place has been on my radar since I lived in So Cal roughly 6-8 years ago. I gotta tell you it was totally worth the wait. It turns out they've even expanded. We shared a few personal size pizzas a bahn mi and Brussels sprouts and everything was on point. Friendly staff and plenty of area to sit. Great food worth the stop anytime.

The best meal we had in the Solvang area. It was suggested I order the Caesar Salad, which I loved. Also ordered the Tempura Asparagus and Onions with miso and ponzu sauces, as well as the Mushroom Soup with Gruyère Grilled Cheese. Loved everything. Paired with local wines, this was a perfect meal. I'm normally not a fan of food halls, but this super exceeded expectations and not only was the food. Incredible but the ambience in the space was amazing. Everything is made to order and you can tell the difference. You may have to wait for a bit, but it's worth it because you know that it's fresh and literally started after the order was put in versus being prepped for hours before. Highly recommend.

We were looking for a nice casual spot to grab a quick and easy lunch and fortunately came across Industrial Eats in Buellton. What a fantastic find! We walked in and immediately got in line to order while we watched the crew working hard behind the counter. Everything on the tables from the other patrons looked and smelled so good we instantly knew we were in for a great experience! The portions aren't overly large but they're just right for anyone with a good appetite! We asked for some suggestions when we ordered and we weren't steered wrong! We ordered a BBQ brisket sandwich and petite filet, spinach, mushroom, mash, demi glace. It was all soooooo gooooood that we practically licked our plates! We also got some beer and wine to go with our meals and were very happy with our recommendations too (Kaena Syrah and Hook Line and Drinker Hazy IPA). Since the menu appears to change from time to time, it'll be interesting to see what they have available the next time we come in. Glad we have one more reason (excuse) to come back to Solvang and Buellton area! I hope you come in to experience the goodness that Industrial Eats has to offer too!

Looked around for something interesting to eat up in the Central Coast and met my cousin here for lunch. This is a little find! The owner took order. The food was wonderful. The service was very good and looking over-the-counter at other things being prepared... Oh my gosh, the sandwiches.!! Everything was fresh and good! great seating and a wonderful afternoon.

Amazing food and done fast. Fresh delish and very busy all the time! They have many options that change every day and was a wonderful experience. Highly recommend for lunch!

Came here twice during a trip to the Central Coast, and this place is a gem in Buellton. The layout of Industrial Eats is pretty simple, just line up to order at the front of the counter, get a number, and find an open spot. They deliver the food to your table once ready. In the both times I went, I got the Beets and Hummus with chips, the Miso Cod with avocado, and the beef tongue pastrami Reuben. All the dishes I tried here were delicious and the quality was fresh, with my favorite being the pastrami Reuben. The pastrami was very tender and not overly salty, and really liked how complimentary the horseradish was with the pastrami. My only complaint is how overwhelming the menu can be just reading it when ordering at the front. There was one guy in front of me that felt stressed out about what to order. The service here was pretty nice. I would visit here again to try their pizza.

4.5. They had a few vegan choices. The pizza was flavorful with plenty of toppings. The service was friendly and knowledgeable. The -.5 stars is because on the chilly night they kept the door open. Otherwise - excellent. Highly recommend.

I was looking for a quick and casual dinner in the Buellton area and I'm glad Yelp recommended me this spot! I ordered the Beef Tongue Pastrami Rueben and it was delicious! The sandwich was meaty and had great textures. The bread was crispy and buttery, the beef tongue was juicy and flavorful, the cheese and sauce was creamy and rich, and the sauerkraut was crunchy and tangy. All of these components combined made a tasty sandwich. I also liked how it came with a lettuce salad which provided a nice freshness to cut the richness of the sandwich. For around $20, this was a good value. You could even save the other half of the sandwich for another meal since it was very filling. Walking-in the interior was very social as you sit at shared tables with other people. The service was okay, but I wasn't the biggest fan of the cashier giving me some attitude when I asked what she'd recommend from the menu. Also, I asked for my order to-go, but they ended up just serving my order on a plate in-house. I didn't feel like asking again for my order to-go, so I ended up eating at the restaurant. I would recommend paying more attention to the customer's order in the future. They also have a parking lot in front and a self-serve water station. Overall, a good experience here. I would just recommend working on delivering a better customer experience.

Are they still dog friendly in 2024? All of the previous answers are 5-7 years old, and they seem to no longer have outdoor tables.

When I visited in early November 2024, dog friendly!

    Does this have outdoor seating?

They do, but it's a small outdoor space with a couple of tables that go fast.

    Do they take reservations?

Not that I know of. But I highly recommend stopping at this place. I went there twice and have never had a long wait

Is this place Dog friendly? Maybe on the patio?

Yes and you can even bring dogs inside. At least when I was there, the guy at cashier told me I can bring dogs inside. I was gonna sit patio but I had dinner with my dogs inside.

    Cocktails served here?

No cocktails. Beer and wine on tap.

A warning: don't come here…read more If you come here, your expectations for any future plate of expertly and carefully prepared crudo will be extinguished forever in the aftermath--the afterlife--of a crudo so delicate, so beautifully presented that few plates could compare. There was life before this crudo plate, and there is life afterward. Burrata? You haven't *tasted* burrata. A plump burrata seeming to bloom amongst hefty slices of speck resting on a bed of some of the sweetest peaches I've ever eaten, grains of oil-kissed mustard seed divinely adorning its crown. I'm light-headed writing this. My queendom for burrata of this caliber. Now, the service. Exquisite, warm, intelligent. Lindsey (Lindsay? Please tell me how to spell thy name!) was incredible. From the moment we walked in, to the moment we left, we felt genuinely welcomed and cared for throughout our dining experience. I was merely passing through on my way back home to Claremont from Monterey (on a research trip; you didn't ask, dear reader, but this context is essential as research takes its toll on one's nervous system and sometimes only a glass of wine and delightful aperitivos will do to calm thyself) and decided to stop here on a whim. Don't come here, lest you find some excuse to drive 2.5 hours out of your way from the Inland Empire to Santa Barbara to taste not only these delights again, but to feel welcomed so wholesomely into a space where it is clear (from service to food prep) that the art of the aperitivo is not lost, not shallowly puppeteered for an unknowing diner, but ALIVE, and vibrantly so. Thank you to everyone there for one of the best dining experiences of my life. I will be back. Don't come. Turn away. Do not embrace the internal shifting of one's sense of self. Like Stephen King warns his Constant Reader at the end of The Dark Tower: "Should you go on, you will surely be disappointed, perhaps even heartbroken...Endings are heartless. Ending is just another word for goodbye. Would you still? Very well, then, come. (Do you hear me sigh?) Here is the Dark Tower, at the end of End-World. See it, I beg. See it very well. Here is the Dark Tower at sunset." Here, at Aperitivo, is a materialized sunset that you can taste in every bite. Like many, I read beyond Stephen King's warning to see the truth of what lay at the culmination of his most famous series. I want the truth, however painful it may be. If you are strong enough to embrace a shift in what a truly special dining experience *can* be, then come, at your own peril. Oh, and they have txakoli. Long days and pleasant nights, dear reader.

Was pleasantly surprised that they gave us snacks on the side (in true spirit of aperitivo) and then proceeded to crush some crudo and mortadella sandwich. Afterwards, ended the night off with delicious affogato. Really brought me back to my time in Italy. The menu is always fresh and seasonal, so there's always something new to look forward to.
